When is week 2 supposed to start? Usually the update is ready at 3pm Est, but not today.

Hey Russiantigger i want to ask you something. remember i had that issue where i now for some reason have 16000 clams and no idea where they came from and you said message tinyco?

Basically i told them about the 16000 clams randomly appearing on my account in game and they responded saying “you seem to have made purchases during your time playing the app. It doesnt look like you spent much of it from our end, which may be why you have the clams built up” i know i defiantly spent most of the clams i bought over the years and like i said one day i had like 5, go on the game next morning and have 16000. should i just use them if they said that?

Id message them back, just reiterate these were not clams you purchased!!! Then you’ve done all you can to right the situation from your end.

I had over 60,000 appear on my game before from out of nowhere. I messaged them, told them what I should have had for clams and added that should I need them to investigate something else, I didn’t want them seeing that and having my account terminated for being suspected of hacking the game for free clams. They said thanks for letting them know, and within a day or two, they had adjusted my total to what it had been previously PLUS any clams I legitimately acquired (daily challenge, Ollieland, etc.) since.
