I’m afraid the crashing continues for me and this is making pulling the phase information a pain, but I’m trying.
Reported the issue and they replied saying the cache was cleared for my profile but it didnt help at all, crashing 3 or 4 times per session on my PC (Bluestacks), on my phone the game slows down to a complete halt after a few minutes which forces me to manually force close the game. (Moto Stylus 5G) Game was completely stable on both PC & Phone before phase 2 of this event started.

Just started week 3 and it’s crashed 6 times. Just trying to complete actions and send on new ones. Bombing refs, questing for stuff but constant crashing. Annoying.

I had the same experience with support. Basically, go try your phone, we’ll let you know when we have a chance to fix this. Disappointing. I managed to finish Phase 2, but have given up entirely on Phase 3.

I hoped the 3rd phase would be better with the crashing, but nope. I’m gonna sit out the rest of the quest.

Is there any update on this. While my android is working fine with the game, my wife is finding no end to crashing on her iphone/ipad. We’ve sent help requests to TinyCo via their contact form but it’s been crickets… this issue has been affecting our Apple products for a couple of weeks, but this is the worst we have seen

My game freezes the phone completely and I have to reboot by holding down power button. Is that the kind of crashing others get?

My Pixel (Android) has this issue. The memory leak bogs my phone down to the point where I can’t do anything with it, sometimes crashing my System UI. Getting out of the game is impossible at that point.

It is still horrible for both my wife and me. It has become unplayable. We both play on iPads. I hope they get it sorted out. It’s just not fun anymore. We’ve play since day one.

I reported my issue to support, and was basically told to try playing on my phone rather than my iPad. Even though the iPad Pro has the best specs where RAM and storage are concerned of any device in the house. Disappointed they won’t do anything about it. I won’t be playing phase 3 of the event, or likely anything else, until they find a solution. It’s just too annoying.

Honestly my crashing issues seem to have gotten worse with this last update not better as hoped for

It’s getting worse, reported to support but no response so far. Used to crash maybe once a session but now, it’s every 2-3 mins making the game totally unplayable. How do they get it so wrong every time they release a game update or an new event. Do they actually test anything?

Tech support had informed me that android devices are not experiencing the crashing. If you don’t have one, I’m sure the addicts community would band together to get you one.

Are they actually listening to us? This game has always crashed from time to time, say every few hours or every other day – but every once in a while it crashes repeatedly. Since Phase 2 of this event was released the game crashes every minute or two – yes it did get a bit better, but the latest Phase 3 has it crashing every minute or two again!!!
The latest I had back from support was to uninstall, then restart my Android device (I have an iPad, so on iOS – which they know from my posts), and reinstall. Of course I’m not going to do this.
My Internet (which they’ve also suggested I check) hasn’t changed and my iPad hasn’t changed – just their code. My setup is no different than it was before Phase 2 was released – before which I just got the occasional crash like everyone does.
I don’t think they do much in the way of testing before they release anything, and they don’t seem to be listening at all to what and customer reports to them!

I could not play over 60 seconds before a crash for the last 2 weeks. I have been contacting support, they refresh, and it continues. 2 days ago I sent my last message to them. GOODBYE. I’ve played the game for 7 years straight now. I walked away from it on Monday. The crashing was too much for me without a solution. Time to find a new game.
