Yes. He costs Moon Idols…so when you unlock him your count will drop.

I have a TON of those “gold butts with wings” and I just realized I lost a lot of them at the affects me unlocking Jerome… I am almost positive I didn’t purchase anything with the “butts”, I was very careful about that. What is going on?! Does it add to your points with the pyramid or did something else happen? HELP! 😦

Logged in today and 75% of my moon idols were gone! Plus when I click on Cleveland it says I’ve only collected a few. Anyone else have this problem!??

I’m switching from my iPhone 4 to the htc one m8 and I’m just wondering if I am going to lose my game, if not how do I get it on my new phone and will I lose things like golden suit peter?

Golden Suit Peter will only appear on iOS devices. It’ll stay linked to your game, but you won’t be able to see it unless you’re on an iOS device.

Hi, I dont know if many people know this but I like to share this
When you complete a job that drops a quest item, and the item DOES NOT drop, press on “go to friend button”and as soon as you see stewie, press youre homescreen button (it wont save your last job) restart the family guy app,..keep repeating this untill you get the questitem.

Mine has been gliding like that for over a week. If I’m lucky enough to even get into the multiverse, I can only get into Ollies place and then it crashes and shuts down the whole app. I’ve been trying to get an answer from Tiny Co, but nothing yet.

I hope this makes sense. I want to save my idols and not spend them on characters, so I collected adventure peters items and then unlocked him with 62 clams before his full 1250 idols had been accumulated which meant I got to keep the ones I had. For Cleveland I have nearly all times and 2456 idols, I want to unlock him with clams before I get to the required 3000 because I want to keep them. But I’ve just noticed that on his items list, when I click on the idol icon it says 2456/3000 ‘Get this now for 23 clams’. If I pay the 23 clams will it mark the idol task as complete now and take the 2456 from me or will it mark it complete and let me keep all of my idols?

I have been trying ever since the Asia area was released to get eyeballs to complete the task of creating anime peter, I have the doc and peter doing the tasks continually and I’ve only received 1 out of the 3 eyeballs….is there a glitch? It’s like a month already and I have them do those activities multiple times a day.

You’re not the only one. So many people have the same issue, and when you ask TinyCo about it they say the odds are random. So best thing I can tell you to do is just keep trying. Take a break in-between and have the character do something else, then go back to the eyeball task.

It reduces when you unlock the museum, when you unlock Adventure Peter & when you unlock Cleveland.

I’ve just started the game and one of my missions is to go to a multiverse but when I click to do it the game quits its self . I’ve tried doing it about 10 times and it does the same each time. I’m on the app and bought stuff for one of the missions so I don’t want to re install. Anything I can do to stop this?

You have to play the game to the point of Chris holding the antenna for the TV. Then the menu will pop up and you can sign in. Menu, Account Info, Sign in as someone else.

Task list. It on the bottom left of your screen, the little clipboard. If you tap on it it’ll open up your current tasks. Tap it again and it’ll minimize them.

I play on my iPad 1 but since the latest update the game won’t load anymore on it. I hear the music and then it crashes. My usual fix for this situation is to use my wife’s iPhone 5 and log in to get me past whatever is crashing my iPad (works all the time with The Simpsons Tapped Out), but with this game it won’t let me connect to MY game with her phone. It keeps trying to take me to HER facebook account and won’t let me log in to MY facebook account to load my game.
Is there a way to load MY game with MY facebook on HER phone that automatically loads her facebook?

Only way I have found around that myself is to Log in to Facebook using YOUR information (so the phone recognizes the right account), restart the device, then try to log in as another user.

Ive been reading some of the comments on the diff posts on this site and I have noticed that some people have hundreds of thousands of in game cash where as I can barely maintain 5000 cash. How the heck is that possible?

A combination of a lot of things. Depends on when they started. If they took advantage of McBurgertown farming before it was dropped. If they take advantage of spending lots of time sending characters in minute tasks to earn money fast…etc.

Are you still getting the error? Best thing to do when it happens is hard close and restart the game. If you’re still getting the error the next step is to contact TinyCo.

Looks like the play until you get Chris and then re-login worked. Seem counterintuitive to keep playing, like you are going to make it worse. They should have a login screen at the beginning.

