There’s No Place Like Quahog Event Extended & Final Items in the Store

Hey there fellows addicts!

Just bouncing on by to bring you some important information, especially for those of you still trying to unlock characters. TinyCo has extended the event by 1 day, so you now have until tomorrow, 30th November @ 3PM Pacific to finish up anything you’re working on.

And they’ve also dropped new items into the store, and yippee they all cost emeralds..

AND AGAIN…. THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE QUAHOG EVENT NOW ENDS TOMORROW 30TH NOVEMBER AT 3pm PACIFIC.

There’s No Place Like Quahog Character Questlines – Glinda, The Good Witch of the North & The Wicked Witch of the West

So Addicts, tell me, do you want a good witch or a bad witch? Or are you greedy like me and want both?

TinyCo obviously don’t know what side they’re on in this event, light side, dark side, good side, bad side? But I think i can safely say they’re on my good side after giving us the chance to earn both Oz witches, Glinda The Good Witch of the North and The Wicked Witch of the West.

There’s No Place Like Quahog Premium Character Questline: Wizard of Oz Stewie

Looks like there’s a great and powerful toddler on the loose in Quahog as Wizard of Oz Stewie has come to town. I’m not sure who’s the bigger threat to Quahog, the Wicked Witch or this tenacious little toddler, only time will tell as they battle it out in my Tan Lines Resort.

There’s No Place Like Quahog Weekly Challenge – Week 3 – If I Only Had More Wizards

Look out as something wicked this way comes, but what, but what?  It’s the  Weekly Challenge!  Yes week 3’s challenge is hurtling upon us like an out of control tornado….Help!!!

Now in the last couple of events TinyCo seemed to be making these challenges just an eensy weensy teensy bit easier and we were seeing a flourish of happy comments, but then they upped the stakes again in the final challenge of The Hauntening, so it was hard to predict what we would get in this set of challenges, however they’ve not been too hard in my opinion.

Oh my, Oh my, who’s great idea was it to make Stewie the all great, all powerful Wizard of Oz. Isn’t that asking for trouble? But wait Oz the Great and Powerful isn’t really all that great or all that powerful is he? It’s all smoke and mirrors. Bad luck Stewie, world domination still isn’t at your finger tips, keep trying son.

Wizard of Oz Stewie isn’t only a fabulous new character, but he also has drops for a ton of goodies that will help you in this, the final phase of the event.

There’s No Place Like Quahog 101: Phase 3 – Wicked Witch

Hey there Oz Addicts

With Phase 3 underway and the Wicked Witch still defying gravity, I just wanted to give a little update regarding what that mean, green flying machine is up to now. Yes, the Wicked Witch is still with us and now has new drops which will help us to unlock Glinda and Cowardly Lion Joe.


The arrival of a new Boss would usually send a shiver down my spine but I found the Wicked Witch to be rather generous in Phase 1 & 2, maybe she’s trying mend her wicked ways to be popular.  Defeating her at 1X and 2X was achievable in phases 1 & 2 and with no increase in the materials needed to battle her in week 3, we should all rest easy knowing this is a battle we can try to win. But I would be stockpiling resources to hit her up to as high a level as possible as the sands of time are ticking down with the event ending on 29 November @ 3PM Pacific.

There’s No Place Like Quahog 101: Tornadoes

Well things in Quahog never run as expected, and that continues with the arrival of tornadoes in town a week AFTER falling houses started raining down on us.

I’ve always felt that being sucked up by a tornado and dumped in Oz would be wonderful, but knowing my luck I’d be sucked up and dumped in Cleveland instead. No offence Cleveland, you were just the first place that came to mind. But I digress, let’s get back to the matter in hand, tornadoes and what you need to clear them in Phase 3 of There’s No Place Like Quahog.

With so much going on in the first day or two of a new phase I know you all feel like you’re in the eye of a storm as a tornado of information is thrown your way, but we’re here to break it down so you can follow the yellow brick road without worrying about a tornado dropping you at the feet of a wicked witch, even if she is dead.

So let’s take a closer look at the new content released in Phase 3 of There’s No Place Like Quahog and see exactly what it takes to get these tornadoes out of our towns. Continue reading →
