Does anyone know if you can get Game Show Stewie withou having Stewie unlocked yet?

I will verify… but usually a Costume will sit in “limbo” until a Character is unlocked. Then when you get them, the Costume will show up in your inventory. That’s how it’s worked in the past.
I should ask… when you look at the prizes, do you see it listed as one in YOUR list?
