UPDATE 5/8: Per TinyCo the Turbolift & Replicator were not supposed to be in the Inventory. A patch is coming to resolve the issue.
UPDATE 1015PM EST: ALL Major Error Messages should now be resolved. Already messaged them on the Turbolift & Replicator Image. Will update with results on what I get back on it.
UPDATE: Event is now over, but seeing a few reports trickling in of Connect Errors once it ended. Keeping an eye on it and sending all reports to them. Will report if we see anything else.

TinyCo just confirmed, a mad rush on the servers caused a “traffic jam”. They are working on the Connect Error. Also, Tapping on Troi in the Inventory kicks you out of the game. They are also working on that. Hang in there.

Hey there Tribblemakers!
Here we are, a bit over a month later and the really cool Star Trek Event is about to be leaving our silly lil games. What should you do to prepare yourself? Well they already gave us an extension moving the Original April 30th End Date to TODAY… MAY 7th, 3PM PDT.
Yesterday we even received a reminder pop up in the game that it will all be going TODAY MAY 7TH 3PM PDT…
When you go into your game and tap on the Event Starfleet XP Icon, you will go to the Main Event Menu and see the timer (though it still shows the older date). You will be able to see there the EXACT amount of time YOU have left to complete the Star Trek Event. Still Ending TODAY 3PM PDT !
This additional Pop Up also showed in our games before the Event ended. Still Ending TODAY 3PM PDT !
With it all about to go, let’s take a look at just what you may want to do before the Event Ends.
All of the information is the details we have as of THIS post. 😉
GET ALL CHARACTERS YOU WANT
In order to keep an Event Character, they need to be “active” in your game. This means you need to have COMPLETELY unlocked them and placed them into your game. In Inventory Storage is fine as we know some of you are waiting on unlocking Stewie to use his Talosian Costume, but in Inventory is still considered active in the game.
Make sure you Purchased all the Characters you wanted. Spending Clams is YOUR choice, but make sure you snag them BEFORE the Event Ends.
Make sure you collected all the Materials for Characters you wanted and have gone to Al’s to “Create” them. (As long as you started that timer, it will complete after but you HAVE to start that timer BEFORE the Event ends. They’re only 10 minutes so give yourself time to make them all.)
Make sure you won the Characters out of the Mystery Box or Planets you wanted.
ANY CHARACTERS/COSTUMES NOT “ACTIVE” IN YOUR GAME WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE BUILDINGS YOU WANT
There were many Buildings released throughout the Event. In the Shopping Cart Menu, in the Replicator, and even in the Mystery Boxes.
So make sure you check all over to get the Buildings you want to keep in your Quahog. (If you already started building something and the timer is running down, it will complete just fine after the event.)
ANY BUILDINGS NOT PLACED IN YOUR GAME OR IN YOUR INVENTORY WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE DECORATIONS YOU WANT
There were many Decorations released throughout the Event. In the Shopping Cart Menu, in the Replicator, and even in the Mystery Boxes.
So make sure you check all over to get the Decorations you want to keep in your Quahog. (Remember if you are buying multiples of one item to leave them ALL in town til you get what you want, then story them. Otherwise once you hit around 25, it will start pulling them back out and not let you store anymore.)
ANY DECORATIONS NOT PLACED IN YOUR GAME OR IN YOUR INVENTORY WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE MOVING DECORATIONS YOU WANT
Moving Decorations are a way of having something almost like a Character, but no tasks or anything associated. This Event has brought many in various locations around. Make sure you get all the ones you want. My favorites so far are the Borg Kitty and the lil Tribble Army I acquired in the Rupert Mystery Box.
ALL MOVING DECORATIONS WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT GOES
GET ALL THE ENTERPRISE ROOMS YOU WANT
We were told that the Enterprise Rooms we got would be placed into our games in the form of a Decoration once the Event Ends. Just how that all will work, we will find out AFTER the Event.
For now, just go back aboard and double check to ensure you got at least one of any Enterprise Room you wanted for this.
ANY ENTERPRISE ROOMS NOT ACQUIRED WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT ENDS.
USE YOUR MATERIALS
We have lots of Materials we earned throughout this Event. Dilithium Crystals, Synthesizer Ore, Dark Matter, and Phaser/ Transporter/ Life Support Energy. Use up what you can on any of the items above.
ANY LEFTOVER MATERIAL WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT ENDS.
FINISH UP QUESTLINES
Pretty much all the MAIN questlines for the Event go with the Event. Per TinyCo…
Only specific character questlines will remain after the event. Players will be able to continue the quests for Spock, Worf, Guinan, Edo Herbert, Q, Klingon Meg, Kirk, Scotty, Borg Consuela, Khan, Pike Joe, Uhura, and Seven of Nine. Part of Talosian Stewie’s questline will stick around as well
So if you wanted to see the dialog play out on the questlines and have some excess time to do so, go for it. If you are still focused on using those Characters for other things, then don’t worry about them.
COMPLETE TASKS BEFORE END TIME
We know many of you like to cut it REALLY close to the end to get those last minute items. Remember, it will take time to complete items, tap the Check Marks, Create, Build, etc. So my suggestion is set your timers to complete tasks at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour BEFORE the Event Ends. That will give you enough time to finish it all up and still look around to see if there was anything else you missed last minute before it all goes.
GET SOME CLAMS
If you have some extra Transporter Energy and fully upgraded on your Warp Cores, take some tries at the Borg Cube Planet. You may be able to get some extra Clams into your Game.
SPEND CLAMS???
We always state this and repeat it many many times… Spending Clams is YOUR choice. Do not ever feel you HAVE to do so. It has always been and will always be in YOUR hands to make that decision. Just ensure you are fully aware of the consequences and know that it is something YOU want to do before going ahead. Will YOU still be happy with that purchase 3 months from now?
That all being said, using Clams to speed up items last minute to pull them into your game before the Event ends is going to be up to YOU. Just make sure if you make that choice, do so by spending the LEAST amount of them you can. For instance… see if you can get the Material Cheaper on a direct buy out. See if it is cheaper to speed up a Character or Room instead. See if waiting til the task is under an hour will offer you cheaper speeding options. Simple things like that.
WHAT ABOUT THE TASKS ON ENTERPRISE?
There will be a way they will transfer and integrate into Quahog. We will have more details on this for you once the Event Ends and we verify it all and the new locations.
WILL THE ENTERPRISE STAY?

