I know we’re taking a break this weekend…but we couldn’t let today go by without saying something. You see in the US today is Mother’s Day a day when we honor the women who gave us life!
So a BIG Happy Mother’s Day to ALL the Mom’s out there from Bunny and I! We hope you have a fantastic day and your kids shower you with breakfast in bed, handmade gifts & no fighting! 😉
And now for our BIG Announcement….
We’re adding a new Addict!
Well…in a little more than 5 months we’ll be adding a new Addict. A new and very Tiny Addict!
So for those of you that can’t read between the lines….my husband and I are very happy to announce that we’re having a baby! Due this fall…. 🙂
So as some of you may have noticed…I’ve been a bit under the weather the last couple of months. This is why. Ah first trimester sickness…so glad to put you behind me!
And for those curious…here’s a look at our official announcement that went out earlier today…
Very excited for this little one to arrive and happy to finally let you guys in on the secret!

Alissa, congrats! Glad that first trimester stuff is behind you. One thing that most people don’t tell you (I’ll let you in on one of our little secrets, since you have shared so much with us), there is a diabetes test in your near future (between 24 weeks & 25 weeks and 6 days), so be good!

My mom’s excited…grand baby number 7 for her! I’m going to find out…my husband isn’t sure yet if he wants to know. So it could just be me who knows until the baby is born lol. But either way, no gender reveal party.

So far so good with the sickness.
And yes…it was a nice weekend. Just recharged. I think Bunny needed the most recharging. Even the energizer Bunny needs a little rest now and then 😉

We have a lot of fun over on TSTO Addicts. No where near as stressful as FG can tend to feel.
This is our first. My husband is convinced it’s a Boy and I’m convinced it’s a Girl. But we’re both happy either way, just as long as the baby is healthy 🙂

Congrats Alissa. I am a huge ny mets fan so just to make things interesting, I hope you have a mets fan. The mets 2 biggest rivals are the Yankees and the phillies so it would make for some interesting games. Seriously though, I hope you, the baby and yr husband the best. Just from the way you run this site, I know you’ll be a great mom. It’s seems like bunny and wookie are like the cool aunt and uncle but you are like the mom of this site. Lol. Besides the baseball rivalry, I wonder, will they be a tapper or a clammer? Anyway, again, congratulations and all the best to you and yr growing family.
