I have bought a new phone and I cannot figure out how to sign out of the game so I can download it on my new phone.

You don’t. Just load a new game on new device. Play through tutorial until menu access comes up (around Christmas helping with antenna), go to menu, account, log in to email or Facebook you have game saved to, and LOAD your saved game file on the level you’re currently at. Make sure you pick LOAD.

There was a countdown timer in the game since day one. Several pop ups in the game with end date and time. Warning pop up in game last 2 days saying it was leaving. Then on everyone of my weekly phase release posts as well as my event page here. Not sure what other “warnings” you wanted. Sorry

i have windows 8.1 and i recently downloaded this game to my computer but everytime i try to play it it goes through the loading screen this just goes black, anyone know why?

My game got disconnected from Facebook and I can’t get it to log back in, all it does is reload the log in screen when I enter my information and hit log in… I messaged tinyco in game a week ago and no word back… Now my game is back to the start when I load the game… How do I get the log in to work? Hello, I have a Digiland DL718M and its compatible but when I start playing the game about 5-10 mins in the screen goes black and exits out of the game. When I get back into the game I have to go back and do last 3 mins doing quests and actions for the characters I’ve already done. Any idea if it’s on your end or maybe my device isn’t up to par?

Has anyone been having a hard time getting sapphire eggs and gauntlets to wrestle? It’s been 4 days in a row and since I do not have class to use I have to wait to have characters get gauntlets, then when I do finally get 4, I activate the wrestling match and use 2 characters to maximize the “likelihood” bar. Once the time is up, beans…Nothing else.

I have had a few problems here and there collecting the items I need, gauntlets and arrows mostly. Mainly I just like to focus on unlocking characters and it does get frustrating when you can get what you need.

I find that it fluctuates in a sort of feast and famine thing – I had periods of days when I wasn’t getting gauntlets or was wasting them all for not getting sapphires, but then I’m currently in a period where it seems to be working out okay. Try not to throw your phone against the wall in frustration as I did for a long time and it should pull through. 🙂

Im on computer. When I open it, it starts loading then minimizes the game. I open it back up an it does it all over again. Wont load at all.

I just re installed this game today after not playing for awhile and i keep getting “can not search on a completely locked map” error. I have tried restarting my phone and i have more than enough memory.

I might have a glitch in the game. I try and use beans to purchase items, but there’s no reduction in my beans when I “buy” items and I’m not getting any of the shields needed to get to level 4 as a result. I’m not sure if I bought too many items to try and boost my level or not, but it’s taking a long time to get to level 4. I’m almost there, but I feel this could hinder my progress for the next few weeks. Thoughts? Bug?

I’m taking a guess here… but did you already buy a bunch of that same item and store them? If so, you’re basically just pulling the stored ones back out.
The system works so you don’t buy a bunch of items you already own. So to get more… take ALL of that item out of storage… then the system will revert to purchasing them. 🙂

Items can be released at anytime between a new phase going live and the End of the Event. Mostly by the end it’s just wrapping up stuff

Weird Glitch-Grimm Night flies the Enterprise to go to North Pole- If you go to the second option to shoot Mort the Troll under get stuff for Giant Chris, the Starship Enterprise takes you to a burning North Pole, where you can still shoot Mort the Troll amid the wreckage. What is up with this?

My game was idle for a while as I was away from my pc, and I had to reload it. Now I only get a blank page in the game window with the text
“OOM command not allowed when used memory > ‘maxmemory’.”
Reloading the page doesn’t help and I have no idea what this is, I’m just trying to enter the game.

Do you play the game via Facebook? Or the Windows Stand Alone App?
To me… just looking at the message, it sounds like what it says… you may be out of Memory. Or the system it is trying to access is low on memory (possibly at the server). That is something I would not be able to troubleshoot for you fully. All I can suggest is basic steps to help a system when the memory runs low. Beyond that, looking into more technical support for your system itself may be best.

I’m new to forums, so i may have put my question in the wrong spot the first time. Here it is again. Sorry. Im having a similar issue, only its in my android phone. I have everything from the event loaded upand accessible, just not the main questline itself. No matter what i try, Peter wont kick off the event. Ive tried redtsrting, reinstalling, and even switching phones. The issue is bound to my account. It’s Been like that since the Star Trek Second Encounter event. I’ve been asKing tinyco, but they haven’t responded in over 3 weeks. Please fix!

I am not TinyCo nor do I work for them. I am unable to “fix” any players games. I can only offer troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Other than that, reaching out to them is the only way.
Here are my basic tips…
Players will need to be on Version 1.19.0 in the App Markets, so if you are not… go download it (or wait til it hits your market)
Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed
Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version, not Windows Stand Alone
PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points.

