Got fairy tale Lois. Have her do the hour quest. Come back and they didn’t recognize her hour quest. Alternative universe is horrible. Have to go back and forth to tan lines to pull characters and then go back and forth over and over again. Not playing alternate universe. Garbage!

The game really sucks now. Tinyco is useless. The game crashed in the middle of fighting Shadow Herbert. I was ready to defeat him as his health was at 2. That’s when the game crashed. I come back to the game, Herbert is gone and I did not receive the prizes nor the credit on the current quest. I’ve already reported this. Let’s see what lame useless response I get.

WTD game is unplayable now since the alternate Quahogs came (Week 1 no Issues)!, I haven’t been able to do anything since Friday, just crashes as soon as I click on anything, sometimes I can’t even load the game, I’ve reset the game 4 times but it’s still the same. I’ve reported the Issue at the weekend just waiting for a reply! (FYI I’m playing on iPhone 6 64gb iOS 12.4.8! Hope this gets sorted soon as it would have been nice to have something different to do as well as the Events!!! ☹️

Few IPhone 6 users having this issue, but there’s also some with much newer IOS devices as well, so hoping it’s a glitch they can fix and not the end for IPhone 6 players

I’ve been playing on an old Load Game over the weekend (load game saved to Facebook), and it’s been working fine!!!, its a load game I had when I first started playing the game but I played on an IPhone 5c and it got to where I had too many buildings and Characters and I’d unlocked all the Land, so I stopped playing on that game and started again. I then upgraded to IPhone 6 but rather than go back to old game I carried on with the new (this is saved to Username BTW), this is the one with the crashing issues. Anyway to cut a long story short I don’t think it’s a device issue, maybe the week 2 update, alternate quohogs (haven’t placed portal or building, don’t want to jinx it, I’m just confused why I can play on one load game and not another. I was contacted by support and was asked to try and reinstall game etc and use low graphics, also tried Michaels advice but that didn’t work either. Just thought I would share what I had tried (maybe if no help), but still thought I would! THANKS

Game seemed fine since the update as my game wasn’t crashing but then it happened. On a questline which involves fighting 2 sets of bumblebees. I send Stewie and Peter to fight, it changes to the fight scene then crashes.
When I reload I haven’t been credited for the win but my characters have lost their health and I have to wait hours before I can fight again as the characters have to heal.
This happened in one of the previous events and when I reported it, support finally responded AFTER the event had finished.

Yeah players had this issue in Phase 1 but they pushed a fix, seems to be back.

The cost of Getting characters from QHS has gotten ridiculously high. Over 10000 medals will take something like 8-10 weeks to acquire even throwing a couple hundred toons from tan lines into the mix with the 1000 per unlocked event character. Can you say carpal tunnel syndrome? 10000 doesn’t even display properly on the screen, it wasn’t designed to fit more than four characters and you get word wrap.

I have the same problems and I don’t have the Alternate Quahogs in my game. Takes forever to load and crashes at least twice while I’m sending people to do the gold medal chores. Don’t have the new beginning scene either.

I use an Ipod6. I still have half the storage space available and I think only a couple of apps running in the background. Don’t really know if the weather app or the home news app runs or not while playing the game. Never bothered before and I’ve been playing for a few years now. My Quahog is stripped of all the buildings save the ones needed for the event. I also have the graphics set on the lowest setting to save memory.

Ever since Alternate Quahogs was added the game is very laggy, I get kicked out a lot when trying to collect my rewards. It’s really frustrating 😦
