UPDATE 5/8: Per TinyCo the Turbolift & Replicator were not supposed to be in the Inventory. A patch is coming to resolve the issue.
UPDATE 1015PM EST: ALL Major Error Messages should now be resolved. Already messaged them on the Turbolift & Replicator Image. Will update with results on what I get back on it.
UPDATE: Event is now over, but seeing a few reports trickling in of Connect Errors once it ended. Keeping an eye on it and sending all reports to them. Will report if we see anything else.
I assume it is everyone trying to get into their games now to see what is left. Lol. 😉
TinyCo just confirmed, a mad rush on the servers caused a “traffic jam”. They are working on the Connect Error. Also, Tapping on Troi in the Inventory kicks you out of the game. They are also working on that. Hang in there.
FYI, all your Event Characters are in your Inventory Storage.

Hey there Tribblemakers!
Here we are, a bit over a month later and the really cool Star Trek Event is about to be leaving our silly lil games. What should you do to prepare yourself? Well they already gave us an extension moving the Original April 30th End Date to TODAY… MAY 7th, 3PM PDT.
Yesterday we even received a reminder pop up in the game that it will all be going TODAY MAY 7TH 3PM PDT…
When you go into your game and tap on the Event Starfleet XP Icon, you will go to the Main Event Menu and see the timer (though it still shows the older date). You will be able to see there the EXACT amount of time YOU have left to complete the Star Trek Event. Still Ending TODAY 3PM PDT !
This additional Pop Up also showed in our games before the Event ended. Still Ending TODAY 3PM PDT !
With it all about to go, let’s take a look at just what you may want to do before the Event Ends.
All of the information is the details we have as of THIS post. 😉
GET ALL CHARACTERS YOU WANT
In order to keep an Event Character, they need to be “active” in your game. This means you need to have COMPLETELY unlocked them and placed them into your game. In Inventory Storage is fine as we know some of you are waiting on unlocking Stewie to use his Talosian Costume, but in Inventory is still considered active in the game.
Make sure you Purchased all the Characters you wanted. Spending Clams is YOUR choice, but make sure you snag them BEFORE the Event Ends.
Make sure you collected all the Materials for Characters you wanted and have gone to Al’s to “Create” them. (As long as you started that timer, it will complete after but you HAVE to start that timer BEFORE the Event ends. They’re only 10 minutes so give yourself time to make them all.)
Make sure you won the Characters out of the Mystery Box or Planets you wanted.
ANY CHARACTERS/COSTUMES NOT “ACTIVE” IN YOUR GAME WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE BUILDINGS YOU WANT
There were many Buildings released throughout the Event. In the Shopping Cart Menu, in the Replicator, and even in the Mystery Boxes.
So make sure you check all over to get the Buildings you want to keep in your Quahog. (If you already started building something and the timer is running down, it will complete just fine after the event.)
ANY BUILDINGS NOT PLACED IN YOUR GAME OR IN YOUR INVENTORY WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE DECORATIONS YOU WANT
There were many Decorations released throughout the Event. In the Shopping Cart Menu, in the Replicator, and even in the Mystery Boxes.
So make sure you check all over to get the Decorations you want to keep in your Quahog. (Remember if you are buying multiples of one item to leave them ALL in town til you get what you want, then story them. Otherwise once you hit around 25, it will start pulling them back out and not let you store anymore.)
ANY DECORATIONS NOT PLACED IN YOUR GAME OR IN YOUR INVENTORY WHEN THE EVENT ENDS WILL GO WITH THE EVENT.
GET ALL THE MOVING DECORATIONS YOU WANT
Moving Decorations are a way of having something almost like a Character, but no tasks or anything associated. This Event has brought many in various locations around. Make sure you get all the ones you want. My favorites so far are the Borg Kitty and the lil Tribble Army I acquired in the Rupert Mystery Box.
ALL MOVING DECORATIONS WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT GOES
GET ALL THE ENTERPRISE ROOMS YOU WANT
We were told that the Enterprise Rooms we got would be placed into our games in the form of a Decoration once the Event Ends. Just how that all will work, we will find out AFTER the Event.
For now, just go back aboard and double check to ensure you got at least one of any Enterprise Room you wanted for this.
ANY ENTERPRISE ROOMS NOT ACQUIRED WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT ENDS.
USE YOUR MATERIALS
We have lots of Materials we earned throughout this Event. Dilithium Crystals, Synthesizer Ore, Dark Matter, and Phaser/ Transporter/ Life Support Energy. Use up what you can on any of the items above.
ANY LEFTOVER MATERIAL WILL GO WHEN THE EVENT ENDS.
FINISH UP QUESTLINES
Pretty much all the MAIN questlines for the Event go with the Event. Per TinyCo…
Only specific character questlines will remain after the event. Players will be able to continue the quests for Spock, Worf, Guinan, Edo Herbert, Q, Klingon Meg, Kirk, Scotty, Borg Consuela, Khan, Pike Joe, Uhura, and Seven of Nine. Part of Talosian Stewie’s questline will stick around as well
So if you wanted to see the dialog play out on the questlines and have some excess time to do so, go for it. If you are still focused on using those Characters for other things, then don’t worry about them.
COMPLETE TASKS BEFORE END TIME
We know many of you like to cut it REALLY close to the end to get those last minute items. Remember, it will take time to complete items, tap the Check Marks, Create, Build, etc. So my suggestion is set your timers to complete tasks at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour BEFORE the Event Ends. That will give you enough time to finish it all up and still look around to see if there was anything else you missed last minute before it all goes.
GET SOME CLAMS
If you have some extra Transporter Energy and fully upgraded on your Warp Cores, take some tries at the Borg Cube Planet. You may be able to get some extra Clams into your Game.
SPEND CLAMS???
We always state this and repeat it many many times… Spending Clams is YOUR choice. Do not ever feel you HAVE to do so. It has always been and will always be in YOUR hands to make that decision. Just ensure you are fully aware of the consequences and know that it is something YOU want to do before going ahead. Will YOU still be happy with that purchase 3 months from now?
That all being said, using Clams to speed up items last minute to pull them into your game before the Event ends is going to be up to YOU. Just make sure if you make that choice, do so by spending the LEAST amount of them you can. For instance… see if you can get the Material Cheaper on a direct buy out. See if it is cheaper to speed up a Character or Room instead. See if waiting til the task is under an hour will offer you cheaper speeding options. Simple things like that.
WHAT ABOUT THE TASKS ON ENTERPRISE?
There will be a way they will transfer and integrate into Quahog. We will have more details on this for you once the Event Ends and we verify it all and the new locations.
WILL THE ENTERPRISE STAY?
No, it will not. If you want to get some more information about the Event or thoughts on the Enterprise by Matt @ TinyCo, see the Q&A post.
So take a few minutes and check all over Quahog and the Enterprise to ensure you got all you want. Come 3PM PDT TODAY… it will all go.

