I just unlocked Cleveland Jr. ( FINALLY and Yea!!) and am trying to plan ahead. For good to be a gangster part 3 we need 3 evil show girls, I know you said if we hire them before they won’t count. My question is…Can they be in the que but not started yet to count or do they have to be placed after that task begins?

  3. For Gangster Part 7, if we destroy Fort Knox for the 1st time before hand, will the task auto complete, or will it have to be destroyed a 2nd time? Thanks!

  4. TUBAS!
that summed up the whole event

  5. The events lately are getting laughable. The bird beard Peter was crazy hard to get in such a short time frame and with no clam rush chance it made it even worse. The whole fire event was just terrible and not even worth spending clams on anything. And now the mobster event started out ok, but needing such long wait times in between each goon, the horrendous tuba drop rates, the stupid idea of needing multiple goons to defeat a fricken girl scout and courier is pathetic, and for god sakes tiny co. Why with all the unused players did you find it necessary to use a characters specific task to drop something as the same task as cap for the brewery. Aka Meg, Mort. Mort was changed but not Meg…Stupid. I would also love to know why there continues to be so insanely many unused characters being used for item drops or earning tasks. In my opinion it’s such a huge slap in the face to people that spend their hard earned money for premium characters for them to be a 1 and done never heard from again purchase. Maybe they would get less complaints and more purchases if players seen their purchases being put to good use more often, and make them see value in their buy, instead of thanks for nothing cya next buy. As a fan that’s been playing since day 1 it grinds my gears to see all these useless characters walking around doing nothing but adding to our never ending coin collection. Tiny Co has been decent up until the star trek event since then most of the fun has been sucked away and just ask HHH cuz that’s bad for business!

  7. Just tried taking down a cute little gurl scout and actually got a tuba even though no drop was indicated in the raid box. My luchadores have been busy with Fort Nox for a while. Maybe it’s the old “need to alternate tasks” thing? So maybe after an attack on the fort, try for a tuba?

  8. Bummer that Junior is needed right away. Doesn’t seem like I will get this weeks task done only 5 tubas so far

  9. I downloaded this game last year and have been a daily player. But after spending my hard earned money on this game which I just started to do this year. It has gotten where you buy things for the events and they are only good then. They do no help later in the game after their event. I feel this game that I thought was pretty fun and free to play has been just going from trying to take my money to do anything, for this reason and the makers not listening to players I am quitting and will not ever downloaded or purchase another game or item from the manufacturer of the game!!! I also should look in to this company and how they are doing business. To all my friend in the game hope it gets better but I Am out. So long and Thanks!!! (Drops the mic) (off to find a new game to play!!!)

P.S. Happy Birthday and congrats!!! Ladies Thank You and I will check in every once in awhile!!!! Have fun all!!!

  10. My gurl scouts sometimes drop nothing – reported it to TinyCo for who wrote back it’s an issue they’re trying to fix and in the meantime, don’t waste my goons!

  11. Why not have mort drop tubas hes not doing anythung any more or lower the requirement to attack the girl scout from 2 to 1. It seems they are the biggeest problem right now. I’ve also noticed the characters dropping items for Mr. Washie don’t have cookies or mob rep attached to the action when completing.

    • What’s worse, some of those characters do have tasks that drop cookies and fedoras- but the new event-related tasks don’t. I don’t mind about the characters who don’t have any cookie/fedora tasks, but I really don’t want to pull the others off their cookie/fedora tasks to do coin/XP tasks. Even worse – Bonnie has a mask drop task but I see at the bottom of the list she also has a shoe drop task once the kimono building is unlocked. Couldn’t that be shifted to someone with no current event-related tasks? I think they might be doing that with Diabeto also, not sure. It’s hard enough to collect stuff to hire the luchadores and showgirls.

I’d get a building that drops masks and the building that unlocks Diabeto’s shoe task (I think that should all be covered by The Kimono Shop) then as long as you have a building dropping masks you have an equal income for both.

