There’s updates in the App Store and Google Playstore, App Versions IOS 3.6.3 and Android 3.6.3.
The update will prepare your game for the upcoming Christmas event which should launch after the current event ends tomorrow.
It also reports a fix for Consuela’s Vacuum but be aware the function is still missing in our games at this time.

Android is demanding an update when you load the game, but as the title says there’s no update showing in the store, leaving some of you unable to play. I’ve reported this so hopefully see you back playing soon.

You should all be seeing a little gift of 30 Clams from Jam City to apologise for the event issues.
Peter will trigger this with a one part quest.
Simply click on Go and you’ll see the apology box.
Tap collect and you’ll get your Clams.

First things first, you need to be on Part 4 of the main Questline to see the Thanksgiving Bull. But if you’re there and are having slow spawns or no spawns I have a suspicion of what’s causing this. I’m testing this in my game and it looks like the Thanksgiving Bull only spawns when Turkeys do, so if you’ve got 8 Turkeys already wandering no more Turkeys will spawn and as a result of this no Thanksgiving Bull will spawn either. If you’ve got this issue and have 8 Turkeys wandering, try taking out a Turkey and see if that helps. But note the Thanksgiving Bull might not instantly spawn, it will be at the next scheduled spawn time, which for Turkeys is about every 4 hours.

As of you know there was a major glitch with the event, this has seen some changes to the event format and the main Questline. I’ll update these as soon as I can run from them in my back up game. But the main changes you’ll see are:

Many of you, but not all, have an issue playing the new event, and with completing Part 2 of the Questline as you can’t free Bonnie from the Shakey Balcony Saloon once she completes her task there. Support are looking into this, I’ll update you once know more.

Cyberpunk Chris now has a task that drops Computer Chips, I still think he should have other drops that Cyberpunk Meg appears to have, raised this with support again. Will update you if any further changes.

I think there’s a glitch that’s causing Cyberpunk Chris to have no event drops, I’ve a feeling they’ve maybe be given to Cyberpunk Meg in error. I’ve let support know and will keep you updated.
