My apologies if this has already been asked and answered, I can’t find it. Secret Spy Brian needs wrist watches however in the costume shop every time I click on the watches it says “coming soon”. Is this a glitch or have they just not released the method for collecting them yet.

Not sure if glitch but when santa and camo peter go to attack the houses says they can defeat one and when they go seperatly says they cant attack any. So i cant get hats. Anyone else having issues? I cant find any current posts. Not sure if there is a glitch on webpage. Ive made a few paots but cant find them or any replys…thanks 🙂

I am having trouble inviting my mother in law to play the game.I can send her invitations to other games through Facebook just not family guy.her picture and her name doesn’t pop up.just a couple of profiles that she has but she deleted those profiles.I’m not even friends with her on her old ones.just her new one.please help

Try this. Delete each other off Facebook completely. Log out, then back into Facebook. Then request each other again. All should be done on the SAME accounts linked to the game. If you are trying to add someone that has a 2nd account linked to the game and not the one you are requesting, you will not see them.

Hi, sometimes when I use the holiday humma to attack they don’t offer prizes. I have a level 6 humma and I’m 3/10 lights before I upgrade. Why is the attack not offering me prizes?

Please can someone help because I’m not getting a reply from support?
Every time I try to open the little box of joy (I have plenty of bells and haven’t opened a single box yet) it tells me that it is having problems with my payment and I need to contact customer support (though as I said, I did and haven’t had a reply). TIA

All I can suggest is basic troubleshooting. Outside of that, you need to contact them.

Is there a known glitch with the giving tree? Or is anyone else experiencing an issue with it not paying out? I was given 11 of them but only had a payout from one once.

I have been having the problem of my Hummas disappearing, and although one of them showed up in the store for the 1 coin, the other one took 2 days before it showed up for the 1 coin and for me to get it back. I go force close my game so that they automatically update to the correct level like the instructions say to do so, but then no matter if I send both characters available to go attack it (for example sending Peter and Sarah Connor to attack the misfit toy land) it says I will defeat 0/4 and get no rewards. I can’t progress on this unless I buy t-600? The same thing has now happened at the Christmas tree lot. Is this a glitch? I have reported it in the game and have not heard anything.

Need help , I just was basically forced to finally update my iPad to iOS 9.2 & now I’m crashing @ the log in screen , & to top it off I just bought $100 worth of clams 4 days ago & bought a bunch of items with them that are now basically going to waste!! I already wrote the same message to TinyCo. Right b4 this one to you, I’m really in full blown panic mode after spending all of that money & now not being able to use anything. How long does it take to fix a problem like this ? It has never happened to me b4 .

Hi, I’m wanting to use my hovercraft to get cars but even if I use Sarah and Peter, there are no rewards as they wont attack any of the 4 places. The hovercraft is on level 5. Is this part of the level or a glitch as I am very behind and just getting further behind

If you saved it to an email or Facebook, no. It will be just a bit of replaying the opening, get to the menu, Log in, and LOAD your saved game progress.

Update to the lock character I just posted. Now the last two zones are now visible on the map. I can not access them but they are now visible.

In the Christmas map/land I just got an error today. After the nutcracker truck attacked it’s area I got my rewards and then I get Consuela saying ‘attempting to add points to a locked character’.
I assume it is for the snake plissken character since I hadn’t finished unlocking him yet? I can’t see him anymore either.
Everything else seems to work, but if I hit the red X to reset the village for the nutcracker truck to attack again I get the error. No idea how to fix this.

I keep getting some crash screen ? It started about 4:30 pm today when I signed on. I am on level 36 . And I’m working on getting the tree district opened. I really hope I can get it all back.

The care you level up to attack the buildings .. When I logged in the game told me my car had been put back in my inventory .so I got it out and it wouldn’t fit in the gap it was in no more and when I put it down it reset the level on the car was level 11 now level 3 but it’s not strong enough now to defeat the buildings so I get nothing each time and I can’t do anything on the game without being able to do that? .. It was working fine before I can’t get hats now or the lights to upgrade the car . Help ?!

Couldn’t find an answer anywhere after about an hour searching (so sorry if this is stated elsewhere… I really looked) but any info on the spawn rate of the robotic misfit toys? Need to defeat them with S. Conner to complete a timed quest. Only seem to be 2 in the North Pole at a time & I need to defeat 5. So a time line would be very helpful. That’s because there’s isn’t one. It’s never released so I can only go off my game. Which seems 2 about every 4hrs. But max of 2 at a time.

No max that I am aware of. As it uses Facebook, the exact same way you add and remove friends there. Add any friend that plays… they are in your game now too. Remove any friend off your Facebook, they are no longer your game friend. 😉

I tried to read through all the recent post before putting this out there and didn’t see anything. I am on the task of defeating Santa’s Village 3 times and have 2 characters and 3 characters completing this. However no matter how many characters I have on this task, th game never records my progress. I believe my humma is at level 5.

What basics have you tried? Do you notice you are pulling your characters OUT of the task before it is done and sending them somewhere else? Like Santa?