So take a few minutes and check all over Quahog and the Enterprise to ensure you got all you want. Come 3PM PDT TODAY… it will all go.

Woohoo, nice end to the event, the last two times I sent Peter/Lois/Quag to the Borg cube, I got the clams. One of them making up for the 5 I spent the last couple days to finish off bertram when I was just a few HP and a few minutes late…
For practically nothing, since it was just to get the last statues, in case there was a bonus for getting all the items. Oh well. Still running over 400 clams thanks to this event.
If there was more land, I would make a mini-Enterprise in Quahog with the rooms…

I had to spend 15 clams to speed up Picard, Chris, and Stewie but I got Captain Kirk. The weird thing is, my game is still going. The event timer is at -18 minutes. Had I known that I would’ve waited and only spent 12 or even 9 clams. Oh well, I got Shatner, and that’s all that matters. Although, I still think a Star Wars event would’ve been cooler.

This was such a cool event I’m a star trek fan now… wow this game got me watching all the series on net flix and I had to buy the two new movies that came out recently. I used to hate on star trek bcuz ima die hard star wars fan but now I love it. But its still star wars over everyting. Great event, got everybody btw except borg conseula but i don’t care about her didn’t want to spend 75 clams hella times just to get her. But still really awsome event

Got Kirk with 20 min left, I sped up the final Bertram battle with 40 clams(had just won 50 for unlocking data) was toying between uhuru and joe vs Kirk. Decided against another skin and for the “bigger” prize. Uhuru doesn’t seem like a “loss” as she was introducd after the event was supposed to end. Used all extra crystals I was saving for joe, Uhuru etc… For the mystery box and got mostly crap, but did get some tribbles. Got some of the decorations. Played a lot, played free- got all the unlock characters and skins except joe and meg, got q. (So no uhuru, no joe, no scary Herbert, no meg, none of the clam characters except Q). That seems like a pretty fair haul. I also have about 150 clams left (started with close to 0, won a ton from Borg cube, used 40 on Kirk, won 50 from completing a set).

