Hi guys and gals (I’m not sure if Wookie’s made the leap to the dark side but I know the Big A and bunny have) I’m confused on something…I got the scarecrow (which I thought was prize1) but I was able to get another one before I got prize 2 (in the witches cauldrons prizes) am I missing something or are we doing another tsto Easter prizes sans the free donuts for gates? Thank you!!!

The way they made this is you vmcan brew as many prizes as YOU want in your town. So if you want 20 scarecrows you can have them. I like it. Each person can customize the town the way they want. 🙂

Yeah but i just checked again and it now says I need 10 of those formulas you get from the haunted house to get the 2nd prize. Before I wrote this it was 2. Now 10. Help???

That’s a new one for me. Try clearing the cache, uninstalling restarting the device and reinstalling…see if that helps clear it

Hey, I’m stumped. I need to send Tom tucker to question Peter, but it’s locked and says I need Tom tucker to do the task… I obviously have Tom tucker. And both characters are free. Is there an evil second Tom tucker hidden somewhere ? No, probably not, but how do I fix this ?

Still doesn’t work, tried force quit, tried restarting my phone, both characters are available, still locked. I took a screen shot but I guess I can’t post pictures here. I’m thinking of deleting the app and reinstalling it but I don’t like the idea of that

Hi, quick question about Diane Simmons……If I do not tap the completed hammer over her grave, then the timer for her quest should not start, correct? The underlying questions here is, will the system complete it on its own if I do nothing until I’m ready?? Thanks….Rich

I got the scare of my life when I logged in and found my game was gone and now I was on level one!!!! But I read you’re help site and was able to reload my level 50 game(thank you), my question is can I play 2 sepperate games on the one device ,I’m on iPad

If each one is saved a diff way. In other words if one is an email the other a facebook. Just make sure you switch to the right one and dont save one over the top of another.
You just have to pick option of “sign in as someone else”

I swap between my test games all the time. I like the option. I actually prefer email as Facebook is a pain where you have to log in n log out of each account on the device BEFORE launching the game. Emails, you can use as many as you like, just no friends. I like just using the “sign in as someone else” tap the email option, and sign in. Bam…other account loaded. Makes it quite seamless to me vs FACEBOOK. 😉

Hi, guys. I hope you can help me. I’ve sent a message to tinyco through the app but thought I’d try to get help here as well. I’ll just paste what I wrote to them to make it easier:
“Hi, I logged out of my game to log into a friends game, I did this a few times today without problem but when I logged out of my friends account and logged back in my game this evening my game was gone, I played the first part to get Chris and then tried to log in but it now seems that the associated save is of a new game my neighbours have also said that I am no longer a neighbour on their games. It’s as if my save has been deleted. Is there any way to recover my game? All the logins were done through facebook as I was unaware until after this happened that I could create a tinyco account. Any help would be appreciated as I was at level 45 and would be devastated too loose everything. Thank you.”
Any help would be appreciated. Every time I try to login now it simply says start a new game or link current save which is just a level 1 game that i started to get the options so I could contact tinyco for help.

Wish we could. Things like lost accounts are something only TinyCo can assist on.
Did you make sure that both devices used were logged into YOUR Facebook prior to launching the game?

I was logged into my account to start then i pressed the button in the bittom left of the loading screen and chose to login as somebody else then this brought up a face book login, i then logged in with my friends details and did what they wanted then did the same thing to go back i have done this a few times in the past with no issues and i didnt docanything different this time. i think the problem was with tinyco or facebook.

Just wanted to make sure. We have seen other players not realize this and link THEIR account to someone else’s Facebook.
All I can say is try the basic troubleshooting steps and try to log back in again. If still issue, let TinyCo know.

Random question, but is there any way to give your clams to another player? When I first started playing, I created 2 different accounts on 2 devices and would like to go to one account. Is this possible or do I just need to pick one account and give up some clams?