Is there a certain point when districts become available to unlock? Right now it seems very random but I want to know is there a specific way to get a district unlocked. Right now I am waiting to unlock district 6.

If you follow the main quest of that district (if you look at our walkthroughs it’s the one where Peter suggests going to the new district). Once the main quest is complete the next district opens up for you.

My phone rebooted itself and I lost all my apps.. I redownloded the family guy app but it made me start over but when I got to the Facebook log in it said there is my old account. Is there a way to get that back? And not have to start all over! 😦

Do you still see the eyeball on the task list when assigning the tasks? If so, it knows it still needs to drop. It takes a while..unfortunately.

It’s now 6/4 and with round the clock eyeball tasks I still don’t have it. Is this normal? Yes it still shows the eyeball by the task. Getting really frustrated.

Police station is the pile of rubble in District 6. And as far as the outfit goes…unfortunately I don’t have any great advice for that. Just patience. And sometimes it helps if you try a different task and then go back to the task that drops an item. 🙂

i just went from android t ipad with this game and installed the latest version tried to log in to it and it says i need to upgrade anyone know wtf is going on coz when i try to upgrade it just has open and no upgrade option bit technology impaired with this type of thing

Tap each check mark to clear them than tap the yellow unlock bubble and it should open for you. 🙂

Neither are live in the game yet. Stewie will be District 8 and Mayor West District 9. However, they’re not currently unlocked in the game just yet. So it’s a little bit of a wait for Stewie.

My game keeps closing after a few second of me opening it.
I already tried to close all my other apps and only open the family guy game.
I also tried restarting my iphone and opening the game again.

Trying to play this on my new tablet. I am on level 25 on the old tablet and hate to loose all thiz progress and money that I’ve spent. I can SEE all my achievements thru (google) Play Games app, but when I clicl play game, it takes me to the game that was originally started on the new tablet. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and that does nothing for me….kind of lime trying to contact TinyCo about this. Nothing!

Did you create an account on the old device? If so just hit the menu button and accounts and logon to the old town that way. If you didn’t create an account there’s no way to move towns from your old device to your new device.

For some strange reason, last night I was finally offered the option when I logged in with Facebook to over write the level 4 game with my level 27. That was the first time since all this that it hasn’t offered to over write a level 4 with a level 1. Thanks for getting back to me. Now I need figure out why Play Games still has me at no level at all 😛 ghosts in the machine!

I’ve been playing for a while (currently on level 21), but my progress has met a rather abrupt end. When I now log on, I can see my town but can’t do anything because the house maid (whatever her name is) gets in the way with this message and I’d really like to know how to fix it:

Oh. Anything in less than and greater than signs seems to get removed. Anyway, there was a “char” in those signs just before the closing square bracket at the end and there was a “T” in the signs after ConfigObjectFactory.

Try hard closing the app, clearing the cache, and restarting. If it still doesn’t work, clear the cache & uninstall the game and then reinstall it. If you’re still seeing the error after those steps your next step would be to contact TinyCo and let them know. It could be an issue with your town on their server.

Yeah, I’ll need to contact them as it happens on three devices (once synced up of course) although I didn’t hear anything from them after sending a message via their site so I’ll try straight through with an email tomorrow. Does anyone know usually how long they take to respond?

Because of the crashing issues over the last few days, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled hoping that would fix it (it hadn’t but found out that it was the apps fault, not my device).Now it has reset my game, but logging onto facebook hasn’t been able to get back my old town. How did you have your old town saved? Did you have it linked to your Facebook? If so that should do it, but if it doesn’t your best bet is to contact TinyCo and let them know you’re having an issue getting your game back.

when i try to long into Facebook it keeps saying that I have an account that is on level 5… I even tried uninstalling and re installing the game and logging in with my account and it is saying the same thing The game eventually started back from the beginning and it is still saying that I have an account already on level 5 tried to uninstall on Facebook and it just wont let me start the game on my right level any suggestions….

Have you created a game using that Facebook account before? If you have you can’t overwrite it. Only 1 game per Facebook account, and there’s no way to overwrite it. If you haven’t…your best bet is to contact TinyCo and let them know you’re having an issue with linking your game and Facebook. But keep in mind if you currently have a game saved to that Facebook account (even if it was an accident) they can’t overwrite it.
