AAARGGGGGGHH!! How annoying! Every time I collect money and get characters to do actions, my game freezes for a few seconds then catches up THEN it kicks me off the app, and when I return ALL the progress I have made is deleted and I have to start again! 😦 😦

I have had the same problem I found out my phone hadn’t enough RAM Try the following:
Force stop any apps you don’t need or disable them
Download this app Clean Master you can boost game and clean any unneeded data as family guy game is updated a lot
or buy a new phone my new one has 1.5gb and runs the game fine.

why is it everytime the game always goes up to 500 to 600mb memory its taking up all my space. once i play it then exit & delete it on the background something will shows up that im running out of space. i look on my usage settings it was the family guy who takes up all the space 500 to 600mb? is it supposed to happen that way?

It is a HIGH activity game. LOTS of memory being used. Main reason those with limited space or TOO much going on have crashing or lagging issues. You need to make sure you have enough room to run it.

Hey sorry if this has been asked before. I finished all the quests having to do with the Pawtucket brewery, but my characters still have the option to collect items that you use to craft in the brewery. I made at least one of everything already (and 2 chumba wumbas). Do we have to craft more than one of anything else or did i miss something?

My game hasn’t loaded for 2 days now. I keep getting an error when loading. Wish I could post a picture of the screen. It starts with “Empty id in virtual T…” I uninstalled and really downloaded but still getting the error. Any ideas?

How can I go visit a friends page while I pray family guy on Facebook

If your game is saved and linked to your Facebook account, those friends that play will show when you tap on the Neighbor icon. Lower left. Right next to the Menu Icon.

So I’m about to hit $10M and there isn’t room for the extra digit (although there is on the Enterprise) and I’m worried I’ll get screwed somehow. I’ll post back with results.
Note: I’ve farmed standard offices since October and they’re ready for collection now. I’m at $9,991,434 and about to collect about $15,000 so we’ll see.

I’ve been playing the new update since day 1, and am still trying to unlock Captain Picard & Starfleet Lois. my drop rates are abysmal.
I still need 3 duct tape, 36 batteries, 31 laser pointers, you get the idea. How are we suppose to pull this off when the drop rate is so low that there are almost no possible ways to finish this update without spending a couple hundred bucks on the game…
As for starfleet Lois, I need 2 groceries, 9 felicium, and 5 ear pieces. So frusturated with this game. I might point out that out of my friends list, only 1 person has made it to the end of sick bay.(He uses clams for EVERYTHING.

Are you playing via the Mobile App or Windows? Mobile app is in the Menu, Account. Windows is a stand alone unit and does not have an option

I’m playing on windows i think so does that mean I pretty much have to start over by downloading the game a different way? How would I do that? Like instead of going through my play store?

You would need to download it on a mobile device from your app market. Window version will also be limited on Events, so Mobile is better in that aspect.

This is a new one for me. I can’t get in my game at all. It loads mid line (opening screen) and crashes dead. I updated to the latest version and just started. Any idea what i can do?

Menu, Account… lower right corner LOOOOOONG number is your Player ID. Take a screenshot of it and keep it somewhere handy. Print it off or write it down somewhere. It is your game save info. 😉

My game will not load, it just keeps saying “some placeables are out of bounds” no idea what that means.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, turned my phone off and back on. Nothing is working 😦

Thank you. Any guess on where I find my username, device ID or player ID. If my game isn’t loading I can’t get it but they said it should come up o. The loading screen but there are two sets of numbers on the loading screen xD

Send them a screenshot of the loading screen. They will pull what they need from it.
Once you are able to get back in the game go to menu, account, and note the long number on lower right. Take a screenshot of it even. That way you will have it in the future if needed again. That is where your player ID is.

I have been trying to get Herbert from the cespool planet. I have sent Tori, Chris, Peter and Lois more than 10 times and all I keep getting is crystals. The meter for Herbert doesn’t even go up a notch when I have all 4 people; however, the crystal is to the top. I just don’t understand why?

The game on ipod doesn’t work well so I’ve installed game on my new phone android but nowhere on the game will it let u login to your old account I’m on level 6 already . How do I login so I can carry on as I’m on level 53 and not starting again please help

If you have a new device… you will need to get the new device to the point of being able to log in aka… play it until the Menu unlocks so you can get to your account.

Make sure you visit all 10 at the exact same time by hitting the next button to go to the next neighbor. Make sure it does NOT skip anyone in the order. Make sure all 10 are actually active accounts.

