Just bouncing by to remind everyone once again that the 5th Anniversary Fundraiser event will be ending very, very soon.
At this time there’s been no word of an extension, if this changes I’ll let you know. My advice keep playing until the advised end time then if there is an extension you will benefit from it.
***Remember the event ends on 13th November 2019 at 2PM PST***
And remember to look out for the End of Event Poll, it will be coming your way as soon as the event is over.

For those of you that have been asking if there’s a Clam reward for completing the main Questline, 5th Anniversary Fundraiser. I can confirm there is and it’s only 5 
clams. So my advise is don’t spend clams to complete it, unless you’re obsessive about Questline completions that is.

With a lot of glitches ongoing in our games I wanted to post a quick reminder of how players can contact TinyCo via email if you’re locked out your game and unable to create a support ticket, or if your game crashes when you try to load the game support section to get help.
There’s still a dedicated email support for the game, and this is how you can request support and help from TinyCo. Remember to include full details of your issue and your PlayerId.

Sorry I was out when this dropped, but the Android update is finally here, its App Version 2.0.7. However it hasn’t sorted things for everyone, some of you still can’t update or play. Support are aware of this, but are asking you contact them and send them a screenshot of your device details showing your android version. Email this to support@jamcity.com
If I get any further news I’ll let you know. Until then sorry to anyone who still can’t play.
