  1. Week 2 is live and I’m into those tasks now, but I don’t see a post for the main quest line for week 2 yet.

    • The main Questline list will be up later today, ive got to go through enough of it to start posting it

    • I thought I should remind you, and everyone else, that RT has to play the game through, just like we do, before she can post anything… Give her some time! 🙂
Until then, if you are playing, and find anything helpful, feel free to post it for us all, as a comment. (I am pretty sure it is quicker for RT to moderate a few comments than to run through the entire quest line.)

  2. I have just one item left to buy in the store (which requires 6 humbugs). I have 4 out of 10 for Quagmire so far. I’m thinking to go ahead and collect my 10 and unlock Quagmire first then go for the last building (which drops pork).
My decision to buy both ghost Bruce and the Wine Stalle has worked in collecting the needed supplies. I always save some clams for the Christmas event, and so far it’s looking pretty good.

    • You need the last building to go to Week 2, but with your premium buys you’ll do that no problems after you get Jacob Marley Quagmire

      • That’s what I figured! Also, thanks for all the posts (especially ones with the main questline)! It’s very helpful on knowing what items to hold on to until the next step. Now I can stockpile Pork Pies knowing that I have to battle the chicken twice for step 7. The assistance you give to us all is invaluable and much appreciated!!!

  3. I placed the first couple buildings but stopped as the items from characters are dropping fine and now I’m focusing on the Mulled Wine from characters and crafting Punch for the Festive Kids (who also drop trains) … also crafting cakes every now and then for fighting the chicken and getting those 10 items for Ghost Quagmire …

    • Yup, this event involves an unusually high level of strategy – lot of decisions to make and a lt of places to screw up. I am doing the same as you for now – too bad the buildings are needed to progress in the main questline.

Glad you guys pointed out that Quagmire can collect mulled wine; missed that for the first day or two – thanks!.

      • Yes, you’ll need the last building to finish the Questline, so you need buy them all. But the Humbugs cost is cheaper when needed for the buildings than it is for Jacob Marley, buying out one Humbugs in buildings they are around 5 Clams each, buying the same Humbugs for Jacob it’s 20 Clams each. So I’d go tinue along your chosen path

  4. I’ve realized that mulled wine will increase. 15 to make a punch which then yields 25. I’ve just been cranking them out. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get Scrooge, Marley, and get all of the buildings done in time for week two. Now if I can decide on the best approach to handle the chicken.

    • If you run the numbers, they are constant as a percentage return, unlike the standard boss battles, so base it on how many you have or can get before he times out.
