Ready for Rank 21 and have 2,000 Medals saved up. But I should have 1,000 more. I still didn’t get the Trophy for the last Stewie unlock. I’ve messaged four times, but Support still has not responded. Are others still waiting as well? My friend got the Trophy as soon as she unlocked Stewie — which was like a week after I did. So it looks like Support fixed it — but prospectively only — without retroactivity. Has Support addressed this issue yet? Is Support way backed up still? Is Support working on a fix? Is Support working at all during the holidays?

Support put out a fix but obviously if you unlocked him before it, no trophy. If you’ve messaged them 4 times just be patient and wait for a response, might nit be until after the holidays. But don’t send more support tickets about it at this time as support have been dealing with a lot of issues and of course will have less staff working during the holidays. Glitches that stop gameplay will be the priority at the moment. There are other players also waiting on their trophy but waiting until after the holidays to request it.

I got the trophy today, so, apparently, Support is working today. Support is also obviously in the Christmas spirit. Support is not only giving me the Trophy, but also 100 Clams for the inconvenience. Support is finishing the year strong in my book. I can see the Clams and the Trophy in my game already. Support deserves a big public thank you.

Yes there is limited working over the holidays but don’t want them swamped, they deserve a break as they’ve really worked with us over the last few months, they’ve really stepped it up and nice to see I’m not the only one to appreciate that.

I determined what was at issue. I could not read the text above the lock which states that I need to clear 3 of the items at level 18 in order to have access to level 19. Hadn’t experienced that before. I have only been purchasing characters (no costumes because I already have those characters) and I don’t have either of the two Stewie costumes available on level 18 because of that. Something to note for everyone if they are being selective on what they purchase.

I should be able to purchase Moritz as he is the only character from this level that I don’t have but there isn’t a medal price for him. He is just silhouetted out. Not sure if anyone else has found the same thing.

You need to make sure you’ve met the unlock requirements for the previous rank, unlocking 3 out of 4 of the rank content