Umm not sure if anyone else is teh same, but ALL the characters that i played with on the Enterprise have all gone, Peter, Chris, Lois, all of them, none have appeared in the main game, i managed to get lots of bits from the DC i had about 44,000 worth of stuff, but where have ALL the characters gone, Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Q Uhura, every single one vanished….

Didn’t spend any clams on the Enterprise but walked away with every one of the freemium characters available (and probably added over 250 clams to my account during the course of the event.)
My question is: what now? Life in Quahog is so quiet. I have no quests, no buildings to put up, no characters to unlock and nothing to do.
Any rumors about another Event, a new District or some new characters?

I decided to use this quiet time to Nuke my town and gradually reassemble everything. I do hope TinyCo does another Star Trek event sometime down the road and gives us more Borg-skin buildings — I really love the Borg high school and my cluster of Borg cubes. I think every release (be it event or District) the building graphics/designs get better — great great job, TinyCo artists! Now if you’ll excuse me, I have some Borg cubes to stare at…

In the end I did great because of the extra week after not being able to play for almost 3 weeks. I got all the characters and outfits except for Klingon Meg and Borg Consuela because of limited time frame and gambling with Clams, which is something I’ll never do.
One thing I won’t be able to finish is Q’s quest line because I wasn’t able to buy the Vulcan Ship, which Vulcan Quagmire needs. I had to focus on getting 50 Synthesizer Ore to get Uhura, which I did by switching out Super Rad Cargo Bays and characters going after Borgs.

I’m disappointed that the “red shirts” wear the TNG uniform. Red shirts don’t do that in TNG. They’re wearing yellow there. Otherwise they’d have to replace the bridge crew in the first part of each episode all the time.

