Yes, those Science Nerds are on the loose, and we need to get to working flushing them out before their experiments destroy Griffin High.
WHAT THE HECK IS A SCIENCE NERD AND WHEN WILL THEY APPEAR IN MY GAME?
You will be able to start seeing Science Nerds in your Quahog when you trigger Pt. 2 of the main Questline Back To School. Please be aware they didn’t appear instant,y in my game, just be patient and they will spawn.
Tapping Go at Science Nerds Are Here will bring up info box on Science Nerds which will give you a lot less information than I do here.
WHERE WILL I FIND A SCIENCE NERDS?
They will wander your sidewalks, so look there and you will find them. I’ve only had 4 available at any one time, so looks like that’s the max, and they seemed to be released in my game every 4 hours or so.
WHAT DO I NEED TO CLEAR A SCIENCE NERD?
This is pretty simple, you need to have unlocked Cool Kid Peter or Ferris Bueller (premium character) to clear a Science Nerds, both have a 4 hour task to do this.
HOW DO I CLEAR A SCIENCE NERD?
Simply make sure there are some Science Nerds in your town and send Cool Kid Peter or/and Ferris Bueller to clear them, you can access their tasks either by clicking on their profile or by clicking on a Science Nerds and tapping GO.
The tasks you’re looking for are: Cool Kid Peter – Act Cool and Ferris Bueller Make Nerds Jealous
You’ll know you’ve got the right tasks as it will show a little + sign with a Science Nerd beside it.
It takes 4 hours to clear each Science Nerd and you can see the task progress by clicking on Cool Kid Peter or Ferris Bueller during their task.
Once the character has completed clearing a Science Nerd you will see them with a check mark above them, simply tap this and collect your rewards.
WHAT REWARDS DO I GET?
Per Science Nerd Cleared:
9 Hamster Wheels (Always)
1 Homework (Always) ***will only drop once you’ve repaired Cher***
70 (Always)

Good morning. I’m not sure if I missed something but is there any is there any reason why ferris And Peter both wouldn’t be dropping hamster wheels. I’ve had four drops in a row where both of them drop none. Both had been dropping almost every time. Now nothing.

Do you mean on clearing science nerds tasks?
I ask as the 10 I just cleared all dropped as they should.

I have a problem with Ferris Bueller being used to “clear science nerds.” This totally goes against the character from the film who is definitely loved by the whole school. “Oh, he’s very popular Ed. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, ********* – they all adore him. They think he’s a righteous dude.” There’s even nerdy/geeky guys in the movie worrying about him. Peter and Cher would be kind of jerks, but Ferris? No way.
