Hi fellow addicts
I know many of you are completely stuck as you can’t trigger Questline parts, I’m still trying get a fix estimate from support, but from what I can see this seems to be impacting players who have installed IOS 15 on IPads. if you are stuck can you confirm your IOS version in the comments please.
Could you also let me know if you have the Time Travel feature.

On the latest iPad update 15.1. Tried to submit a ticket to explain my details but it just continues to fail to send. Game is broken. Support is broken.

IOS 15.0.2 on an iPad 9th Gen. No time travel thing. If I use my Galaxy S21 to go in, I can start the new quests, but it won’t trigger on my iPad.

Thank you for the post! I do run iPadOS 15.1 and that is where the quest lines have not been triggering – I prefer playing on the iPad for the screen size. As a workaround though I have been able to trigger the next questline on my iPhone running iOS 15.1 but once completed on my iPad I need to repeat the process.

I’m can’t trigger the main quest line. I’m on IOS15 on my IPhone 10 and I do not have access to the time travel feature.

iPad OS 15.1.
My main questline seems to be advancing; finish a part, get the next part.
But I can only have one other questline, daily or character. When I complete one, something (unrelated) pops up.
Now I have the main questline and Stereohead Peter. I won’t be seeing another character questline or daily quest for a while. Hopefully, my main quest will continue to advance.
I’ve been feeding this info to support for several days…

iPad is 15.1 and my iPhone is 15.1 (does not have the quest issue). I have the time portal but am not part of the Guinea pig group. Hard to believe the developers did not test iOS 15, this was a significant update. Also not sure why they would test a new feature during an event, why not take a week break between events to test.

15.0.2 on an iPad. It seems like quests randomly pop in instead of being triggered in a normal quest line. I don’t have time travel.

I have come across a way to progress though. I installed the game on my android phone (Oneplus 7 pro). After half a dozen attempts for the game to load it finally worked, and new quest came up. Switching back to iPad, I could continue.
When I complete a next quest, the next one doesn’t come up. When I go back to my android phone, the next quest shows up. This is how I have to play it for the time being, hopefully this is fixed soon.
