I think many Premiums should be used again. Something I have discussed with them many times. They are getting better. We will see if it keeps increasing as the game goes on.

So I made Kirk in the replicator, he got sent to Quahog, but whenever I tried to go back from the ship to Quahog, the game would crash and it wouldn’t sync. So I did that a few times, finally I did that and closed the game, then went back into it. It starts me in Quahog, but when I click on the chest, it crashes.
Playing this on a Kindle Fire, and the game has been unstable for the entire event. Would refuse to actually close when I hit quit (would take me back to the home screen, but I could still hear the game’s music and if I tried to go back into it, it’d hardlock the whole thing), syncing has been a nightmare and now this. I’m hoping (well, not -really- hoping, it’d kinda suck if it were) that it’s just the event, but if this isn’t fixed after, I don’t know if I’m going to keep playing. Was really excited for the Star Trek thing and the myriad of issues has just killed it.

Maybe a new issue, but not related to The current on goings.
I just collected enough mats to send my blimp off again. When I did the whole thing just disappeared! There is no stand now or anything. I did notice I had not completed all the stuff required for travel to old Europe.
So is it possible that once I finish these preliminary quests the blimp will return or did I just pull a Peter?

I have a question the family guy game was taken off my phone but when I got it back on my phone when I went to play it, it started from level one and I was one level 40 but I’m still getting notifications for the game for level I was on how can I go back to the level I was on ?

Did you save it to an email or Facebook? If so, just log back in and LOAD the saved game on the level you had. DO NOT LINK THE NEW ONE. 😉

Do you remember saving your game to a gmail or an email Address at one point through the menu, account screen? Do you remember if you had friends? Only Facebook links could have friends.

Game crashed on my Galaxy Note. Was working fine but now its says “DATA ERROR there was a problem loading the game”. Uninstalled and reinstalled…didn’t help.

That usually means you need to make more room on your device. Try that and your connection and see if it helps.

I have a new personal phone and have no storage issues. i did a new install on my work phone and it also has the same error. one is a galaxy S6 and the other is a Note 4. it was working a few hours ago and then i started getting the error. any thoughts?

I’m getting the same Data Error on game start up. Started this afternoon PST. App Version 1.7.9. iOS 8.1 on iPhone 6. App size is 668MB (not including 100MB base app size). Can’t be an available space issue as I have 45GB free.

Hey bunny this might not help any one but there looks like a lot off apple problems from iPhone to ipad I know a lot of people are in to this game what help me was over a year ago bought a Samsung 10.1 tablet one of the older ones and I only had very few problems with family guy bought this just for the game just thought I would throw in my two cents thanks your doing a great job

i was wondering if they can extend this recent event.. im busy at work so i dont get enough time to do all the mission & side quest. the only time i can play is on my break time. i still need to catch up on things unlocking all the people & such. i love this game & dont want to end this event soon.. hopefully extend it by a week or two please & thank you…

I do not think they will. That is the nature of games, if you are not willing to purchase into the game to guarantee you get it all, then you will have to play to get as much as possible. Sorry.

Okay, one of the tasks required Peters outfit to be changed to the tweeker outfit from Harrington’s store. How do I change back to the original outfit he started the game in?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked I’ve got all the items needed other than the crystals for Stewie in the replicator however it is still allowing characters to drop those items and the rooms which stop the rooms dropping the other items I need. Was just wondering if this is happening for other people? And do the items stop dropping once I fully have the Stewie from the replicator? Thank you 😊

Road to Recovery is your hold up. It is the main questline and needs to be completed in order to move forward. You can catch all the info if you go to the main event page.

Looking for suggestions on gathering more crystals? I seem to earn a little over 1,000 a day and that is when I concentrate on the game. With only 9 hays left for Kirk, it is going to be very close on getting him. Now they want me to spend more on decorations in order to advance the main quest line……

Fine arts is an edition to 9… so 10 will unlock once you complete it.

