Just wanted to alert you that there is a new issue whereby when some players buy a character or costume in Quahog Historical Society they loose the character/costume when they close their games, but are still charged the medals.
And there’s also another glitch in which players who already have a character are seeing the character to buy/locked in Quahog Historical Society.
Support are looking into this but ask any impacted players raise a support ticket in order they can look into your games and try to help you.

Is there any news for getting the Hellmouth for satan character? Also, I lost 20 clams and there is no way to send a complaint.

They should be able to put Hellmouth in your game and look into your clam issue
