Family Guy Addicts 
Besides things already discussed like the ‘phantom’ clams at startup issue and crashes, I have 4 other issues that I wonder if anyone else has or has heard of. I don’t know if these only happen with iOS or if Android users have it to. (I play on an iPhone 6s+ running iOS 13.3 and have the latest 2.1.4 app version)
Firstly, in Contact Us area of Help & Support, I’m unable to attach a screenshot. I click the camera icon then go into my pictures to select one. When I do that, it shows the picture but there is no control. I am stuck and all I can do is close the game and restart it.
Secondly, if I go back to the game after doing something else and my phone is in portrait orientation instead of landscape, if the blue TinyCo Jam City blue splash screen is displayed in portrait, the game usually crashes. An exception to that is when you are in a textual area like viewing FAQs or on the Contact Us screen. Then, if the last visited screen is pulled up, it is also displayed in portrait instead of the landscape orientation that it was in when you left the game. At those times, the game switches to landscape after you back out of there.
Thirdly, when viewing the characters inside the Quahog Historical Society medal icon, clicking on a character to use the “Find Me!” function similar to the one in FaceSpace causes any buildings or decoration not shown on screen to disappear. The only things that show until you click on something are roads, the building ‘speech bubbles’ like the clothes hanger, the lock and the coin, and animated characters such as the worker, things like Jabberwocky Herbert, locked event characters, and event NPCs you need to clear.
Fourth, on some old offer, I ended up with a Sexy Stewie skin in my inventory that is locked and unusable due to my already having received it before. I didn’t really notice at the time because it was a good deal on clams that I needed at that time. Support has tried multiple times to remove that skin from my inventory. Every time, it fails. They say it’s gone but I still see it. I could overlook it but I don’t want to have an anomaly that might cause other issues with my game.