Yeah, I’m not sure anymore. I’ve asked TinyCo through two accounts and an emil, and they have never responded, which is weird since they used to respond in a day. And I’ve already fixed up the Time Traveling Zeppelin, so I’m not that far behind in the game. When it happened during Second Contact, the quest line randomly appeared about two weeks in to the event, so I’ll just wait.

I will ask to see if there is any more word or update on this. I have only see a very small amount of Players report it. Like 2 or 3.
If all is correct, version 1.19.0 downloaded (from 2/25/16), District 3 and Al’s unlocked, Playing via Mobile download from Google OR Apple/iOS OR Amazon OR Facebook… then it should work.
Have you tried troubleshooting with your device and Google itself? Ensuring your Google Play is up to date and getting you the right Version? Tried a complete wipe out of the game? Deleted all cache & data, Deleted it completely from device and any back up, Uninstall, Restart device to ensure all is in effect… then Reinstall it and log back into your saved game file? (Make sure it is saved to an email or Facebook before trying this)

On a side note… as this just also dawned on me… How many “TASKS” are open and not completed in your Task Menu? Can you list the name and part #s of each?
I ask this as I am wondering if the usual “nothing new will appear if your Task Menu is too full” is what is really causing this.

OK, so a really basic question from a newbie…just started a couple of weeks ago, right at the end of the Star Trek quest. While I did some of the basic stuff within that quest, I really have focused on rebuilding Quahog and working my way through the Districts. (Just finished 4, just starting 5).
Now that Sir Peter is upon us, I’m missing a good part of the game but I feel like I need to spend my limited time, clams and coins on the town itself. Obviously, if I was willing to spend lotsa time and hard earned cash on unlimited clams and coins, I could enjoy the full experience. But as my job, mortgage and kids’ college loans have a little to say about that, I’m trying to maximize my efforts.
OK, so maybe this is a ‘fish or cut bait’ kinda question, but should I try to rebuild the town first, then enjoy the quests in the future, or am I missing a good way to get clams by completing the quests?
Love the site, BTW, as I have found a community of kindred spirits!

I would say to work on both as you can. For the Event, you really only need to focus on the Main Questlines each week. You can try to do so and see where it takes you, but on the side also work on your town. The thing is, the Districts are here to stay FOREVER. They have no time limits to them. Where as Events are usually just for that portion of time, then gone. Star Trek was the first time in the History of the game that an Event repeated, but even so not all Characters came back and it was short lived.
In the end, always focus on what makes YOU happy though. If not doing the Event is no big deal to you, then pass on it. 😉

Trying to unlock District 9 for a while. Found out today that apparently I need to complete some blimp quest with Stevie, but I’ve never seen it pop up. Do I need to wait for a certain level for that quest/mission? currently level 41.

Are you playing on the Mobile App (Facebook, iOS, Google, or Amazon)? Or are you playing on the Windows Stand Alone Version? I ask as Windows stops at District 8 and is nothing like the Mobile App.

I can’t place Peter’s castle on my andriod tablet in the Grimm tales bit. I have the beans, and enough beans for Westly, but will not let me place any where. When I try it comes up and say “finish now” clearing block will end in XXX. I have already cleared 3 of the 6 blocks. Do you have to clear all 6 before you can place Peter or Westly’s place? Last 3 will take take roughly, without spending clams, 5 more days.

Let me guess, your workers are busy clearing land or making another building? If so, you have to wait. Workers are just like Characters, they can only do ONE Task at a time. Wait for them to finish or spend precious clams to speed up their task, just like you would have to do with any other Character.

I had sent tinyco a msg asking why consuela and her skins were so expensive..
The response I got back was that it was a gameplay issue and they don’t answer those questions.. There are plenty of websites online devoted to the game and I should check there..

Actually… her skins have dropped… A LOT in price. She was introduced in BETA for 600 Clams for her and her house. Since then she has dropped in half, gone on sale, and offered now TWICE for free by earning her Mob Costume.

Help! I’m using an android phone. Since the last Star Trek event, events have not been kicking off for me, like this Fairy Tale event. I get all the buildings in my town, and can buy all the stuffb in the store. I just can’t get Peter to kick off event. I’m stuck aimlessly gathering. Ive tried reinstalling my progress account, restarting the app and the device, and have reinstalled itv twice. Nothing is working. When I tried putting my accountbon a differentn phone, the same issue happened. Its like the issue is bound to my account. The developers arent responding, and you havent either to my last question.Please tell me how to fix it do I can actually join event!