  12. Finished the Cleveland Promoter skin and had a gold truck show up. It showed coins as the reward and I had the goons available so I thought I would see how many coins the reward would be. Clicked on the truck and got kicked out of the game. Went back in and the gold truck was gone. I did not lose my goons thankfully.

  13. Has anyone got Cleveland Jr without spending clams? I have been stuck on 9 tubas for about a day and I am making a wrestler on the hour nearly every hour, less sleeping time. I get a tuba once every 5 or 6 tries if I lucky. Making all the wrestlers means I am also no where near getting clevelands Don King outfit, am I missing something?

  14. Too much stuff this week and I’m still playing the core game. Just got Stewie active and am doing his tasks so I can on to whatever’s next. Still need tuba’s for Cleveland Junior. Any way we can get them to drop every time? From all the feedback I’m seeing, lots of folks are in the same situation I am. Thanks.

    • I’m having the same issue with the tuba drop, and of course I screwed up by building the laundry before I unlocked JR so now I’m getting shirts instead of tubas. One thing I’ve learned from this website is that the core game will always be there to play while the timed events won’t. I wish I would have realized that during Star Trek, I ended up missing out on characters I wanted because I was concentrating on the core game. This is how I’m playing right now: In my core game I’m trying to unlock Adam West so any character that doesn’t earn anything for the event is working on Adam (for example Meg, Stewie, and Brian). I build my event items first (Thursday-Saturday depending on how they unlock) and then build my core buildings during the rest of the week.

  15. UGH! I can’t unlock Cleveland Jr. I have cleared 50+ Gurl Scouts and received a total of 4 tuba’s and I need 20, how do they expect me to accomplish this?. My questlines are piling up waiting for Cleveland Jr tasks and I can’t move on.

My biggest issue……I have noticed since last week the game is repetitive. I give everyone tasks but when I come back an hour later all the characters are waiting for tasks. It’s not just the characters, the buildings and quests that I cleared are in que again. All the cookies, fedora’s and money are gone and have to be collected again. Is this me or a common gliche?

It’s frustrating to say the least. Tinyco is unresponsive, I’m still waiting for a response on my game endinh issue from the Valentine’s special that stopped progression of my game for the entire quest series. Again…UGH!

    • It means the game hasn’t synced with TinyCo’s server so hasn’t saved your progress, it’s a long standing issue. The amusing thing is it never works in your favour, make a mistake and it’s saved instantly, you can cut your internet connection or kill your game a second later but it’s too late.

The solution is to visit Ollieland or your neighbours before quitting, and hoping it doesn’t crash on the load screen, that seems to force a sync and save. It’s a pain but it’s better than losing your progress.

  16. Umm, this might be a dumb question but I really have no idea of how to “Hire 7 showgirls” when Copa(whatever it’s called) only allows you to hire a maximum of 6 goons. Could you please explain how this can be done for Moment of Zen part 3. Thank you.

  17. Suggestion: when there is a big and crazy event going..all characters need to have something to do.. Very stupid to have most of them doing NOTHING. I am sure most Q’s would agree. This seems to be a BIG complaint. Thanks for letting me vent about this.

  22. I’m sure you’ve already warned everyone about this issue but I skimmed through and didn’t notice. Do NOT build the American cowboy laundry until you get all the tubas for Cleveland jr. The problem is that you may start getting shirts for mr. Washed. This makes it frustrating and difficult to get tubas. My game won’t let me store the laundry at until I complete mr. washee. I’m about ready to give up. Thank you for all you do you’ve helped make this game a lot of fun!

    • Sadly I just learned that lesson the hard way. Only 7 tubas and I just got a T-shirt instead of a tuba. I just made getting through this week harder then it needs to be. Oh well, nothing but luchadores in my future for quite some time.

      • I am getting tubas 2 in a row after just completing build of the American Cowboy Laundry. Kinda annoyed that had to do first raid to get buildings unlocked for showgirls now 10 hrs to build them then it will take time to run tasks to get heels, and mostly same folks who give masks! Event logic is frustrating!!!

