Just remember TinyCo FAQs frequently contain wrong information, that’s why we verify info, as soon as we can we will get you a post full of updated and verified info. But as I say please do not take the info below as gospel especially if your planning to buy premium items. And of course keep the comments coming, if you see something is different in your game you can let other players know that way.
But please be aware the Blue Ranger is timed, Part 2 of the Main Questline Ranger Danger will direct you to find him, once you repair him you only have 7 days to unlock him fully.

How do I unlock Blue Ranger Joe?
Blue Ranger Joe can be created at Al Harrington’s Outfits with:
– 2 Blue Spray Paints
– 32 Triceratops Power Coins
– 11 Power Lance Toys
– 6 Anti-Sonic Foam Gun Toys
How do I get Yellow Ranger Bonnie?
Yellow Ranger Bonnie can be purchased for 240 Clams in the shop. She is able to clear Blue Ranger Cosplayers.
How do I unlock Blue Ranger?
Blue Ranger becomes available after reaching “Ranger Danger Pt. 2.” After activating the timer, you will have 7 days to complete the quest to unlock him with:
– 5 Triceratops Power Morphers
– 4 Angel Grove Notebooks
– 5 Stuffed Triceratops
– 7 Juice Bar Smoothies
– 7 Science Exams
How do I get the Triceratops Dinozord Statue?
The Triceratops Dinozord Statue drops Shark Plushies and can be purchased from the shop for 260 Clams.
How do I get Blue Zeo Subcrystals?
Blue Zeo Subcrystals can be obtained by clearing Blue Ranger Cosplayers or by purchasing them in the shop with Clams. Use them to create the Blue Triceratops Dinozord, which can then be used to battle Kaiju to earn special rewards.
Why am I unable to select/create Zords?
If you are unable to tap on or create Zords, please exit the window and instead try creating your Zord via the Power Con Command Center tab. To do this, tap the Power Con Command Center building in the middle of your event space. Accessing Zords this way will allow you to tap on your available Zords, create new Zords and give you the option to combine characters with Zords for more energy.
Why are my Zord’s actions locked?
Zord actions will be locked if your Zord does not have enough energy to perform that action. In some cases, Zords must be combined with a character in order to have enough energy to perform the desired action.
How do I get Shark Plushies?
Shark Plushies are used to purchase items at the Power Con Smoothie Bar. They can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get by defeating the Water Kaiju
– Get from the Triceratops Dinozord Statue
How do I clear Blue Ranger Cosplayers?
Blue Ranger Cosplayers can be cleared by Goldar Brian and Yellow Ranger Bonnie. They spawn a few times a day, and you may have a maximum of 4 on your play space at a time. Blue Ranger Cosplayers drop Blue Zeo Subcrystals, which are used to form the Triceratops Dinozord.
How do I get Blue Spray Paints?
Blue Spray Paints are used to unlock Blue Ranger Joe and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get by defeating the Water Kaiju
How do I get Triceratops Power Coins?
Triceratops Power Coins are used to unlock Blue Ranger Joe and can be obtained in the following ways:

I’m wondering how to attack the water kaiju. You need to attack to get the spray cans for Joe, as well as some item for blue Ranger. But you can’t attack the water kaiju without Blue Joe, or blue ranger. Am I missing something here?

Yes you can attack, you don’t need Joe or the Blue Ranger, they just add extra energy to the Triceratops ZOrd. All you do is go to your command centre, tap the Blue Zord, tap the combine button and make your basic low level Blue Zord, this 3 energy Zord will allow you to attack the 2 Heart Wate Kaiju. Be aware you need 4 blue crystals to energize your Zord.

Thanks for the help. I thought I had tried to do just that, and wasn’t given the option to combine. After going back and trying again it ended up working. Apparently my brain is a lititle slow on the uptake today. Ha ha ha

Please tell me that in order to unlock the Water Kaiju battle, to get the Blue Spray Paints for joe and the shark plushies for buildings needed for blue ranger and joe, that we have to progress in the ranger danger questline. which means ‘finding blue ranger’ almost immediately? what would be your strategy for waiting to finding him as long a possible(freemium wise)?

Ok, I’m not planning to buy Yellow Ranger Bonnie so will be going at this freemium, current strategy, hold off repairing the Blue Ranger until I have 8 Blue Zeo SubCrystals, and until Bunny gets verification of the Heart and Energy costs of the Water Kaiju, hopefully we will have this into wee bit later today. Will take me until tomorrow to get the crystals if they drop good. That’s my plan until now. Also as it looks like the Earth & Flame Kaiju have drops for the Blue Eanger I won’t attack those either until he’s repaired, I’ll just build up red & pink crystals.

