Summer Stroke Phase 3 Overview

We’ve had lots of weird moments in the game in the years gone by, and now it’s time for some more as Summer Stroke comes to Quahog.

Please give your feedback on the Earth Day event post by clicking here!!!

Version Android 3.0.1 – IOS 3.0.1

No button to access mini game, you need to use the event button to access it, you’ll find more information by clicking HERE!!!

Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.

Clam award loop – doesn’t effect play but please let support know if is happening in your game.

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.

There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.

Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button:

However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is –

This Boss will trigger as soon as you start phase 3 of the event. This is your Main Boss this week. You will “Fight” him with Axes to defeat him to the highest level possible and obtain the most prizes.

But as I say first you’ll need some Axes, you’ll find them here:

Axe (Common) –  Get from Tricia Sweat In The Field, Giant Frog Brush His Tongue, Rambo Lois Keep Cool, Kid Chris Write On The Wall, Axe Statue

You’ll see him wandering your sidewalks with a timer above his head.

Simply tap him and you’ll see the level requirement to fight and rewards. Collect the Axes necessary for the battle then hit, eh, “Fight“.

Here is the general breakdown of cure costs and rewards.

1X – Requires 1 Axe
Rewards – 25 Pills & 1 Sunglasses

2X – Requires 3 Axes
Rewards – 35 Pills & 2 Subglasses

3X – Requires 5 Axes
Rewards – 45 Pills & 4 Sunglasses

4X – Requires 7 Axes
Rewards – 55 Pills & 8 Sunglasses

5X – Requires 9 Axes
Rewards – 65 Pills & 12 Sunglasses

You have 24hrs to hit him to the  highest level you can before he will rest (cool down). His cool down is 2 hours.

Please note when he returns he will be back at 1x unless you’ve used clams to wake him at the level he went into cool down at.

Drag racers

These little baddies continue this week of the event and like previous weeks however now you’ll need a Road Spike to clear them.

As usual will find they wander your sidewalks, you can find them by looking there or using the Squatter Button.

Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a x.

Road Spike (Always) Get from clearing Bubbles in the Bubble Mini Game, Buy from Store

Once you have one you will find them wandering around your sidewalks, either finding them by looking or using the squatter button.

Now with these you can clear 4 with 1 Road Spike, so my advice is to put down just a small area of Sidewalk and the Drag Racer will gather in that one small area making it easy to clear 4 with each Road Spike. Once you have at least 1 Road Spike tap a Drag Racer and then place the target over them and fire.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 16 in my game.

The event rewards for clearing them is as follows:

Per Drag Racer Cleared:
1 Chips (Chance)
10 Pills (Chance)

Bubble hunt MINI-GAME

You’ll still need to play this to get Road Spikes and complete the main Questline, so don’t forget about it.

The rewards you get will vary on how many you destroy at a time.

Per Bubble Destroyed:
1 Road Spike (Chance)

There you have the overall basics to get you started through this week of the latest Event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

  1. It seems like they’ve changed the drop algorithm, because I’ve had almost every task drop, including the eyeball and the soup from the soup drinking fly and Herbert. I was able to get the guitar Fly just in time!

  2. The mushrooms must be a rare drop for me. I got one total in the last 3 days!

  3. Cookies are uncommon for sure. They are taking forever to drop!

  4. I’ve got the video fast forward ability in my game currently but I don’t have enough time to even try to get through what they will allow me each day to try to see if the drops get any better.
For those “what would you ask the developers” posts I tend to miss… “why do you make your game so un-fun? why do you frustrate your players? why don’t you just increase the number needed, make every task drop what is supposed to and force them to grind it out rather than every 4, 8 or 12 hours swear like drunken sailors at the developers for again not dropping anything??
I guess that’s what I would ask, not where their love of family guy came from…

  5. as expected (from me at least) they changed the way you clear cars for Week 3 so all those oil cans that players had stored disappeared in a flash.
not the first time theyve changed it up — but why on one hand give us a building that drops oil only, when it seemed that players weren’t struggling collecting it, to use the other hand to take oils usefulness away.
    Poor from JC!!

and in the buildings for this week the final one drops event currency which is useless once u get the mushroom building so theres no incentive to work towards it – i get there’ll be a clam reward for questline completion but unless it’s 50 clams it’s just not going to be worth it.

    • Is it really a problem that they got rid of oil cans? You can get the spikes for clearing cars by popping bubbles, and you just need bullets for that. Most people should have a pretty good supply left over from last week, plus you keep earning bullets with character drops.

The biggest problem I see this week is getting enough axes to defeat the Minotaur and get enough sunglasses.

  6. One freaking hot soup every twelve hours from the soup drinking fly, AND it’s not an always drop? Better not miss a single collection and even then it’ll be close. Herbert better be coming through also.

Also, I’m seeing axes as an UNcommon drop.