BOOOOOOO! I spent so many hours not sleeping setting alarms for the synthesizer ore and ended up 1 synthesizer ore short of Uhura after spending all my freemium clams speeding up clearing borgs and super rad cargo bay. I’m not so upset about Uhura, rather that I spent like 300 stock-piled clams! WHAT A TEASE! It’s ok though since it is just a game after all…just wish I wouldn’t have gambled all those clams =P Overall I’m glad its all over haha! Thanks to the addicts for always being one step ahead to help me through these events!!!!
More importantly though….THE PEOPLE DEMAND MORE LAND! MORE LAND FOR THE PEOPLE!!

And I got about 25 clams from away missions.

I just noticed that buzz killington is no longer available for purchase? I havent bought him and i finally went to but cant. In the facebook thingo it says ‘this character is currently unavailble.’ Can this be reported, he is all i need for my 100 clam completion bonus.

KUDOS to TinyCo, it was a good ride. That extra week got me all I wanted and a little bit more. Rooms will stay in lockdown inventoried. Characters as well. I am fine with my main characters running around accomplishing tasks.
Looking forward to some breathing room, now. Hopefully nothing on the horizon for Mother’s Day. I need to get some other things done.

Hey so I read that I was supposed to be able to keep all of my enterprise rooms but the only thing in my inventory was the replicator, the star trek characters and one other thing but it doesn’t have a name or any info on it sonidr what it is anymore… Anyway how do I go about getting all of my other buildings? well i managed to get all the characters,decos,and skins.was very time consuming,but worth it since i racked up about 100 or so clams just by going to the borg cube planet with the crew.i couldnt believe how often the clams came down.Thank you for this event and for helping us the way you do.

I’ve been playing family guy every 2-4 hours for the past month at least. I received the ‘this event will end at 3pm tomorrow’ message at 1:30pm today and 2 hours later everything was gone. Tons of $$, dark matter coins etc went in-used & were totally wasted.

I doubt you are in the minority. I liked the event, because it was star trek. However, the endless grinding for drops gets on me and I’m glad to see it end.

I’m still on the Enterprise taking trips to the Borg Cube! I’ve had the game open since before the ending of the event and was never kicked out.
The server error popped up and went away at least 5 times but never shut me out.

Okay last one is still in moderation, and others have been through after the time I sent mind, so here it goes again, the rooms from the enterprise are either one not in the inventory, and some showing up as different items all together, is this a known issue

I saw the turbolift in my inventory, placed it…and it completely disappeared. At first, it was invisible (I could see a shadow) but, the app crashed, and now I don’t even see the shadow and it’s not in my inventory.

I didn’t spend all my crystals and dark matter in my free game! 10k crystals and 100dm down the toilet.
Usually these events end at 09:00am local, so when I logged in at 08:20 to spend the gear in the last hour, I got the event over popup.
Here’s a hint tinyco… Publish the event times in GMT, so the rest of the world can work it out easier. Yes, bunny, I’ll message them in game.

You had a timer in your game menu coded to YOUR region. It would have told you to the minute and even seconds til the end.

YOUR opinion is duly noted. The countdown timer has been demonstrated to be worthless on more than one occasion. YOUR screenshot shows repeated use of the word “tomorrow” but that is only relevant for some parts of the world. There is nothing wrong with a company using a standard FIXED time reference for communicating with a global audience. We can’t all live in California, even if we wanted to.

The screenshot in question…the one I was specifically pointing at was the countdown timer. It says nothing about Tomorrow. It shows Peter standing there. The original end date. But the timer still going down to the the time the Event ended earlier today for me. I also am NOT on California time either. The timer reflected MY personal time zone, not theirs. It did the entire Event. Alissa is also not in California, her timer reflected her time zone. My friend in Japan, well… obviously not in California… his timer was set to when it would end in his region. All of our timers function great this Event, which made me really happy. All specifically adjusted to our personal time zones. Basically, no matter where in the world we were… it still ended the same time and the timer showed that. For Everyone. Sorry.
If there was something wrong with your timer the entire Star Trek Event, that would need to be addressed with TinyCo for sure.
That is what I was trying to help you with. No matter what day the showed in the pop ups (which I get) I was trying to help you know there was an option for you and your time zone built into the game. So you would have the correct info readjusted for you. They aren’t going to customize the game to every single player with the pop ups, that would not be insane. So there are other ways and options to help those not where they are.