        Like

  23. I don’t like how this event is done. It’s just not possible to get enough goons to get everything done. I’m still training masked goons to get last items for Cleveland jr from girl scouts, and sad thing is – they’re not even a 100% drop, I’m on 9/20 and can’t see getting it done any time soon cause last 4 girl scouts have dropped only cookies and rep.
Then there’s promoter Cleveland that requires 125 boxing gloves. I bought jail that drops gloves only to find out it drops 1 glove per 16 hours. Are you kidding? So I still need to train wiseguys to take down golden trucks.
Then they throw in mr Washy Washy, again, need to train different goons to get items for him.
To get through ninja obstacles – goons.
    Fort Knox – goons.
Items for Trisha costume – goons.
3 more costumes coming, they going to require goons too I’m sure.

This is just bad planning. Why not make additional buildings that can train goons simultaneously? No matter how much I try I can only get 48 wiseguys or 24 masked goons per 24 hours. And that’s only if I set it up perfectly. Still it’s not enough to do all the tasks they’re required for.

    Liked by 1 person

    • EXACTLY! But ironically I don’t think is “bad planning”. I think this is just the way they want it to be. They are cynical enough to think that they are making things “challenging” or “entertaining”. I don’t think they run a test game or even do the math about what they throw at the game; Time needed, stuff needed… Techniques involved. The star trek event was BAD, but this one is just excessive and with all the crashes and errors it is more a slap on the face of players. I even think the leader board is an element to create impulsive behaviour. The sad thing is that we (I include myself) continue playing after every mistake they make.
i’m just tired… it feels terrible to believe that I’m throwing the towel, but this new update just made me realize that I don’t want to play anymore, not if there is no logic or a decent human time to play a mobile game without being pushed that bad in order to get a reward.
The only reason I can think of to make things this bad and overloaded, might be because of all the arrogant players that hack the game or those who can buy millions of clams and then keep saying they are bored… but it’s not fair to regular players.

      Liked by 1 person

      • I totally agree. It feels like you cannot make any real progress unless you drop a ton of Clams – particularly since everything seems to revolve around the hiring of Goons. It is starting to feel like they just do not care about the free players, and set everything up so that premium players will have all the advantage. Why else would things have gotten so complicated?

It was better before, when it just amounted to sending characters off on their individual tasks to collect items. Sure it was tedious and sometimes frustrating, but at least it was doable. Allowing only one Goon at a time to be crafted is just snarling things up. (What to do with that newly crafted Luchador? Defeat a Gurl Scout? Attack the Mansion? Raid Fort Nox?) Since you cannot be in three places at once, making progress is like digging out of prison with a spoon. The whole thing feels deliberately structured to get us to spend Clams.

I too find myself guilty of continuing, even though all the signs are seemingly pointing to “STOP”. Just yesterday when Mr. Washee dropped in, I looked at his item requirements and thought “I think I will just skip this one” – but now I see (thanks to this walkthrough) that he is required in order to progress to the next phase. So what can I do? I can stop here and remain in limbo of Phase 3 until the event is over, or I can grit my teeth and grind away at Mr. Washee’s items so I can get to Phase 4 – and in true “hamster-on-a-wheel” fashion, I am positive that there will be another frustrating character unlock waiting for me when I do get there. So really, what can I do?

I think it would be a good idea if TinyCo stopped worrying about things being “challenging” and focused more on things being “fun”. Although if they did, then people would probably lose the incentive to spend Clams – so I guess that is just wishful thinking…

        • It’s just not just the free players it seems TInyCo doesn’t care about. I’ve spent more clams on this event than any other and still feel like I am at least a week behind, even though I was sort of able to get in during the first week crashes if I tried enough times. I still need 6 tubas for Cleveland Jr,, 75 boxing gloves for Fight Promoter Cleveland and I feel like we’re getting screwed on the excessively long tasks that are required now. I also would like to see two or more Goon queues so I can at least feel like I’m getting somewhere when I come back 3-4 hours later instead of picking up exactly where I left off, because I don’t have the resources to get anything done because I’m waiting on goons to be created. Always waiting on goons.

