Best get your business head on as the Quahog 500 event is coming to our games soon!
Now there’s no word on an exact time when the event will go live, obviously we will see it sometime after the current event ends later today, 8th August at 3PM PDT. But as of now I can see the update on IOS, (App Version 1.74.0), but don’t panic if you’re not seeing it as it will cone to the other app stores soon. But if you’re not seeing it and want to know more here’s a sneak peek at the App Store info:
“Quahog 500 is in town and everyone trying to get ahead. Peter tries to fulfil his dreams of being a race car driver with the help of Burt Reynolds. While Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton Jr try to take first.
Will Peter cross the finish line or will everything be derailed by French driver, Jean Girard. Play Quahog 500 to find out.”

OK, I want speed racer Peter. I hope there’s at least a chim chim in there… Or a costume for evil monkey (even though I don’t have him).
No update on Android yet so unfortunately I can watch as I not have an excuse as to why I didn’t get hammer.
Anyways I’m ready to do something fresh, start something new. I’m tired of sending a couple characters to get random objects in order to gain something else to get another building/deco/character/costume. I feel with this race event they will turn the tide and do something we haven’t seen before… Like a race. I took a couple years off, there hasn’t been a race theme has there?
For some reason I think I’d really like racetrack deco in my town. Not sure where I’d put it though, need more land!

Is there a time frame on when they will fix this glitch? It’s a major glitch as far as I am concerned. Should be a top priority. We can’t even play anymore. My iPad auto updates so there was no way for me to not update. I hope they fix this soon!

Bleh, ANOTHER boring month long event.
Whoop-dee-doo, no surprise here. First it was True Grit, then Spinal Tap and now this?!? Ding-ding-ding! Three strikes in a row, we’ve got a winner!
A racing major event based mainly on the Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby movie?!? I’m literally puking myself here in disgust over the brainstorming ideas Tinyco/Jam City are coming up with one major event after another! Don’t they ever read any suggestions of ours? We could surely come up with many better ideas then the persons actually in charge in writing the stuff over at Tinyco/Jam City!
Seriously, is this all you can come up with, Tinyco/Jam City?!? Is it possible you couldn’t have chosen something remotely more interesting than this?!? I’m utterly shocked and annoyed at the same time over how shallow major events have become. One after another, they all follow the same pattern – boring, uninspiring and dull. Shall we make any bets it’s going to be ultra hard at unlocking things just like the previous comic-con event we had.
I totally feel like I’ve been kicked in the nuts for good with this and am going to sit this one out most probably.

i did the update earlier and ever since it’s not letting me get into the game at all now. just stays on the splash screen with the loading clam…

Anyone else’s game not loading after downloading the new iOS update? I even deleted and redownloaded the game. The game opened at level 1 but as soon as I synced my saved game the game wouldn’t open again.

I updated to the iOS 1.74.0 and the game will NOT LOAD! I’ve deleted and reinstalled, played through the the tutorial and then went to log in via my email and still will not load.