That timer is global, not regional. And that’s because it counts until the end of time. It’s a time difference/interval. It is timezone-independent. When there are 3 hours to go in California it’s also 3 hours to go in Afghanistan. You take your local clock, add the timer value, and know when the thing ends. You don’t even need to know how to convert from PDT to another zone.

Earned every freemium item except the silver and gold Borg Bertrum statutes (been driving for work all day every day for about a week, so couldn’t really keep up on the battles for Dark Matter…) And I’m happy with my premium stuff. I really wanted Gorn, but stopped rolling the dice on the mystery boxes after hundreds of clams yielded plenty of awesome goodies, and even more of the not so awesome goodies… But they kicked me a few clams a couple times so it’s cool. All in all, I really enjoyed this event. They just keep getting better, IMO…

Thank you for responding. When I got him, it said he was placed in my inventory. When I opened my inventory and selected him my game crashed. When I reopened it I couldn’t find him in inventory or in town. No facespace either

If they are not in Inventory, or wandering your town anywhere (many of mine NOT on Enterprise were just wandering and not in Inventory), then message TinyCo from your game please. Let them know you can’t find him.

Tried to recreate an Enterprise in Quahog with given materials. Turned out ok. Might try to add roads but I don’t think the relative positions of rooms would work out with them. Too bad we couldn’t keep the bridge, holodeck, etc.

I don’t understand why the replicator was part of the mystery box prizes when they put one in my inventory after the event ended. That just seems like a huge waste. Also don’t understand why I have 15 friggin brown tribbles but not computer or flaming star fleet member…

Great event. However after it ended, my Klingon Meg was nowhere to be found (yes, she was unlocked). She is not even showing up in the character box at the top left and I must physically find her wandering my town to send her on a job. Also, with all these enterprise rooms, will they produce money and XP or just take up space?

Something you would need to Contact TinyCo on as it is an individual Player issue and they need to look into your game.

I got a glitch I did not ever make the replicator but it is in my inventory and its labeled blank. It let me place it my quahog.

Omg I put the replicator in my inventory and it gave me the turbo lift but the turbolift won’t let me put itself back in the inventory or move it. And I can’t place nothing on it. And it says collecting rent and when I push the speed up button it says 32 clams. ?

You need to be to District 5 in your game to have the option first. Then it is just tapping on a Character and tapping the Inventory blue icon to store them.

I’m a little sad the event is over. Kinda like the way I felt at the end of “All Good Things”. Anyway, I think TinyCo did a great job developing this event, and you Addicts did a fantastic job covering it and supporting all of us. Thanks so much!

My game seems to be working fine now, I can send all of the characters on tasks without crashes.

For myself, when i opened the game at 5 am eastern time (first time since yesterday night), it said that the game would end tomorrow. Had to double check the timer in the game to be sure. Wasnt able to get kirk. Was missing 1 lousy dark matter. Now, to find a place for my 27 romulan bars besides inventory.

Addicts, I have a question. I saw the Turbolift in my inventory, so I went to place it. When I did place it, it turned invisible and occupied an area of one square. Later when logged in, it was completely gone. How would I be able to get this back?

Overall, a good event that I’m glad has finally ended. Used the dark matter deal to get Captain Pike Joe (already had Kirk) and the Starfleet Academy. Looking forward to the poll.

Anyone know what’s next as now the event has ended I have no quests at all to do as had already completed everything in quahog before the event started

Hey Bunny…Just Curious…Why did they make Locutus a separate character from Patrick Stewart? Shouldn’t it just have been a skin instead?

They went back n forth about it, but in keeping in the them of the event… Picard and Locutus can now interchange while Patrick can be kept as a Main Character with optional many more costumes to put on him.

I am disappointed because when I came on the game yesterday the countdown timer on the star trek screen stated that I had 1 day and about 4 hours left. I got on the game expecting to buy all my items and any possible last day offers, but was mad that the event closed before I could. I did not see the screen that stated a 3pm PST finish for the event. It probably came on shortly after I signed off yesterday. I caught up on a lot of sleep, but trusted tinyco’s irregular timing and I am out on a lot of stuff, plus I was even going to buy worf. I’m a little more than mad and I doubt tinyco will get another penny out of me ever again.

Sorry. It has been advertised 3 times now it was ending today at 3pm PDT in pop ups in the game. All over in the FAQ within the game. All over their sites. We posted about it all week. Sorry you missed the info.