I have a huge city like everything is filled in and I only have 3 patches of land i haven’t unlocked, and the game has been crashing like crazy lately but since the halloween update I’m lucky to play the game for 30 seconds. is my city too big? fix this plz

1. We can’t fix it. We’re not TinyCo… 🙂
2. It’s possible you have too much in your town that’s causing it to crash.
My suggestion is to contact TinyCo and let them know what’s going on. They can check it see if it’s related to too much content in your game, or a bigger issue.

Hi, So I did the Halloween update like 5 or so hours ago, which I was super excited about but now when I try to open the game, Consuela pops on the screen before loading is done and says “engine_config_error”. I hit ok and it just continues to happen over and over again.
Anything for this? I did force close and restart my phone but nothing.
Any help at all would be awesome!

Patience. Lol. Everyone is trying to get in at once. Server overload will crash the game for a few minutes when too much traffic. Give it a bit…try again later. 😉

Today I logged in my friends phone to play family guy and I connected through facebook then I logged out. Then I went to my phone and I automatically start at level 1?!?! I dont know how to get my level 42 account please help

Was the game ever saved to a Facebook account? If not, and you used THEIR device…you may have just saved YOUR game to THEIR Facebook. Did you log into your own Facebook before linking up? If you did, then you may just need to log back in. First make sure YOUR device has YOUR facebook logged into it. Then once it does, launch the game and log in.

My account was saved to a facebook account. What I did I just logged him out of his family guy and then I logged in through facebook On his device I never linked up anything though. So I should have my facebook logged in my device then log into my friend’s device?

Here is what I see anytime I swap devices. The game will log into the account on THAT device. So if their Facebook was logged in, when you tap option to log in…it goes to what is on THAT device or their Facebook.
I have to log out of Facebook first. Log into one I set up for the account. THEN launch the game.
So if you are using someone else stuff. LOG THEM OUT. Make sure YOUR Facebook account is then logged in. THEN launch the game.

If the game you are playing on is saved to an email or Facebook account, then the game data is saved to that. Make sure you have it saved to something before uninstalling or you will lose your game.

I keep trying to go to one of my neighbors on the their and it says that I need to update my game before im allowed to go there. It only says it for that particular person. What does it mean?

It means just what it says. Only way to go is if someone updates. So you two are not on the same version of the game. Just wait. Try them again later. They may not have Halloween just yet.

Check around. Inventory, Al’s, also just tap on Brian himself. Many had the costume automatically go to him.

Anyways i am confused. Pt 4 of who let the dogs out has 2 tasks. I have built the warehouse but for the life of me cannot get Brian to show the task “sampling the goods” or whatever it is. Is it titled as something else when you pull up actions or did i miss a step somewhere?
I have Vinny unlocked but not Tom or Mayor We. Lets face it, with an impending event and the drop rate for satellites and cream it might take awhile. Do i need Tom to continue on?

Tom is not needed to start event. How he will play into the event remains to be unseen yet. If you have not completed part 4, there should still be an open task on the side having you use Brian. He will drop cigars from that point on.
We have a cool search bar in the main menu that can help you locate posts by keywords too, if you need it in future. 🙂

I sent him on a small task but before i did i wasnt seeing it. I got all the cigars pretty early on but i dont see it. The task is “brian samples merchandise” and i figured maybe the task had a different name since ive had that happen before. Im wondering if I messed up and since i finished collecting cigars before this that it wont trigger now or something.

Hi I commented earlier this week about a bug with too many workers active at once that hasn’t let me log into the game since. No words from TinyCo and after three days I’m starting to become concerned that I’ve been permanently chucked out of the game 😦
Has this bug/glitch been heard of before? I can’t be the only one!!!

Usually all the billing is done through the app markets themselves, so you need some link to them. You can see if it will let you add gift cards. Outside that, you have to ask the app markets on that one.

We’ve alerted TinyCo about this, but send them an in game message from your game about it as well. It should still be available so if it’s not showing it’s a glitch. Make sure you message them so they can check out your specific game..

