Hey there Addicts, it’s time to find out where how you’re getting on in the latest event to hit our games!
Yes with this phase of the event halfway over I thought it was time for the Where Are You Now Poll.
As this phase of is well under way I thought I’d give my thoughts on what you might want to stockpile for phase 2.
Please be aware this is just my guess, I could be wrong, but this is the currency/materials I’ll be concentrating on.

Just wanted to put up a post about another growing glitch around battling Bumblee Bees & Shadow Herbert.
Ok, what’s glitchung, well actually there’s 2 issues.
You’ll either start a battle but see no visual of the battle, and no pop up showing if you won or lost, any rewards you got, but you will actually get the rewards or worse you’ll start a battle and your game will crash and you’ll receive no rewards but you’ll lose the resources and your characters energy.
Both glitches are having an impact on players either collecting stuff or clearing Questline parts, I recall reports of similar issues in previous events so there’s definitely something off in the coding for some of you. Please use your ingame contact tool to reach out to support about this, hopefully they can finally get a fix on this for everyone that’s impacted. I’ve made them aware of it as well.

Just wanted to put up a post about a growing glitch in the game that’s showed up since the Summer Stroke event ended. It seems to be affecting players who didn’t manage to unlock Guitar Playing Fly before the end.
When you log into your game a pop-up will appear saying you’ve earned Guitar Playing Fly but when you hit “Okay” your game freezes then starts to reload.
So far I’ve had one player who said fully shutting down their device then switching it on again cleared the issue but others have reported no success with this or reinstalling their games. Reinstalling is only something you should try if you’ve saved your game and got a note of your PlayerId squirreled away.
Therefore I’m afraid for the majority of you contacting support is your only option, and you can do this via the Jam City support Portal or by email. Please ensure you put your PlayerId in the contact or email and of course details of the issue your having.

And before you ask you’ll find your PlayerId located on the bottom right of the loading screen, but I’d advise also having it wrote down somewhere safe.