  24. I agree that there is way too much going on at once in this event. Cannot get enough goons to go for golden trucks, character unlocks, fort knox, raids, tasks AND mob rep prizes. Really tricky to decide what to focus on. Yesterday morning I was I the top 3000 but since then have been around 7500 and not sure how that happened!

    • Those Golden Cranes and new decos all giving Mob Rep…. The Bamboo one was originally paying out 3.5 mob rep to 5 cookies. It is now a 1 to 5 ratio, but I got a chunk of boost that way before TinyCo “fixed” it.

      Like

      • Ah that’s annoying (that there was an easy exploit!). I usually save the currency for building and characters (Tricia needs 20000 cookies; and whatever comes in the next phases).

  25. Just wanted to add my voice to the growing chorus of frustrated players. I have the same issues. Horrible tuba drop rate all week. Not enough to get Cleveland Jr. Gurl Scouts now show no items dropping in pop up box and honestly have only dropped cookies for the last two days.

I have also gone down the path of trying to talk to TinyCo through support and it always takes days or weeks. Twice I’ve had issues with events and twice they’ve only gotten back to me after the event was over! Unfortunately for many of us, you guys are our best hope at getting to them since they respond to you.

I have been obsessive about this event. I log in almost every hour to maximize my time since there have been several events where I have just missed out on something I wanted due to time issues. There is no way I shouldn’t have enough resources to unlock anything at this point, yet I’m not even close to getting Jr. or the Boxing Promoter skin. Like the nature event, this stinks as a way to force even the most loyal and obsessive freemium fans to pay up or suck it up.

As that Sparrow lady said on Game of Thrones last week …. Shame! Shame! Shame!

I really appreciate your help and understanding as I vent.

    • What does The Asian do if you complete all three basic raids? Does he come out of his capsule (shades of Johnny Tambourine in Saul of the Mole People) and become a playable character with tasks? Or is he a useless deco like the Bad Roaches? The casino prize was Geronimo’s Casino, which is a gold mine, spitting out cookies and fedoras every hour.

  26. This is ridiculous. Still need 10 tubas, and I cleared 4 Gurl Scouts with the Luchadors I hired overnight. Results: 1 Tuba, Cookies…and 2 shirts for Washee. Really? Really?!

I know that you always recommend contacting TinyCo so I’ve done so, but they’re being deaf to the problems in this event. At this point, I haven’t even gotten an auto-response “Your message will be reviewed.”

And I know there’s nothing you kind ladies can do about it. But it seems like things are getting a little worse with every major event – drops too infrequent, task lines too reliant on actions that can’t be unlocked, too much to do (honestly, even with the purchase of clams), more glitches and/or crashes, and an increasing lack of acknowledgment of the problems from TinyCo. I won’t be able to play the last week of the event (well, what’s currently advertised as the last week – TinyCo has a habit of extending things at the last minute) and I’m beginning to think that some forced separation will be good for my stress.

  31. Alissa and Bunny – I’m posting this because I know you’re receptive to feedback. What do YOU think? 😉

This game has had serious problems since the Star Trek event and has basically devolved into a weekly extortion exercise–I think 80% of players would agree. It’s a very different game than it was one year ago.

What’s more, TinyCo is well aware of what they’re doing, and about the only thing that might make them change their tune would be a flurry of 1-star reviews and being held accountable in a public kind of a forum. They’ve become so brazen with their con tactics that they actually “extend” an event, then say, “oh yeah, btw, we happened to have another week of characters and quests lying around, so here you go! Aren’t we great?”

I appreciate all of the incredible work you guys do in maintaining this awesome blog that I check ~10 times a day. I hope it keeps growing and you attract as huge of a readership as I know you are capable of attracting.

My only recommendation is that you pause and ask yourselves how you think anyone who plays this game would react when they read your posts since the Star Trek event–specifically, what’s mentioned in the posts and what’s not–as well as your responses to reader comments.

There is an artful way to make both of your bosses happy, so to speak, without turning one away. You two are super smart and talented–I know you can figure this out.