Hooooooooooooooray!!!!!! It has finally finished and gone! Ha! Bring on the next event/theme additions, hopefully less painful and not as log drawn out! Oh and I hope it is a Jurassic World/Park one ….Are there any holidays or things coming up in the USA? I’m from England and nothing spring to mind what they’d theme it on…Maybe finally we’ll see the release of Neil and so on?

No red shirt for me unfortunately, but getting every character/skins ain’t too bad. This was a fun and frustrating event. Bittersweet feelings are running thru me, I got used to the Enterprise in town but gawd am I glad this event is over.

I’ve done every other event that they have offered in this game since the King Butt one, but I fell so far behind in this one that I finally just gave up trying to get anything, which really bums me out as I am a HUGE Star Trek fan. I can’t blame anyone buy myself for not playing this event properly, but it still sucks that i did not have the time IRL to devote to properly doing the things needed for this event.
Oh well, we’ll see what they offer next. I can only hope that they do a end-of-year review like they did for 2014 so that I can pick up some of the other premium stuff that I missed this time around.

After the event ended, I noticed that Deanna Troi has been missing. I unlocked her before the event ended, but she isn’t walking around my quahog. Her face space is still up though. I have contacted tiny co, is there anything else I can do?

Did you check your inventory? That’s where I found Locutus. The FaceSpace trick brought up nothing, worrying me briefly…. But I think they put non-regular Quahogians in Inventory. The regulars are walking around aimlessly, still in their Star Trek clothes.

Mine went 11 minutes past 3pm PDT before Consuela started reporting connection problems. I was on the Enterprise, watching Locutus and his Borg kitten playing with the laser beam. The other characters were unbusy, just wandering. I thought I might see a spectacular beam down, but no… I think the connection problems had to do with the game wanting to reload at zero hour. Or skatillions of people trying to get one last tribble. Cleared up in a few minutes, I powered down and powered up my phone to help it along.

I’d like to say that they overstuffed this event. Some of it is my fault as real life reduced the amount of time I could play in April — I missed nearly a week due to work travel — but even with the extension I had to use clams to get Crusher, I missed out on Data and Vulcan Quagmire (not worth over $50 in clams for both), barely fought Bertram, was way behind — even if I played every day in April, I wouldn’t have gotten all that stuff, it took forever even to get Locutus. Part of the problem was questlines that stacked upon each other or took too long, and part was the massive amounts of items needed to unlock characters, and in many cases, if you weren’t willing to spend clams on characters that were only available that way, it took longer. TinyCo really needs to follow the Tapped Out lead on how to schedule events so that freemium players have a chance to get things without using clams as a shortcut.

I just have to LOL at that a bit, because on our TSTO site… we hear that they are all about Premiums and donuts only and don’t help Freemiums much.
I think it is all in how you play I think. Your mindset on the Event. If you struggle, paying seems the only way out to pretty much everyone. Seems simpler. I get it. Everyone goes through it. 😉
There was a lot more to buy in this Event. That is for sure, but I feel that was to cover the cost out of their pockets to secure the rights. So to keep the Event going as well as future Events, they had to cover the costs in one way or another.

Idk, after looking around (Reddit specifically), I have seen many comments mentioning a Jurassic Park event. I would FREAK out if they brought Jurassic Park to the game. Didn’t they have some Jurassic Park items available in BETA? What better way to advertise the new movie?!?!

lol I’ve been here (but love knowing I was missed. Always nice to hear 🙂 )…just not as often. I’ve been spending a lot of time with my favorite yellow family on TSTO Addicts and Bunny’s been holding down the fort here. Sometimes it helps to split us up 🙂
But yea…I’ve happily told TinyCo my thoughts about Star Trek and what i think the next events/updates should be. Just ready for some normalcy back in Quahog.

Sadly this event was mainly focused on premium players. I am freemium and was not able to unlock Joe’s outfit, Uhura and Captain Kirk on time. Not all quests finished. I am playing from very start (april 2014) and what I can see it that TinyCo is making it harder and harder for non-premium players. I am realy dissapointed and not looking for new event very soon.

