Happy Weekend Clammers! Well we’ve all made it through another week and the weekend is here!

All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game and we wanted to give you (and us) a way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest.

    I saw this time last year you posted about Gamer Bonnie. She has just appeared for free in my game. She again was fully completed and I was straight on tasks. Not sure what the other 2 characters are. This maybe useful if anyone has not got her from last year

    Finally, after constantly reminding them about the insufferable crashing someone from Support write back that they went in and manually fixed the issue. This was after 15 days of constant crashing, plus two days where I went through hundreds of crashes each day, and attained no progress.
    In the meantime, I was told by Support, “If this issue completely negates your ability to play, and if the update takes too long to happen, we’ll be more than glad to help you catch up and compensate your game with event characters plus rewards for the time lost.”
    I pointed out to them that the compensation that I was offered amounted to three chances to spend cash within about 2 minutes.
    By the time I got this fix the previous event was over and Phase 2 of the new event was underway, and I was more than a week behind on Phase 1.
    I pointed this out as well, as well as the fact that I collect 9 clams a day from playing the game (Jesus, Black Jesus, Clam Shrine, OllieLand, and watching 5 videos), and that this amounted to over 150 clams for the time I was prevented from playing due to the glitch.
    They responded that they were working on a fix and these things do not happen overnight!
    I had to write back and point out that they had gone in a fixed the game, but the promised compensation was missing.
    They finally ponied up 300 clams.
    When I pointed out that this was not what they had promised the response was basically “yeah, we stole 150 clams, but we gave them back, and 150 more, so you should be satisfied and use them to catch up and shut up. Have a nice day!”
    So whatever promised they make while your crashing, don’t hold your breath that they will actually follow through and make you whole again.

    Sheesh this game is now IMPOSSIBLE to play. I’m bitterly disappointed that no fix has been forthcoming. Beyond a joke

    Well, I got to play a whole 24 hours after nuking my already minimal town. But now Consuela is back, popping up saying Lost Connection, for absolutely no reason.
    I’m 10 radios and 5 gold pieces from getting Chris. Should be easy and then I can stock up for week 3, but right now getting there seems impossible! I’ve sent them a message; hopefully it gets resolved.

    Is anyone having their game shutdown if they even do one thing? Is there a known issue and solution? I can’t do anything.

    Am I the only one having constant crashing issues? I’m using an iPhone 8S, with iOS 13.6

    Crashes have suddenly gotten worse for me over the past couple of days on the iPad. Basically only stable for a minute or two before crashing, and have had the game completely lock up the iPad 3 times in 24 hours such that only a reboot will get the pad to function again. QHS is almost undoable since it will likely crash in the middle of unloading or loading. Less crashes on the iPhone, but still a few.

    The game crashes so much. I am slowly losing patience. I am almost guaranteed to have the game crash anywhere between 2-5 times per play session. And the worst part is that it usually doesn’t save anything so I have to do it all over again.

    They finally fixed the lag and crashing i was surprised and felt weird not dealing with the lag lol I hope it stays like that in the future

    Had to stop playing the Quahog Historical Society. Was taking over a 1/2 hour to release the characters from task and add them back in. The game lag makes is soooo slow….it is now also draining my battery. My phone gets hot while playing and drains. Frustrating…..
