There’s an update, I’m seeing it for Android and IOS, you’re looking for version 3.10.1. Hopefully it should fix some of the recent glitches and issues.
However despite what it says my game still freezes visiting Ollieland, which I’ve reported to support.
The main update info is:

Fixed a freeze when visiting Ollieland
Just let you know, this glitch with collecting VIP prizes, notably the clams, is fixed. So you can now collect without worrying. If you tried to collect before the fix and it failed please contact support and they’ll sort it for you.