I got Joe and Kirk without spending real money, I did pay clams for the building that dropped transporter energy and had a few nights setting my alarm every 4 hours to get Bertram. No Uhura for me couldn’t get the green cubes. I play for free so know I won’t get everything.

I’m a freemium player and didn’t use real money on this event. I got almost everything freemium, excluding the silver and gold Bertram statues (which I did want even though they were way to shiny looking.) I missed them due to the blue and green energy. You just have to play a little more often (3 minutes every two hours about during a bathroom break normally does the trick). Though really at the end I realize I hadn’t needed to play so much as I had about a week and a half (with extension) to get things I already had. If you didn’t have Stewie, actual character, not the skin, then defeating Bertram was probably hard and Kirk and possibly even Uhura or Joe would be out of reach, but people always ask Tinyco to reward long time players so they did. This event was difficult for premium and freemium so a lot of people won’t have got everything. But besides maybe for Kirk, who isn’t all so great by the way, I suspect most will be pretty pleased with what they got.

I never play with my headphones even though “it’s the best!”, but I had them on when I beamed up to the Enterprise and it was the best. The theme while you are there is gorgeous – anyone know if it’s on a TNG soundtrack or was it specially composed for TQFS? I am going to miss the Enterprise – this was one hell of an event!

Don’t know if you will be able to answer this before the timer runs out, but is there a way to buy Uhuru? I wanted to get her, but do not have enough ore. Depending on the clam price, I would be willing to buy it.

If you do not have enough Ore, you would have to spend a LOT of Clams depending on who else you have in the game. Like if you have another Character that drops Dark Matter, you will have to speed their task to get the “try again/buy now” option and outright buy the Dark Matter. Same with speeding tasks on the Battling Borg Bertram.
This can get VERY VERY VERY expensive. I know… I do this to post items for the site. It adds up fast.
But BEFORE doing any of this… ask yourself… is she REALLY that worth it to you to spend all those Clams? Do you REALLY think you will be happy a couple months from now or when the next thing comes along that you spent all those Clams? Is it worth it to wait to see if she is offered again later on for just outright Clams?

I got everything in the Rupert Mystery Box right away except for a computer bank. So as a completist I had to keep opening box after box until I got that one final item (that’s fairly boring anyways). I ended up with almost 50 dang tribbles trying to get it! Luckily no clams were harmed in the process 🙂

I am telling you TinyCo ALWAYS has something in the near future. Lol. They like to keep us on our toes. I prefer to keep my characters on 6 to 8 hr tasks myself at all times between Events if not 2-4hrs depending on my activity in the game that day. 😉

I have to add I would have preferred Uhura to Pike Joe, but… not enough green cubes (37/50) and no chance of getting them, and two DM short (73/75) after this last Bertram defeat anyway.
I’ll go drown my sorrow in tribbles 🙂 I have almost 11000 crystals and it’s just tribbles and computer consoles in the Starfleet Rupert Mystery Box. I’ll have a small army of the little furballs.

This event for me was fun, interesting, frustrating, amusing, challenging, exciting and a tad longgggg. Thanks to TinyCo for making it fresh and original for a tapping game. Once I understood the best way to approach battling the borg and had 4 characters on it I came to enjoy that part too ;-). A huge thank you to Bunny and Alisa for helping me get the most out of the event and the game in general. Bunny it’s good to learn your Mom’s health is improving, hoping she is well enough for brunch on Sunday.

The last few days have been the pinnacle of this event for me. I got kirk, captain pike Joe, bought the giant blond tribble, and then this morning (UK time) decided to have a last ditch attempt at getting Herbert’s skimpy costume – and to my surprise, got it on the second attempt:-)
Had more dilithium left than expected too so have been buying up mystery boxes, loads of tribbles!
All in all a perfect ending to a brilliant event, despite it’s hiccups.

Could you explain what you mean by the 25 items in inventory thing? If I replicate something and it puts in my quahog event inventory will I lose it if I don’t put it in the town?