P.S. Alissa – happy birthday! and congrats on the upcoming little one!

    • Believe me my feelings about this event since Star Trek haven’t been great (and have been vocalized many many MANY times over to TinyCo). I think frustrations about the game in general are growing and believe me it spreads to us too. (especially since we put our own money into the game to run the events. Just in my game alone I’m over $400 since the event started & we’re only on week 3) Honestly I think tensions for everyone are just high lately…which just doesn’t seem fair since it’s supposed to be a game. A game that’s supposed to be fun.
I have my thoughts about what TinyCo’s doing..and they’re not that far off from yours, but go a bit further.
We love our readers (on both sites) but I honestly can tell the fun has been sucked outta the game to just about everyone. It wasn’t even this bad at Easter on TSTO…and that event was AWFUL.
I do try to interject more of the same frustrations into my posts but at the same time we’re just reporting what’s going on in the game on a lot of these posts, without our opinions. So it’s a balancing act…but I think (on both sites) at times it’s just more important to say what’s going on than why we think it’s going on..if that makes sense.
Thank you for the feedback, we do ALWAYS appreciate it! We love our readers and are always all for ways to make this site (and TSTO) better from you guys.
Thank you for the birthday wishes and congrats! And if this sounds a little scattered I blame it on the pregnancy brain lol

      • Out of curiosity, do you ever see yourself saying “I’m done playing this”? What do you think would be the tipping point… the thing that finally pushes you away (or would your interest just eventually fade away naturally)? It occurred to me that you and Bunny are just enthusiastic players yourselves, and there’s nothing forcing you to play. While the premium experience likely doesn’t have the same frustrations, are you still enjoying the game like you used to? I guess I’m doing some ‘soul searching’ and working through my own addiction to this, and you two always seem to have a good perspective.

        Liked by 1 person

        • There are a LOT of aspects I do still enjoy in it myself. It is more the execution of how they play out that gets difficult at times. Like me and Alissa keep saying… “If only WE made a game… we would do this, this, and this.” Lol.

Honestly, we play to not just enjoy it but to help others. If we can lay out the mechanics of the game, we know that may help a LOT of people to know what is coming and what to focus on.

I also see it like this the game, just like life, will have its ups and downs. I have played many games and they all did the same for me… lots of cool stuff, then stuff I would have been more happy to do without. Things I wished never happened/ We see frustrations on another level… What it takes to go through EVERY SINGLE ITEM of the game. It can take a lot. Where as a casual player, you could just skip over it.

I still have hopes this will turn around and get back on a better track. Due to my background, I also look at things from both a Player and a Business perspective. (I have owned some in the past and still own my own businesses, so I know what it takes just to break even many times.) So I have knowledge things HAVE to be put into play just to allow the game to survive and continue on for both the Company and its Players. But that also won’t stop me from voicing my thoughts, opinions, concerns, and constant suggestions to make the game better in my mind for everyone all around. In the end, I am a Player first. Always will be. The gamer girl in me is strong. Lol. 😉

      • Alissa, thank you so much for your honest comments. I know you guys try to be the voice of reason amongst the detractors, but I appreciate that you guys are feeling the same frustration. Helps us all feel a bit better than even all-stars like you and Bunny are feeling put-upon by the last few events.

Personally, I feel that this event has been the first that TinyCo has created with a true dichotomy in mind. In previous events, it was possible for freemium players (with determination and your helping hands!) to fully complete every objective and earn every reward.

This event feels completely different, and not just because of the transparency of the leaderboard. It seems that TinyCo wants this event to be a little different for everyone. It is clearly impossible to earn Promoter Cleveland, Gangster Tricia, Don Corleone AND Mob Boss Consuela as a freemium (or even semi-premium) player. Aside from the Tuba Travesty (I eventually gave up and purchased the last ten tubas just to progress the story), there just isn’t enough time or resources (i.e. goons) to complete EVERY objective.

