I’m having problems completing Jillians quests because I don’t have her apartment? ! Where is her apartment? ! I collected all the new year items but I still have no idea how to get it or where it is?! Can someone help?!

Did you check in your Inventory storage? Prizes won during game play usually go there.

I’ve gotten to level 9 and Peter has a new quest for me. Only when I click on open quest it does not open, Peter just walks off. It also does not show him at the bottom left corner with all the quests. Please help, I can’t level up without him. Thank you.

That we are unable to assist you with as it is in your Account Access. If you do not know the email or Facebook password you used to link your account, you will have to go through the provider of that (facebook email) to reset it or through TinyCo for further help.

Has anyone had an issue where you cannot get Bruce’s quest’s to open? He’s just been walking around with his exclamation point and every time I tap him it takes me through the dialogue but never opens the actual quest nor adds it to my tasks 😦 Bruce has become a lazy freeloader

What do you mean? Are you trying to stop linking your account from your Facebook and link it to an email instead?

You have to UN link Facebook and then link it to an email or g+ instead so you still have progress saved somewhere. Details are on bottom of this post.

I have a problem. Multiple of my characters are stuck in a quest.. i have already complpeated a quest, but the exclamation point (!) is still there above their head.. what can i do to fix this?

Because there was one post…but it now is multiple and you can only link one. So we are trying to find a lil different way to set it up. Anything really can be found by the cool Search Tool in the Menu. It uses Google, but only searches our site content. So you can put in phrases and keywords and see all the posts and comments on that subject.

My girlfriend accidentally sold her flower bush for chris making new friends, and now cant buy or even find another one. Also cant complete some of the tasks now with chris. Could you please help me with this, and let me know how she can aquire another one. Thank you.

my game crashed a few days ago and still wont load. when i click on it, it sluggishly takes me to the loading screen then jumps me right back to my home screen. this happened before amd i uninstalled it, when i reinstalled it it was working again but i had to start over. what do i do

If you have completed the District and see “to be continued” when you tap on the Broken Blimp and Tower…you are as far as it went.

I have been playing this game for over a year and have made alot of progress, however when I upgrade my phone will I lose all my progress or wi an account save my progress?

As long as you link it, it is just a matter of signing back in (just may want to verify device compatibility with the game too).
If you link your game to a Facebook account or an email, you just download the game and then log in and load your saved progress from that link.

He is TEEEEEEENY so gotta watch out where you put him on his outdoor tasks, otherwise make sure you didn’t swap Brian back to his regular self.

My game crashed for 8 days during the Christmas event not allowing me to finish most of the quests or get characters, crashing was not my fault are there any plans to let people finish the Christmas quests who’s game crashed it does not seem fair.

What does it say/show when you tap on the Blimp Tower? Does it show multiple parts still needed to be collected for the Blimp? What is the image there?

It says “stewie has to find the stolen plutonium before time traveling” and there is a buttom that says “to be continued”. If you tap it, it goes “to activate the blimp you need the plutonium from the downtown district”

You are as far as it goes. That is it. “To be continued…” If you already collected all the parts…then you just have to wait for the next part of the Blimp Saga to be released by TinyCo.

Please help! I’m trying to complete a Jillian-related task. Chris had to ‘Make a New Friend’ but I can’t complete the task as it is locked. It says it requires ‘flower bush’ to unlock the task. I’ve tried placing every single flower deco available to purchase and in my inventory but nothing works. Can anyone tell me exactly which item I need so I can move on with the game? clam juice pt 5 i read forums googled it and more bruce just walks around with a ! over his head i tap him it reads something about bathtub gin hit open quest and nothing happens. i still love this game

Anyone playing it on the recently releases windows platform ? There is no save option or account setup option plus it seems to have a lot of bugs as now have stuck quests for Jerome (baseball) and bonnie (host a hen party)

It means your device is not compatible with the most current version of the game (you may have been playing on an older version and it is now asking for the newest with the reinstall). They are currently working on a fix for non compatible devices. Hang in there.

Is anyone else having connection issues this morning? I couldn’t connect as of 11:00 PM EST yesterday and its still not connecting at this point. The TinyCo web site doesn’t mention an outage so I’m not sure if its my problem or if they haven’t gotten into the office yet this morning.

I recently installed the game on my laptop however upon opening it it froze at the loading screen and didnt progress. I already have an account and was playing comfortably yesterday. Any suggestions?

For laptop troubleshooting? That is a tricky one. So many things could create issue. Firewalls, WiFi/Internet Connection, etc. All I can suggest is some basic troubleshooting.

I tried asking about this before, but I don’t think it went through. Anyways, my game is taking up too much memory, is there a way to fix this? Maybe by uninstalling it and reinstalling it? Will that erase my town, even though it’s connected to my Facebook? Thanks for your help, my phone is starting to have issues due to low memory space.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way. It’s just how much it takes to run the game…sadly. It’s a complete and total memory suck.

I was @ lvl 28 & needed 2 reset my phone. I reset my phone, & redownloaded family guy, & when I did I was back @ lvl 1. is there anyway 2 retrieve my data that was lost??
