Hi, I have a problem loading my game on a new device (android). Each time I put in user name and password I get ‘could not connect to server’ error screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this has not worked, can you suggest any possible solutions? Thanks!

Since the last update, I have (what appears to be ) clear land available in the lower right of the town yet not usable? I also still have my spirit vial count showing but not usable? Anyone else come across this?

I was doing consuelas dios de las muretes or however its spelled and after sending brian to learn spanish the quest line just disappeared. Also do you have to brew all of the item conversions to get the slimmer deco? If so 25 candy corn is unreasonable this close to the end of the event.

Her quest was pulled with the items on the 4th due to the items needed to complete the tasks were also with those. So they felt it would be better to do so.
The exchange offers are not needed to complete it. 🙂

Hi! I bought the Connie witch costume and Stewie vampire duck when I didn’t have the characters unlocked. I now have Connie unlocked but the costume in the cauldron still says locked even tho I’ve purchased it…? Do I have to get the character to a certain level before I can use it? Thanks!!

Why do i keep getting a pop up message from Peter about a poltergeist when im trying to give tasks. It won’t allow the tasks to be done!

The reason you keep getting that message is because you have one latched onto a building that requires the task to be done.

Hi, just a quick query.
What would happen if I deleted the family guy game data from my mobile, as the app is currently sitting at about 2.5gb.
I’d it just a collection of all the old updates and special events that can be cleaned, or will it destroy my quahog forever?thanks

If your account is linked to an email and Facebook, the info will be saved to that. You can go to your menu, account, and take note of your player ID just in case.
The file is still quite large. Lots going on in the game. You can clean it out and Reinstall it just to make sure it’s the appropriate and most up to date version.

Make sure you have the game saved to an email or Facebook before doing so. And take note of your player ID too just in case (Menu, Account, long number right lower corner)
I clear out my cache/data at least once every few weeks.

Great work girls. Your updates during these events are life savers as we all work our way through them. General question for which I can’t find a solid answer. I play unique games on two devices — an iphone (signed in with an email address) and an android tablet (signed in with google). Is it possible to play two games (at separate times) on the same device by signing in with either of my logins? I am nervous to wipe away the data from either game by signing in with a second login. I could play my iphone game on my larger tablet or play my tablet game on my iphone when I am traveling and don’t have access to Wi-Fi. Thanks in advance for any help in this question!

I play multiple on one device though it becomes a chore signing in n out of them as you can only have one set up at a time. I prefer two separate devices for them.

Thanks so much! I figured it was possible but wanted to be sure. Lots of hours wasted trying to bring Quahog back to life! I knew the chore of signing in and out would be a means to an end but it is good to know I can’t do any damage.
Now about that Consuela quest line disappearing ……… I already reported it from my game. Doesn’t make sense for it to be pulled with the time that needed to be invested into it just to get it completed. I know TinyCo will do the right thing. Just like with Stripper Bonnie, they tend to correct their booboos.

It was more than that. Items she needed to complete it were taken away with the rest on the 4th. So many players trying to start it later would have found themselves at a stop anyway. So they determined it was better to pull it. She still has some really funny tasks.

Thanks Bunny I am only responding to you because I know that you have a working relationship with the people at TinyCo and this may be something they need to know. Many players purchase new items as they become available (gotta get those workers working because one doesn’t know what tomorrow brings!) as I did in this case so I would not have been halted. The boxes and items were CLEARLY marked as going away Nov. 4 but nothing was noted about the quest line. I’m not sure if that would have affected my purchases but it would surely have affected the way I played it out. Many of the tasks in this quest line were long-timed ones that I play in the overnight hours so I can keep characters (in this case Brian and Bruce as well as Consuela) earning SVs and rockets during my “playing” time. The aspect of the game that stimulates me the most is the time management portion so I can think things through to maximize the game and my experience. My hope this is just a blip and not a common practice going forward. Keep up the great work!

It depends on how many other tasks you have sitting unfinished in your task bar. Check the questline and the open tasks.

I know you gals here don’t like to speculate but what is the American dad event people are saying? Is it a major update (Halloween) or a little Thanksgiving mini (valentines in TsTo) update?

I want to delete my family guy game and reset it and start over. I deleted the backup from iCloud and Game Center but it still goes back to where I left off. I don’t want the Halloween version just the regular. How do I do that?

Well if you do not want Halloween, you first need to wait for that to end. Outside of what you already did, you need to contact them about starting a new game if the basics wont help. Or…set up a new account under a different email and/or Facebook and do NOT link the account you currently have. You will of course lose all limited time items and progress by doing so.