So TinyCo have made it so you have to start the timer before being able to progress the quest line past part 2, meaning the battle to get the blue plushys doesn’t u lock til the timer starts…..
Even sneaker than last week!
Ill at least collect 4 of the blue Zeo subcrystals before starting timer so I have enough to create one blue sort and hope I can unlock the other building for joes costume.
Has anyone activated timer and gone to part 3 of quest Line? Able to say what is in part3 yet?

Ok, my plan is I’m not planning to buy Yellow Ranger Bonnie so will be going at this freemium, current strategy, hold off repairing the Blue Ranger until I have 8 Blue Zeo SubCrystals, and until Bunny gets verification of the Heart and Energy costs of the Water Kaiju, hopefully we will have this into wee bit later today. Will take me until tomorrow to get the crystals if they drop good. That’s my plan until now. Also as it looks like the Earth & Flame Kaiju have drops for the Blue Eanger I won’t attack those either until he’s repaired, I’ll just ild up red & pink crystals. Also be aware the Blue Shark Plushy are rare, not always.

Questions, about Zords:
“If you are unable to tap on or create Zords, please exit the window and instead try creating your Zord via the Power Con Command Center tab.”
1) Is there another way to create a Zord other the ‘Power Con Command Center’?
“Accessing Zords this way will allow you to tap on your available Zords, create new Zords and give you the OPTION to combine characters with Zords for more energy.”
2) The only way I’ve been able to create Zords is to combine them with characters, is there a way to create them without combining?
It was mentioned that it was possible in a comment on a post in the “Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff” Facebook page.
If it is possible, I cannot figure out how.
This would have been beneficial in my quest to get Pink Ranger Lois. If I could have got a few Red Shirts, I could have got the Pterodactyl Cockpit to get ‘Hair Spray’ quicker.
I lost a lot of time on THAT one, being a freemium player.
I will no doubt run into the same problem in Phase 3.

Some people had an issue when they were being directed to the command centre via the Kaiju fight. The option to combine wasn’t working. If you directly tap on the command centre it should always work. You don’t need to combine the Zord with characters, it just gives it more energy if you do.

The Command Center always works, but my only opinion (and always has been) to combine with a character to work.
What magic tool do I need to get a Zoid work without combining a character?
It’s been always applied that it was possible (including in the in game help), but I cannot figure out how to do it.

Without a character you just tap on the Zord you want in the PowerCon Command Centre, then hit combine to pay the Zeo Crystals to energise it. I think issue is because you’re tapping Combine you think you need be combining with a character, but I look at it as combining it with the crystals it needs. So basically just do what you’ve always done without selecting any characters from the bottom box. So tap Zord, then tap Combine. You will get the basic level Zord which you can use until you have characters to combine with it. Use this soaringly though as it’s a weak Zord for the same crystal cost. I basically only use it to get me going in the Questline and such then gather crystals until I can add a character to the mix for a stronger Zord. Hope this is answer you’re looking for.

So…there is no way to get either blue ranger since both require attacking the water kaiju to earn things to get both of them…and they are the only one’s that can attack it

Same as the previous Phases you can combine the Zord without selecting characters, it just has less energy.

So – in order to unlock Joe and blue power ranger we need shark plushies. In order to get shark plushies we need to defeat water Kaiju. At phase 2 – water kaiju isn’t available. In order to get started with water kaiju we need to get to past 3 (I am guessing) which means that we NEED to start the 7 day timer on the blue power ranger. Well that kinda sucks doesn’t it?? SO I ended up getting yellow ranger bonnie with some extra clams i had – in order to collect BLUE crystals. I am guessing that I will collect about 2 days worth of crystals , and get all of the other items needed for Joe (except blue spray cans – since we need water kaiju for them) – and then I will start the 7 day timer. Hopefully we will know the water kaiju attack rates soon – which can help plan the battles and figure out how many crystals we need. Realistically with both character going – can get 10 crystals/day – and we need 4 to power the ZORD. Overall looks like we will need 10 sharkies to get the 3 building needed for blue power ranger item drops.

I’m at 4 blue crystals right now, no drops yet for the rare joe item, but that’s every 2 hours. I’ll still collect through Friday probably and then unlock the blue ranger – at which time I should have close to 20 blue crystals. And as you mentioned holding off on attacking other kaiju until starting blue ranger timer. The real trick will be the timer in the final week – since you can’t wait that long to start it – with event ending time…

Sounds like you’ve a sound strategy. As for the final Phase, maybe there won’t be a timed character, just as Phase 2 had no timers, we can but hope.

I’m completely stuck on Power Conned Pt 7. I need to place Finster’s Workshop, which needs 2 t-shirts… but I’ve had exactly ONE shirt drop all week, and I’ve been attacking with Lois.