What is needed to unlock district 10? I have read many walkthroughs and cannot figure out what I am missing. I have completed every quest line for district 9, but still cannot enter district 10. I have even unlocked and completed half of district 11. Any ideas?

You’ve got to complete the Fine Arts District (which, no, is not District 11, it’s the Fine Arts District) before starting District 10. Basically, settle the blimp first.

I’ve got a weird crash problem. I have Stewie in his Iron Baby costume doing the animated task where he rockets up into the air and smashes into the ground. The task is complete. Every time I tap on the check-mark my game crashes. I’ve restarted the game and the phone (iPhone). I sent a “contact us” message to TinyCo through the app. Is there some other way to store the character or otherwise abort the task? The only other thing I can think to do is wait for Stewie to get a task in the Star Trek event and hopefully(?!) that will snap him out of whatever is causing the crash. Ideas?

My game crashed after the last “upgrade” on April 2nd. I tried to contact Tinyco but not hearing anything. I am playing on Ipad, never had any prior issues. After the upgrade the app now shows a white grid, not Peter. Any suggestions?

Sounds like there is something up with the other game. Have you tried to completely uninstall and reinstall the app again? If you have done all, reach out to TinyCo whether through messaging of a new world or via email

If you link the account, it will overwrite yours and replace it with his. Then it will take a LONG process to try and get yours back.

I have sent this question through my game to help support several times with no response….I’m using Samsung galaxy S4 & my game crashes every time i try to get Meg in Oceanland. All I lose (that I can tell) is recently chosen things for my characters to do.

Warp Core count down is done but no upgrade to level 3. I’m star fleet level 4+ and it just reads ‘Check back soon to upgrade the War Core’. Is there something other than reaching fleet level 4 I need to do to upgrade the Core?

Hi there everyone. My girlfriend and i use the same phone for our Family Guy the Quest for Stuff game so we log out and log in using the facebook option. we dont have tinyco usernames or play with the google option. I am at 52 and she is at level forty something. Only as of today, when she would try to log onto her account , mine came up and it now says its her account and when i log onto mine it now saysi need to start a new game and now her actual account is nowhere to be found!!!! disapointing because even tho it is just a game, many hours are spent on it and where as i am confused, im more upset for her because at least my account is still shown under her name. contrary to the opposite logon details. someone please help me, that would be great 🙂 thank you in advance

Sounds like someone may have LINKED the games while logging in instead of LOADING them. You gotta watch those options. My Suggestion is to contact tinyco right away and see if they can separate them back.

Game did some mystery update overnight on the 31st. Now it crashes everytime I open it The only thing that is working is the Enterprise if I go directly there. It is on Android and am wondering if I need to reload the app.

Ugh. This last update killed my game. It crashes every 10 seconds. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn’t help. Anyone else having the same issue? I’ll try it again, but if it doesn’t work this time, I’ll probably have to uninstall permanently. Its impossible to play when it crashes so much.

I’m playing on my computer. Chris has been stuck on the same quest, “I’m starving and if I lose any weight I’ll never get that part as the boulder in the school play!” and you have him eat a ham. Well no matter how many times I do it the quest “!” above him never goes away, even while I have him doing things. The only way I can even get him to do anything to level up is to go through Al Harrington’s Outfits where I created got Chris and go through the use now option. How do I fix this!?

I was wondering if any ok ne has reported Chris jumping around on the Grifffin’s lawn? He’s been in my Quahog ab I ut 2 days now, shortly after I unlocked Klingon Chris. So I saw the icon with Peter in a Star Trek uniform and decided it was time to check out the game. It took days to get to the event stuff but here I am! I just leveled up the warp core to 2.
So, questions.
1. Do you have an “add neighbors” page. I know it’s facebook, I wish they had another way to add people. I have 1 person on FB that plays. I don’t use it much, mostly for games that require it.
~ do neighbors serve any purpose besides coins and an occasional clam?
2. What do you wish you knew before you started, like… tips for new players… if only I knew then what I know now – stuff.
Do you think we get to keep the Enterprise after the event? Probably not, but they have stuff in it you have to pay ~for-reals~ monies for. :O If it’s going away, well… no! I wanted the tribble room but now I wish you could buy the tribble furrier and it dropped tribbles in your town.

So, I am not a big fan of the FG show, they’re… not my cuppa tea. But so far the game is fun, and the event is cool. It’s a little frustrating being behind, some characters jobs for items don’t open until they’re higher level or another section is opened.