What’s the chance of Tinyco introducing something new (eg. another box) in the last couple of days?

I know you aren’t TinyCo, but you do seem to have contact with them. Can you tell me if they are getting overwhelmed with problems? I contacted them Friday morning about not getting clams I purchased and sent a follow up yesterday, but haven’t heard one thing from them. Very frustrating when it is putting a crimp in getting Jason and consequently Freddy in my game. Thanks for all you do here. You are my go to for information on this and my other tapping game.

I can understand it’s frustrating. Each issue is separate and each takes different times. So response time Wil vary per issue. Just always make sure you contact them from your game when possible and include key words to flag the issue …like “missing clams” “paid for and did not receive clams”. Then allow at least 3 business days for them to get to you. 😉

I had just unlocked the police station and the hospital and was under way unlocking Brian when the io8 update came I went to update it and my phone crashed meaning it had to be set back to factory settings, I reinstalled the app an all the data was gone, I don’t remember making an account on the game however I did spend money on it, really frustrating is their anyway I can get it back??

Hey I am having a bit of trouble I have my family guy game linked to my Facebook but when I try and visit friends it tells me I don’t have any. I have loved out of Facebook and the game shut down my iPad and restarted it. Also re logged back into the game and Facebook and still nothing. I sent this question to the in game support but have yet to get a reply.bany help would be great

In Achievements, how do you get the one for Restraining Order? My hubby read online you have to use the arrows (instead of the pictures of your friends) until you get the pop-up “You Visited All the Quahogs in Your Multiverse” Well, I have done this everyday since July, much more than the 20 times required, and nothing. Does it have to be consecutive? The neighbor feature is broken a lot so that would be impossible. Thanks so much for the help!

Thanks for your response re: the 999 thing. Sent it to TinyCo for now. Different q: What exactly are the decorations _for_. The baseball field and tv antenna, for example. Is there any reason to keep them around after the quests that ask you to build them? Or can I sell them now?
As a followup idea, maybe you could do a thing explaining which decorations unlock tasks and which are just fluff? That would be hella useful, honestly.

With all the changes every event…that is a list that is constantly…well…changing. So not so easy to make. 😉
If you currently do not need it, store it away. The tasks themselves will usually lock and say “requires…” if you need an item or location.

Greetings… I don’t know how to get on the trail for Pink Brian. I’m a new player. I have him unlocked and did his quest chain and have him up to level 5. I completed everything else from Halloween. (ecto1..slimer). AM I too late to get him? I started playing after Halloween started. Hope I am not S.O.L. THank you for any help you can provide.

Is there any added value to finishing questlines such as Nightmare on spoonstreet or the dia de los muertos? Unless there’s something coming at the very end which requires these to be completed, it seems more efficient to send characters on their tasks to get as much vials as they still can so I can buy the things I still want. Otherwise I have to spend valuable vials on builds for these questlines I don’t even really want.

Thanks Bunny. The issue simply started after opening the game as normal. Now any time I open the game I see that message and wherever I tap on the screen it returns to the loading screen and I end up back at that message.
I have a Samsung Glaxay Tab 10.1. When the issue started occuring I installed the game fresh (first time ever installed) on my HTC Desire 216 but after connecting to Facebook and downloading my progress data the same error occurred.
I sent you a screenshot… man I unlocked Dianne and Francis but now I can’t click through to unlock Mr Weed! 😦

Well, I waited over a week and sent them multiple emails. TinyCo have not even responded yet. Really REALLY unhappy that I’ve spent of $100 of GooglePlay on these guys and will not be doing so again.

So my Bonnie Swanson has a “task” I can choose. It’s called “Flirting with Chatroom Guys”. The “reward” shows like, a stack of dollars for the symbol and says “999”. Any idea what it means? I can’t find any info on it whatsoever.
I’m playing on the phone so I’m afraid I can’t send a screenshot. It’s a 2h task.

I have seen a few speak of it, but we have not seen it. A screenshot would really help. I take them on my phone all the time. If you can, you can take one and email it to us.

Also, Peter has a task of “Drink a love potion” now, same thing of the 999 dollar sign and a witch hat for the symbol. So maybe it has something to do with the Halloween event?

My android devices…press and hold the Power and Home button at the same time til the screen flashes. Then it takes the screen shot.
We have been seeing reports of it happen…but I have not personally ran into it myself. All I can suggest is let TinyCo know so they can see it.

Don’t know what that is. I assume like a prepaid credit card. That’s up to your app market whether they accept it. So you’ll have to check with Apple, Google, Amazon, or whoever you go through.