I do not own the game. I do not make the game. I do not run the game. I am only a Player myself. All I can suggest to you, you have already tried. If you did all the Basics including uninstall/reinstall app and that still has not fixed it… messaging TinyCo from your game and waiting for them to reply is all you can do. It is THEIR game and only THEY can access your game to fix it. Sorry.

Which PC version? I ask as the Stand Alone Windows version should NEVER get Events.
As for Facebook, if you are just playing online, that update should have hit today.
Star Trek Event ended yesterday at 3pm PACIFIC so anything NOT unlocked went with the Event. Characters you did unlock you will find in Inventory Storage in the Characters Tab

I am on a windows 7 PC; so I didn’t even know there was a stand alone version. I play on Facebook; on Google Chrome as my phone is broken. But, as I stated above; the Quest thing did pop up but my computer froze; so I had to refresh. I don’t know if I accidentally opted out when trying to unfreeze it. I clicked everywhere. ><
I also tried doing it on Firefox; but the game isn't even loading on there. -_-
And I still have a star trek quest; even though it has ended. The Quagmire thing.

UPDATE: Kindle and Facebook had an issue and alerted TinyCo. In process of resolving it now. Hope to have Event live by tonight. Will keep checking on it and update if I get anymore.

Hi, is there any list of characters that are useful in the current event (once upon a time). As I’m sure you do, I have lost of characters. I put a lot of them in storage but never know who will help with the current event at the time.

I used to have the same query – I’d crafted all that I wanted to in the brewery and no longer cared for any of the other items, which I just saw as a waste of money (and space – too limited space for decorations). Every time I tried storing the brewery, it said it was too important to store and I always saw the craftables available to each character.
BUT… As of yesterdays release of the Grimm Knight event and the release of 6 more plots of land, I guess Tiny Co is looking for ways to help create room, because I just randomly tried to store the brewery and it worked!
It’s now in my inventory and the suds and tickets are no longer on my task lists when I select a character (and it freed up a lot of room). Just try storing it now. 🙂

From the recent event I can’t put up any of the buildings like medical lab and stuff from the enterprise and I’m needing room for this new fairytale event please why won’t it let me put theses buildings in inventory or even move them!! Help!!

Has it been confirmed that getting Troi, Crusher, Data, Geordi, and Riker does pay out clams for the Star Trek group? I don’t see that group in Facespace; only the Trekkie Griffins group (which I have received payout for). It would help me decide whether to buy Riker…

I couldn’t see anything on the known glitches, so this may just be me, but have you heard of anyone else having issues with Mr Weed progressing past Level 7? My current questline for him (Former Coworkers 3) requires him to Research Geneology but he needs to be Level 9 for that and it seems I’ll never get there. With all the tasks I’ve been setting him over the last couple of weeks, he doesn’t progress past about 2/3 of the way across Level 7.

I have a Borg Cube from last event and built the Borg Cube from this event. The new Cube drops Gama Rays, but it’s not even an option for the Cube from the previous event. Do you know why that is? You’d think that the same items should drop from both. So a little confused on that one.

It depends on WHAT you are playing on. If on Windows Stand Alone Version… none.
If you are playing via the Mobile App (Facebook, iOS, Google, Amazon) then you just need to save your game to an email or Facebook account (Menu, Account). Then you just load the app to a new device, log into your game, and LOAD your saved game file content.

The leaderboard info says we can get latinum bars by creating items in the replicator. But I haven’t earned any for the one item I was able to create so far. Am I missing something? Is it a chance for latinum bars instead of always? Or did I read the info tab wrong on the leader board? Thanks!

I just won game 8 and now my football Jesus costume is in al’s still saying it’s locked how do I unlock him?

Do you already have Jesus? If so make sure he’s out on play field. If not, pill him out of Inventory as he came with the costume for those that didn’t.
Also… if another Costume is creating, you’ll have to wait til it’s done.
Restart device too may help if none other apply.

Hello, last night, 02/09/2016, my game on my Apple looked like it was updating but never finished. This morning, I went to the app store and attempted to download it again, likely the update. It looked like it almost finished the download but it didn’t, and now my icon is just blank saying “Waiting”. Anyone else have this issue?

It may be an issue with space in the device, but not triggering any kind of report. All I can suggest is to try the Basics and see if that helps.

Needed 3 more playbooks to win Game 3: Melbourne Platypuses. Only way to get them is First Downs. Now first downs drop new items for something I haven’t even unlocked yet. Not cool

I’m a little lost, my brain has just locked up lol.
What do they consider a win?? The board shows I won 3 games & got the first character. Since then I have gotten 3-4 more touchdowns. Are touchdowns wins?? Sorry for bugging you about this but boy I just can’t think of it. THANK YOU!!