Instead, I recommend (for everyone’s peace of mind) to just focus on a couple things. Really want Promoter Cleveland? Go for it. Hope to get Gangster Tricia? Start saving cookies. But don’t expect that you are going to get everything, because I don’t think that TinyCo planned this event that way. Pick a few objectives and focus on those and just let the rest go. In the end, it’s a game; and it is NOT worth the consternation we’ve all felt the last few weeks.

Thanks again for your honest response ~ and keep up the excellent work; we all appreciate it!

        • We really try to keep a more positive spirit here. There is just so much negativity… it breeds if you let it. It will quickly overtake a place too. (Just look at their Facebook Page). We don’t want our site to turn into that.

We want to focus on the help. We always want to help. But there is so much we can do as we are not them. That doesn’t stop us from still communicating MANY times daily behind the scenes all our thoughts and concerns. So we focus on the game mechanics… things we know can immediately help Players at least know what is coming and what each item offers while we work in the background on other concerns.

It is hard when you have such high hopes and are disappointed. But as Alissa said, our thoughts… focus… concerns… always have been and always will be US… the Players. So we will keep fighting that fight until we have no more fight left in us. 🙂

I still have hopes it will turn around, more so as I have seen other games do it. I have seen them do it in the past. For now… Only time will tell. 😉

          • Bunny, Alissa – I really appreciate your thoughtful responses!

After I submitted my comment, I thought it would’ve been helpful if I had included links to posts that I had in mind when I wrote the comment:

Star Trek Questline: Uhura & Seven of Nine

            New Challenges Added To Game!

            Mobster Event Crash Issues!

Mobsters Weekend Update: Mr. Miyagi & Gangster School Girl Tricia

Uhura, 7 of 9, Borg Bertam Statues

            New Challenges Added To Game!

            Star Trek Event Extended!!!

Don’t mean to single you out, Bunny–I think you’ve just been doing more posting lately. And I definitely don’t want the feedback to come off as critical because I can’t say enough how awesome this blog is. I wouldn’t be able to keep up with this game were it not for all of the incredible effort you two put into this blog. Thank you!

            • It is fine. I am just more noticeable here and her on our other site. But both of us are still very much a part of both. One in front, one behind scenes. Like I said. I have seen this before even with TinyCo. Pee Pants Peter, Kingdom Event, etc. They have had their ups and down. Good stuff and Bad stuff.

What people do NOT see is what goes on behind the scenes. The endless emails back n forth with them, complete with stats and information. A LOT of aspects of the game have improved with those kinds of things. A lot of changes made as we provide a “Player’s View” that may be going unnoticed. So know we are still always thinking and working on ways of improving things for the Players. We just do it on a more professional level.

You do not get results by yelling, cussing, and swearing at someone. More likely to get a door slammed in your face that way then one opened. So we approach a business in a business manner. Supplying things that THEIR bosses would be interested to know…with our site and readers backing us (HUGE reason we try to get you all to focus thoughts in one place. It helps not only us to compile it, but them to see it. What the Deuce can be really helpful that way). It is a lot of work. 99% that our readers do not see at all. But it is never ending.

We really do appreciate the feedback. Honestly. Just know our minds are always running on how to make things better. “What can Bunny and Alissa do to help on this one?” so to speak. 🙂

  33. I don’t normally fret about the drop rates in the game, but tubas? Ugh! Glad that they ‘fixed’ the week 2 quests to allow you to move on without Cleveland Jr, but now I’m gonna be stuck staring at the Pt 1 quests for week 3 for at least a few more days while I keep grinding for him. Oh well! :\

  35. This is event is getting way to busy, as you stated there is a TON of content fo go thru. Where do you start, we can only make 6 goons at a time. I give up and am just going to focus on the taskbar Quest.

