Just wanted to put up a post about a growing issue that seems to be mainly impacting Android players.
Ok, what’s happening, well it would appear the game is playing up and crashing or not loading on Android devices, mainly the shiny new latest devices. Support are working on fixing the issue.
Please reach out to support about this giving your device details, either via the website or email.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 3 ways to do this:
The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.

My game now freezes whenever I collect since the latest update to iOS so, looks like the problems are not limited to Android… It seems that they don’t bother testing these so called ‘performance & stability fixes’ they’re rolling out! Very frustrating

I’m on iOS and have not been able to get into the game since Tuesday. It is getting stuck on the loading screen. The bar is full, but the clam just keeps spinning and it never opens the game. It’s very frustrating since I missed out on Winter Meg last time and even if I do get in, I probably won’t be able to get the costume based off the comments in other threads.

If you’ve saved your game to an account you could try reinstalling. Otherwise reach out to support

This is exactly what has prevented me from playing for almost a month now.
Just have to wait for the fix. I’ve completely missed the last two events.

The issue seems to getting worse and impacting more and more players, hopefully by looking into more games they’ll get the issue pinned down. Thanks for your patience and for keeping feeding back on your issue here