I am wondering where you are seeing this at. Are you saying that when you collect them, none show on the Phaser Icon in the lower right corner? None add to the totals there or in the Replicator?

At the lower right, it stays at 2. Like if I have Mort, Geordi, and both Weapons Lockers give me an energy crystal, it stops at 2….not 4.

I’ve done one of my quests however it still has the explanation mark saying it needs done, I play mine via my laptop therefore If I delete the game I lose everything and I’m on district 8 does anyone know how to sort this?

Well if it is a new phone, of course it won’t have any of your stuff on it yet silly. You need to add your stuff to it. 😉
Play it til you get the menu, then log into your saved account. So email or Facebook. Just make sure you LOAD your game and do not LINK the new Level 1

So now… I have a different problem i was finishing up helping ryker to unlock him and then when i was done i quit and played later. Then i realized i could go on the star trek ship now so i click on it and it says to rescue commander ryker first but i already have. Any ideas?

I have the app loaded on my Motorola Droid Mini. I recently noticed it has become quite the memory hog, taking up 1.90 gb total. Only 74.43 mb is from the app, the remaining 1.83 gb identified as “data”. Does anyone know what would happen if I choose to “clear data”? Do I lose anything? I have tried asking TinyCo tech support, but they are ignoring me.

As I do not know your device… nor anyone else…. I doubt anyone but you can answer that.
My game stores all my progress and updates with it, so clearing cache/and date usually wipes all that out.
You basically have the game “base” then updates on top of it. Each update has its own data.

I have seen one of your answers for this question before but wanted to know if you know the qty’s? If you have already collected all the items from the brewery, what number do the drops max out at? I have 182 beer bottles, 186 blue tickets…etc.I would like Herbert to be dropping only for the Star Trek event now, instead of maybe brewery, maybe Star Trek

It is not the Materials… it is the items IN the Brewery themselves. If you want to know how many more you need to make, tap on the item in the brewery in the italic I next to it to see the details. It will tell you the ‘Limit”. Until you create the limit of each, the materials to make them will keep dropping.

I noticed you answer very quicky so i thought i would this about my concerns… I noticed recently that there was a nuke button to store everything away but i only saw it when a friend showed me on his screen. I checked mine and it is not there. Me and my friend both just thought you had to be a higher level because he had not known how long he had it. It seems to me you know a lot about this game so i was wondering if you had any idea if it was unlocked at a higher level or if i had a small glitch in my game. Thank you

As far as I know… everyone should have it in their movement screen.
I know when it first launched that a few devices had to update to the latest app market version, but that was long ago. What device you on? App Version? District?

He is Rare, so that is impossible to say. It varies for every player. Think of it like hitting the jackpot, could be the first try… could be the 50th. Look at the post for the Transporter n Cespoolus for other players results

Hi There. I just joined this game and have started the Star Trek event (I haven’t got to the ship yet) and Riker has suddenly disappeared. He is not in the inventory and when I go through Facespace to use the locate a character trick the game doesn’t find him. Help!

Save it to an email or Facebook. Then just a matter of loadding the app on a compatible device and getting to menu to log in the same way and LOAD your game on level you’re at.

Here is a bit more information on how to do it.
1) on the old device as Bunny said save it to facebook or google plus you that by clicking the box at the bottom of the screen with 9 other small squares in it.
2) click Account info
3) connect to facebook or google (follow all instructions)
on the new device
1) complete tutorial so you see the box we clicked on before the box with 9 small squares.
2) click the facebook or google box what ever you saved on the old device and follow on screen instructions.

I have been playing for a few months now and yesterday I got the Load Error Some Placeables are Out of Bounds. I’ve spent quite a bit of $s, maybe $50 and now can’t play at all. I did everything to claim Jillian, but when I click on buy her an apartment(you only need 1to finish that quest) it just goes back to the game. No explanation. I can’t get the dang apartments! Therefore no Jillian. Help!!

Hey hey just when you thought it was safe to go swimming…tinyco seems to have fix the game so i’m back. Not gonna go down like that.
