PeterPalooza 101: Spooner Stage & Sideshows

Hey there Toad Lickers!

We have Rick Astley in our game in both Character and Giant Metal Robot form. Greased Up Deaf Guy is now dancing all around a Vat of Grease. Jasper’s boyfriend Ricardo is hanging out at the Festival Merch Tent waiting for someone to bring him a LOT of Glowsticks, Short Shorts, and Records. Then there are the new aspects of earning items.

With Phase 5 launched into our game and in full swing now, there are some new areas of play that many of you are trying to figure out. One of those areas is the Spooner Stage and all it has to offer.

PeterPalooza 101: Mecha Astley

Hey there Toady Lickin’ Roadies!

QUICK NOTE: It is a Holiday Weekend and I will not be around as much. No worries, I will also watch for any Technical Issues and still alert TinyCo on anything I see. Alissa may try to bounce in here and there to help… but have patience.

Otherwise please respect our need to step back this weekend and recharge. Comments will await Moderation a bit longer than usual… but we will get back to you as soon as we can. 🙂

UPDATE 230PM EST:

  • Assert Error when clearing Robots is still being worked on. I found it happens more when trying to clear more than one. So just tap n clear one and wait til you get prize before starting to clear another.
  • Hayley Task “Attack Bertram” was already known to TinyCo and they’re already working on a patch to fix it. It’s a glitch. Not intended. So if you still use it or are in process of using it… know it’s at your own risk.
  • Rockstar Peter’s task to drop LPs can be helpful to use if you’re letting Mecha Astley rest. Otherwise, Rick Astley’s Concert drops LPs too. Will test the Encores that immediately follow later.

 

Rick is now busy rolling us around all this new content, which seems to be causing a LOT of confusion among many players.

One of those sources of confusion, the Mecha Astley. We did have a bit of a hiccup there at the beginning, but we all should be back on track now. So let’s take a closer look at the Mecha Astley and how it can help us in Phase 5.

Phase 5 is ALIVE!!!

Hey there Toady Lickin’ Roadies!

Never gonna give you up…
Never gonna let you down…
Never gonna run around…
and… MMmmmmmm dessert ***drools***

That’s right Y’ALL ARE BOUT TO GET RICK ROLLED!!! Phase 5 is here and with it Rick Astley, Greased Up Deaf Guy (Part ONE of his collection), Ricardo, a Mecha Astley, a Mystery Box, Buildings, Decos, Sideshows…  and so much MORE!! WOOHOO!!!

As usual, we will have the complete rundown once we all go through all the details Live in the game to verify all the ins n outs.

First up… the usual Basics…

  • Make sure you have completed Deadmau5 in the Hau5 Part 7
  • Make sure you have gone to YOUR App Market and downloaded the latest 1.11.5 Update to your Device (hit iOS at 8:10PM EST… Google Play still waiting… )
  • Looks like you also need to complete Never Gonna Catch Me Pt.5 too in order to move forward.
  • Actually play the New Questline into a few parts to see all the New content. It all won’t unlock the second it is released. The Questline brings more.

Spoke to TinyCo on the Google Play delay, Google Play does have it… it just needs to propagate (they need to release to all customers fully)… so hang in there. Google Play Update just hit my device at 1130PM EST. Had to restart my device to see it, but it is there now. Check your device too.

End of Phase 4, Prep Phase 5

UPDATE 8:10 PM EST. 1.11.5 Update has hit iOS/Apple Market, make sure you load it for Phase 5.

Bouncing by with your quick reminder that Phase 5 will be dropping on in sometime AFTER 3PM Pacific today!

This means we will have more items added to the game, a possible Musician change, maybe even more Event Staff? Not sure what all changes will be coming, but just make sure you are ready to go when it hits.

PeterPalooza Character Profile: DJ Herbert

Hey there Toady Lickin Roadies!

There is just so much going on in Our Quahogs now! Spotted Toads, Dudes running around licking the Spotted Toads and freaking out. Girls dressed as Hippies being chased by Bees (both Red and Dark haired). Tons of Fans, some too busy on their phones too care. Patchouli Oil, Hacky Sacks, Bears, Park Rangers, picnic baskets, DJ’s, a Sweepstakes Winner… and in there somewhere… some AWESOME Music. PeterPalooza Phase 4 is in our games!

With all these new additions to PeterPalooza in our game, New Characters/Costumes show up. Including Character Costumes like DJ Herbert.
