Happy Weekend Clammers! Well we’ve all made it through another week and the weekend is here!

Just wanted to put up a post about a growing glitch in the game that’s showed up since the Summer Stroke event ended. It seems to be affecting players who didn’t manage to unlock Guitar Playing Fly before the end.
When you log into your game a pop-up will appear saying you’ve earned Guitar Playing Fly but when you hit “Okay” your game freezes then starts to reload.
So far I’ve had one player who said fully shutting down their device then switching it on again cleared the issue but others have reported no success with this or reinstalling their games. Reinstalling is only something you should try if you’ve saved your game and got a note of your PlayerId squirreled away.
Therefore I’m afraid for the majority of you contacting support is your only option, and you can do this via the Jam City support Portal or by email. Please ensure you put your PlayerId in the contact or email and of course details of the issue your having.

And before you ask you’ll find your PlayerId located on the bottom right of the loading screen, but I’d advise also having it wrote down somewhere safe.

It’s time to see what’s going on down in Quahog with the latest event to hit our games.
I’m seeing the full event on the latest app versions, Android 3.1.1 and IOS 3.1.2.
I’ll get the Addicts Area post up and the overview post up as soon as I can but there will be the event delayed from yesterday it’s throws my plans out so it may not be tonight.
But let me repeat the good news, there is NO unlock timer for Fairy Tale Stewie or Fairy Tale Brian!!!

Basically here’s the page where you can tell us everything and anything you want to feedback to Jam City, just keep it PG. 
***I’m putting this up now as there’s been flexible end times on recent events so just give us your feedback here when you’re done with the event or when it is officially over if you’re playing until the end***
Remember you can say more than you simply liked or disliked the event, such as commenting on the format, the content, what material drops held you back or irked you, what character or costume you’re mad you missed out on, or even which you weren’t fussed about getting. You can share with Jam City how glitches impacted your play, or even how support dealt with any issues you had, such as did they help you get back on track or did they fail to help you at all. Basically any thoughts you share here will be passed to Jam City.
And just as you also said you’d like it, there’s the quick votes to see which freemium characters/costumes you unlocked.
