Here’s mine for this week:

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Still holding out for that “Cancel Task” option. REALLY WANT IT NOW!

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Airlines… yes again. My entire nightmare trip last month just got more exciting. The “Management” that contacted me obviously works at a Call Center similar to the other Gaming Houses I deal with. I know how it works. The email is scanned for ONE word, that word triggers a “scripted response”, rep then does a copy n paste of “scripted response”, and email returned. After about 6 “scripted responses” I went over their heads. I hate doing that, but when I need to reach out to one of my Contacts I will if a serious issue is being passed off. Now there is ACTUAL “Management” involved. All this due to a Customer Service Rep screwing up and losing my ticket in their systems and not wanting to “bother” to call the ticket desk to fix it because “the phone was at other end of desk”. (No joke, actual convo… recorded by THEIR system.) Not wanting to lift a finger for a total of 10 minutes it took someone else to fix the “lost ticket” issue when I got their help… 2hrs later. Because she just didn’t want anymore “customer issues” today. Even though SHE created the issue. She dealt with enough. Move along. NEXT! If only she had spent 10 minutes, I would not have been stranded overnight on other side of Country, no Hotel, no Cab, next day almost missed my now 4th rescheduled flight, and had a nightmare journey… that now has created a more serious issue for them. Patience and kindness… use it people. It goes a long way. This “Customer Service Rep” did not.

–WHAT THE DEUCE… I really really really want that Cancel Task Option. Like REALLY BAD! Also a Confirm Clam Purchase setting.

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Why do I have to get a cold…in SUMMER??!! Not fair. Colds are for… the cold. Go home germs, I’m not drunk…yet. 😉

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Can’t I get a lil more organized Inventory Storage Menu? With playing the game since BETA, I have TONS of items in there. The 3 separate Tabs addition was nice… but how about taking it a step further TinyCo? It takes me a long long long long time to find one lil item.

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Fireworks… at 2AM… ON A WEDNESDAY!! Come on people, I love and adore these sparkly explosions as much as the next guy… but in the middle of the night… on a Weekday… think of the rest of us trying to sleep in the few hours we have to sleep. K Thnx Bai!

–WHAT THE DEUCE… I would like a Cancel Character on Task Feature added to the game. Would help save me some time and Clams from speeding.

–WHAT THE DEUCE… Airlines… AGAIN!! I have been delayed before due to weather, I get that. No problem waiting or making adjustments because Mother Nature flipped out. But if YOUR Airlines internal system is “on the fritz” due to a merger and has a hold of my tickets because one of YOUR reps messed up on the change so I can’t get on my flights or switch to anymore without “special override authorizations” not available til the next day… don’t you think that is IS your fault (not the weather) I am stranded at an airport for 24hrs? No… this is NOT a weather related issue… as stated by 12 different Supervisors and Managers at your Main Office, but please… feel free to keep blaming the weather and stating because of the weather I have to sleep in the airport while you “figure out” what to do with me and offer no help at all. AAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

–WHAT THE DEUCE… I REALLY need some New Land. My poor lil Quahog is bursting at the seams. Soon… I really hope soon.

–WHAT THE DEUCE… What’s with common human decency at Airports? Every time I travel I see the cruelest and rudest behavior to other human beings. Simple things like complaining that they got on the plane 3rd instead of 1st (behind 2 disabled people) just to get their “favorite spot”… ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE! ***rolls eyes***
