So you think you’re as rich at Carter Pewterschmidt? Own a fancy house like Buzz Killington? You sure gotta lot of clams there, whatcha gonna do with them?
BUY LOTS OF STUFF OF COURSE!!!
Now hold on there a minute. Are you SURE you want that? With all these cool Undercover Gigg-Olo limited time event items in the game, it is very easy to get carried away. Before you know it, Clamshell Shock! All gone!
So before you go ahead and buy the Charmisse character costume with your hard-earned Clams, here’s a few things you might want to know about him.
Clam Price: 200 Clams to unlock Charmisse’s Room, then you need to send Peter on Undercover Missions to try get the Charmisse character to drop as a reward. In my game I got her at the 2nd attempt at an Undercover Mission, but drops will vary in games so I can’t guarantee how many Undercover Missions you’ll need to undertake to get her.
- A brand new character, and she’s a character that has appeared in the TV show
- 2 Permanent animated tasks and they are really good.
- Fully tasked with Questline.
- Can go on Undercover Missions
- Frakkin 200 just to unlock her room, then you got to wait for her to drop!!!
- Won’t be useful after the Event
MATH OF IT:
I wanted to give you an overall idea of how it COULD benefit your game play. And it’s simple you can send Charmisse on Undercover Missions to Charmisse’s Room and she will increase the odds of items dropping, especially if she’s sent in addition to Peter. However to be honest she isn’t essential to progressing as Peter can go on these Undercover Missions alone. But as I said adding Charmisse sweetens the odds.
Personally, I read the TinyCo FAQ and thought unlocking the room dropped her into your inventory to unlock, simples pimples. So I got a bit of a clam shock when I realised I then had to get her to drop during an Undercover Mission in the room. Visions of Edu Herbert starting flashing in my head, eek. But anyone who remembers the battle for that drop will understand why I was a little apprehensive, but I needn’t have worried as she dropped on my 2nd attempt, so hopefully TinyCo have ensured she is one of the early drops and no one spending 200 clams is left without her. I think she’s one of those purchases that you’ll either snap up or run away from. She’s a sad looking character, but her animated tasks are very amusing. I think she deserved a home, so I’ve given her the keys to my TinyCo Kingdom. But if your clams are scarce, you may wonder if a character who will only be useful for a week is good value, remember this is a mini-event. But also consider this for 200 clams you are getting a full character, who is also voiced. Character Costumes are costing more than this now, so if you’re trying to decide between her and Pimp Stewie, I’d recommend Charmisse.
With it being part of a Limited Time Event, just make sure you make up your mind as once the event is over it is most likely they will be gone. In the end it’s your call. What you buy and what you don’t buy is your own personal choice we can only guide you on the facts and let you know what we did and what we think. But don’t purchase it until YOU are sure. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