For instance, I LOVE decorations. Lil teeny tiny ones. Like the flowers and shrubs, so I buy a LOT of them. Like at least 100 of them. The Inventory has a “cut off” at 25 items. It’s to prevent you from accidentally buying more items if you already have them. So it will pull them out of your Inventory instead of letting you keep buying them.
You only run into this with mass quantity items, not ones with just a few here and there.
So… I have to purchase and place ALL 100 into my Quahog first, then when I purchase that last one… I go through all 100 and store each one.

Got the last ore 2 hours before the event ends, so now I have the last item I was missing, the gold statue. Everything else I wanted I have now. plus a lot of duplicate buildings and deco just to use all my stuff. Only thing left is 246 dark matter that I cant use. But overall very satisfied and I think it was a great event.

The timing was perfect for me. I just unlocked the land for the Fine Arts District, which gave me room to put the ale bars, which I will use to contain the roooms, trees, plants and shrubs! They had to make the plants purple, grrrrr, any other color and I could have passed it up, but I pretty much blew my crystal wad on plant life. Now I have a Quahog filled with strange looking purple plants!
While it was a fun event, albeit more stressful than a game should be, it went on too long for me. I prefer the short events, like the Mexican soap opera event.

I think any feedback is good. It may not help immediately, but if they see a theme from players reporting on something, they make changes and do what is needed to improve. I love all my lil tribbles in my town, I only would want a cap on them to get more of the same amount of each. I only got a small amount of yellow ones. They also can see what players are going through to get an item like the Red Shirt and may have to look into that further to see just how many missed it.
You also are welcome to participate in our After Event polls. I know that will be one of the questions. We report those results to them. 😉

I hear you. 34 tribbles myself from the mystery box, plus all the other prizes. I’ve even spent clams speeding up tasks to get more crystals to buy more boxes to try getting just ONE flaming red shirt… but every time, just another tribble. Yes, I get the joke. But, geez…

my event ended with a trek worthy adventure.
i had everything but the silver bertram statue and red shirt. 1800 dilithium, 0 dark matter, cannon borg betram with 9 health and an attack due to finish 20 minutes after the deadline.
so i decided to speed up the attack having earned clams from my last transporter mission but knowing i’d need to do maximum damage to defeat him. 1 clam, 3 damage, 1 clam, 3 damage, 1 clam, 2 damage, 1 clam, 1 silver bertram statue.
forgetting i’d also receive 2000 dilithium. 4 more mystery boxes! and you’ll never guess what I received…
4 more tribbles. but wait, my characters all finished tasks, i needed 45 more dilithium for another box. quick think, phaser battles. frantically shooting at anything to get the required reward.
1 more box, i’m on the enterprise, i wonder if you can buy the box here? a lot of items are restricted to quahog. but this is where the red shirts are, what if it makes a difference.
1 RED SHIRT! at the deadline.
Although I’ve got to be honest, the fact the Enterprise is still around has really taken the edge off those 4 clams!

I think the thing I am MOST sad about is that the giant tribble you can win does NOT make the tribbly sound when clicked. That sound made my day every day.

With just under two hours left now, I have 199 life support energy, 1 synthesizer ore, 20, transporter energy, 0 phaser energies, and 1 dark matter. Wooh, this is the first events where they really had decos that could be replicated enough to actually use all our energies. And cool ones too!

A completionist gamer-I really wanted the Borg Consuela skin. I earned all freemiums, bought all premium characters and earned all other skins this event.
I made a choice to try the mystery box for borg consuela. A poor choice. To try again and again to the tune of 450 clams and still no consuela. Dejected and defeated I gave up. Getting her for me would have been the equivalent of winning the intergalactic lottery. And spending the clams I did to no avail was disappointing. To spend more would be “illogical”.
My only complaint is why I was winning dark matter from the box when I don’t need it for anything else. I have 300+ units of the stuff I can’t use and the box gives me 4&6 more? Bah!
All in all I was very satisfied with the whole of the event but I wish it wouldn’t have left such a sour taste in my mouth at the end.
TinyMatt-if you’re listening-keep up the fantastic work and please please please bring Borg Consuela back later on!

If it is only one, is it worth it to you to maybe… go try for some Clams on Borg Cube Planet? Use a lil Clams to speed a task or buy out a Dark Matter directly from a Character task? Will you still want him months from now?