  36. New content: schoolgirl skin for tricia, requires task item drops by brian, joe and others as well as a few buildings ( police station, james woods high). Also shows a drop by a “senior gurl scout” who apparently doesn’t exist yet.
Also offers Mr Miyagi for 200 clams. It shows he unlocks some guy with a hat. I haven’t bought him yet so not sure what he does other than adrop for tricia. 200 clams isn’t bad for a new character but will wait for a breakdown by you all… Especially since I’m not crazy about this event…

  38. So very much appreciate all the hard work you ladies put into getting this content up so quickly. With the recent addition of Tricia’s outfit there is just SOOO much to do it’s become overwhelming. I thought Star Trek event was intense. That moved at quarter impulse compared to the warp 9 of this event.

  39. Do you have more information about the timed mobster events? I could swear I’ve completed two events that came up with the 24 hour count-down, but it only shows that I completed the lighted sign one. If there are three more to go to earn the “grand prize”, shouldn’t TinyCo be getting on the ball if this is supposed to be a weekly thing?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Nice, not enough clams anymore for him because I bought that club. And now we cannot progress past the first quest of the week without him? Ugh.
And yes, I’ve let them know. I wrote them a book by now with 0 replies.

    • Hey Bunny, I still need eight more tubas to unlock Cleveland Jr. I am working on that. I have recently finished building Super Cowboy USA Cleaners. To unlock Mr. Washee Washee, I need a few dirty shirts. However, now with the girl scouts, they should be having the optional choice of dropping either tubas or dirty shirts, but the icons for chances are not showing up. When I tap on one of the girl scouts I only get: Drops: and nothing else with no icons. I don’t want to waste my luchadors on them if I am uncertain of not being able to get either one as a chance. Especially after two hours to try and get one of the two. Can you help me?

    • Erik – I need 12 tubas before Junior unlocks, so I feel your pain. I did look ahead in the questline info given here and bought needed decos and plan to buy the needed buildings while I’m waiting for the Gurl Scouts to cough up the tubas. Usually those tasks will be checked off if already purchased and placed, or you can put them in inventory and take them right back out to get credit. Other tasks sometimes count ahead, also, but goon related tasks don’t seem to do so.

      • Bunny,
Seriously, this idea that you keep saying “contact TinyCo.” Is just not practical. Maybe it works for you, but I have contacted them WEEKS AGO because every time I try to connect to my FaceBook account, the app crashes. Every time. I have notified them, given them the error code, and I have received zero responses from them. And I didn’t even swear or call them names.

I have also had the game lose at least 3 tubas. Not that I am ever getting Cleveland Jr. At this rate, but I am sitting at 7 tubas when I should have 10. Two hours to get those red suit guys, i actually get lucky enough to get a tuba, and then I get that Consuela “no, oh no” crap, lose the connection, and lose the tuba in the process. It doesn’t register. Told TinyCo. about this problem too, and nothing back from them.

Not even a token “we received your issue and are working on it.” They could give me a picture of the middle finger of their hand. At least it would feel honest.

        • We are not TinyCo. We do not work for TinyCo. We have absolutely no access what so ever to any players games nor should we…

So… YOU tell me what we are supposed to do? Tell readers to frak off? Go figure it out on your own? How on earth is that helpful one bit?

We say “Contact TinyCo” as even though they may not contact YOU back personally… if there is a MASS issue impacting MASS players, they will use those games that have messaged in to seek out the issue, find the source, and make a patch for EVERYONE. So even though they may not respond to you, them fixing it for everyone IS their response.

I get what you mean, just know you are dealing with a TINY company. Hence TinyCo. It is all done in house. Think 20 people (not really but you get the idea) handling MILLIONS of emails. Now think of how long that will take to answer each and every single one of those emails. They would never get anything fixed.

Short story long, though you are upset and angry with THEM… it is unfair and…well… mean to take it out on US when we are doing all WE can to help. And WE do not get paid for it. We are Players too. Struggling right along side the rest of you with issues. So please, stop trying to shoot the messenger for just delivering a message. 🙂

      • That is what I am finding as well. The buildings have a much better drop rate than any of the characters, or the goons/luchadors have. I stopped taking out trucks and girls scouts unless they are required to progress a quest, and keeping them on warehouse, casino, estate, and now fort nox duty, and relying on the buildings and other characters for the drop items.
