Anyone else finding that the game play around taking down Herbert and the bees is very kludgy? I took down shadow Herbert, but didn’t get credit for him. The game crashes almost every time I complete a battle. With the bees, until I unlocked Fairy Tale Brian, I was able to see that I had won by checking the count of dog whistles. Now, I can’t tell. With Herbert, the way I know I won is that he was not available when I restarted the game. However, I did not get credit for the victory in No Face Like Home pt. 6.

I’m having the same issue and I’m beginning to doubt that I’ll finish phase 1. How do I contact support outside of the game? And I downloaded the game onto my tablet, but it didn’t require log-in- what info do I give?

They pushed a fix for this, have you tried again? Also have you updated to the latest version 3.2.0

Yes, I saw the update yesterday, and I’d hoped it would solve the problem, but it hasn’t. I cannot even open Shadow Herbert or the bumblebees without the game crashing.

I’m seeing lots of glitches in my game. Doesn’t have anything to do with the Guitar Playing Fly though. I defeated Shadow Herbert but didn’t get credit for it and have to take him down again. Also screen is freezing attacking the bumble bees. Don’t know if I’m succesful until I x out of it while engaging in battle to find out if I defeated them . All I know is the honey levels go down. After the Herbert attempt I noticed the Golden Apples I accrued are missing.

I’m having huge issues! When I log onto the game after it loads a pop-up comes up saying I’ve learned the guitar playing fly and when I try to hit okay the screen goes black and it starts reloading. I’ve tried heading the but needs to contact the people at Family Guy to complain about it however nothing else works but the okay that shuts it down.

Hi, other players have this issue. One said they fixed it by turns no their device off then on again. If that doesn’t help and you’ve saved your game to an account you can try deleting and reinstalling, then logging back into your saved game. If that doesn’t work game support will need help you out