Off topic but ever since i built the fragrence factory my game crashes…now its showing up in my town but when i try to click on it to collect cologne it again crashes…what can i do? Tried contacting tinyco but got no response (just like when i tried contacting them about one of the comic con prizes that i won but never got) i need this problem fixed so that i can complete the last task in one of my quests

Known issue. They are working on it. Patience while they fix it. There is no need to speed through that part of the game right now.
You can also click on the GO button on the task that says Collect 4 Cologne Bottles to get this picture to pop up instead of tapping on the factory.

IF you still have the 19.99 one (which is odd cuz it was only 72 hours and over now) than you can double check by tapping on the + by the clams in your game, but it should get you 19.99 worth of clams for 19.99 worth of coins. For me, that is 600 clams.
If you do NOT have the 19.99 deal in there anymore, than just tap on the offer you do have and it will explain what offer is available to you.

HELP I am struggling with the cologne bottles.
I keep collecting them but the number doesn’t go up. And when I click on “go” in the quest section, my entire phone freezes on a green screen!!!

It’s a known glitch with TinyCo and they’re working to restore it. Contact them via your in game support option to let them know you’re getting hit with it too. In the meantime, you can still collect the requirements you’ll need (since they can stack up). Just don’t create any bottles yet…

It varies for everyone. Took most players a while for it. I honestly suggest switching up the tasks and trying something different with the characters inbetween eye ball collections. Sometimes that helps to trigger it back…

I’m on Endless Summer part 4, Peter has made kool-aid and it has a Check next to it, and I’m on my THIRD time of having Chris Fat Kid Hula Hoop and still can’t get that task to complete… any help or suggestions to get it to move me to part 5 would be appreciated.

It seems to be going around. My recommendation is to contact TinyCo. However, you can try a hard close of the app and restart it (ie shut the app down). If that doesn’t work then contacting TinyCo is needed. Fortunately, the questline is not required to complete to unlock the kool aid man

I run FG:TQFS on my Nexus 5, and recently noticed that it tends to get super hot shortly after playing it. If I exit the game properly (not just hit the home button, but hit back, then choose exit), I find the game is still running in memory, causing the phone to slow and the CPU temperature to sky rocket. I think this is a new “feature”. Anyone else getting this? Can it be resolved by Tiny Co, rather than me using another app to kill it, thus freeing up RAM and cooling the CPU?

My FYI, something is odd in my device since the latest Android update from Android. I don’t know what it is, but my battery drains faster, my phone burns hotter…all the time, and no matter what app I have running and exit I find myself constantly having to kill it.

Unrelated, but have any of you had issues with actions not registering? I collect an item, send them on a task again. I check back 40 minutes later… have to collect the same item again (I’m sure the total hadn’t changed)

Hello there! I have a really big problem with my game today. 😦 I asked my friend to play my saved game on his iOS device yesterday and early this morning I couldn’t play my saved game anymore. I changed my password on Facebook so I can log out of other devices (since I was panicking and I couldn’t reach my friend on the phone) then I still could not play smoothly. I decided to delete the game and re-install it but when I opened the app and tried to log in my saved game linked to my Fb account, a pop message tells me that there is no saved game for that Fb account. 😦 I feel so sad and frustrated. I hope you can help me. Thanks a lot! Please please do help. :’-(

I am not sure what happened to your game in between. Are you sure it didn’t accidentally link to THEIR facebook? All I can suggest is contact TinyCO. They are the only ones with access to a players game. They are the only ones that can look it up and locate it.
All we can suggest is basic troubleshooting. Check to make sure your phone/device is logged in to the correct Facebook BEFORE launching the game. Then launch the game.

Everyone got the same color today…just like every other day. No one has completed it yet. It’s been running in a pattern. Purple, Red, Blue, Purple, Red, Blue…yesterday was blue, today is purple, tomorrow will be blue. At this point no one has unlocked Pink Brian.

Hard close (ie completely shut down the app) and restart it that should help to clear it. If not hard close and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and see if that helps 🙂