Bunny – Thank you so much for your help with Santa and the Humma attacks to get materials for gifts, so I can get some grenades, so I can get camo peter…Such an obvious thing that I knew about and have caught myself forgetting in the past – that if a character is Busy – he cannot be somewhere else, LOL. I think I expected to see an icon next to Santa to do an attack – but not the case…not sure why I assumed that though. Anyway -Thanks again!

me. However, I am simply unable to get the 3 holiday grenades. The only way to get grenades is to purchase the Core of Christmas Cheer for 140 clams which I will not do/pay for) or get from the Naught or Nice Surveillance Center, which you need to buy with GIFTS! However, I cannot earn the materials to trade in for GIFTS without a working character to do the Humma raids (i.e., Camo Peter, Santa, or Lyle). I actually have Santa already but he is not showing as a humma playable character yet. So I am stuck as far as I can see…no way to get blacks hats or other materials to buy gifts, in order to get the N or N surveillance Center, in order for it to give me grenades. Can anyone help please? TY so much! Rick

What is Santa doing right now? If he is on another task, you can’t send him to Battle. He has to be free to start it.

Bunny, what if you have santa walking around not on any task, but he is still locked in the attack santas village screen ? … i have him unlocked, have attacked the village several times with him, but now when i go to attack it, he is showing locked

You need to make sure you do NOT take him off the task. If you see a ! by the Humma Hanger, DO NOT TAP IT! There is a known issue that pulls him out of the task and hurts your rewards. A Patch is coming to fix it in 1.15.5 but in the meantime you need to watch it.
Also make sure it is not pulling him off another task.

If I build the Blocko Hovercraft Hangar before I get Lyle will Lyle become locked? I know that’s been the case in previous holiday-type missions and I’d like to get him but don’t want to hold up the storyline if I don’t have to.

The only thing that will have you lose Lyle is if you already have the Igloo and have gone into the HQ since to see the new week 2 prizes and triggered the 24hr timer.

I haven’t been on here in a few weeks and just started stopping by again today, but I am having a problem searching the site? I used just hit the search button ,type my questions keyword & id have my question pretty much answered in seconds , but now it seems that the search button is pretty much useless , because instead of searching the addicts site, it’s searching the web or something , & although I enjoy Bunny’s insightful information & rederick on the subject of Family Guy TQFS, I really don’t have the time to go looking thru 100s of site pages. Is this a temporary problem, or do we no longer have a search shortcut?

What search are you using? There is a basic one linked with all the other “widgets” along the right side. In the Menu is the Search Bar that uses Google, but on our site. Just make sure you do NOT tap on the Google options that pop up right up top… scroll down and you will see all our awesome posts and keyphrases you typed in. 🙂

I’m with this person- I used to use the Search widget on the right side to find any posts I’m looking for, but mine has been gone for a few weeks now. All I have is the search button at the top, and it goes to Google+ search as well. Any idea what happened to the widget?

That is the main one to use… in the menu. It searches our site a lot better too. As far as the “side” widget…. WordPress put it ALLLLLLL the way to the bottom now. 😦

For moving Decorations. ..Tap on it. If you see a lil blue inventory icon pop up right in same bar as its name, tap on icon to store it.
For buildings and Decorations… tap and hold item until the movement screen pops up. Then Tap inventory icon to store it.

Just Decorations. That is what I was trying to explain. If they have a “use” or “purpose” I will note it next to their info in the posts. Like “drops candy canes, helps with Humma, etc”. Otherwise they are nothing more than something to look at. 😉

I apologize if this is already been asked, but I looked through and could not find it anywhere…
I have heard many people mention that the North pole will not stick around after the event is over…
So what happens to all the items I purchased with bells or with presents? Will all the purchased items just go to our inventory? Otherwise I don’t see the point of buying decorations and things for a place that won’t exist.

The Decorations drop into your inventory after the Event, the play field goes. You can pull them out after the Event and then put them into Quahog. You won’t lose them. 🙂

im not sure if I jumped ahead upgrading my humma to 5 without getting enough presents to unlock the prize that gives me the grenades because I defeated 3 buildings and now the buildings are green and when I click on Santa to defeat it says no prizes awarded now. Esp the bulbs to upgrade to 6 what so I do?

So general question. One of the items needed to unlock camo peter is holiday grenades. The only free method is the surveillance center which i need christmas presents to buy. To get presents i need to exchange hats. And to get hats i need to do a raid which requires a driver….. Like camo peter…so i seem to be caught in some kind of loop. Suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks!

So… go find him. If he is on a task somewhere else… wait til he is done. Restart if your device if you know he is not on a task and can’t find him… then go to the North Pole and watch for him walking around.

I have been playing this game for a year or so on my android phone. A month or so ago every time I opened the game I would only be able to play for a minute or so before it crashed. Every time I play it does this so I have had to play on FB instead. Is this a common issue? Are you aware of how to fix it so I can play on my phone again?

I don’t know if this will start a new thread or not. but here we go. What happened to the 50% off Cleveland in the Thanksgiving event? He was offered for 200 clams and when I got the few clams I needed to make 200, I couldn’t get him for that. Is or was that a valid offer? We protect our Players from identity thieves parading as “hackers with free items” as we’ve already seen the mass damage and destruction they cost many innocent players time and time again. If you have the Clam TV in your game you can get some here and there. Visiting Neighbors daily usually adds one. Then random things during events award them.
