The Popcorn has been popped. Death is in the game. A psychotic Slashing Cat is terrorizing our towns, so what do we need? MORE TERROR!!!
Phase 2 is now live in our games, and oh the HO HO HO Horror it is bringing in. Blood sucking. Moon Howling. MORE Creepy Characters. MORE Creepy items. MORE Creepy… ummm… CREEPS!! hack hack hack hack chop chop chop chop kill kill kill kill….
With this New Phase 2 for the Event, we also get some New Premium Characters for you to decide to add to your Quahogs. Like Michael Myers!
Let’s take a look at what Michael Myers can do in our silly lil games.
Michael Myers is a New Premium Character added during the 2nd week of Death at the Drive In 2015. As with all Premiums, it is your choice to determine whether or not it is something you want to add to your game.
Michael Myers cost is 260 clams. You could find him in your Event Menu for purchase.
If you choose to spend the Clams to pull him in your game, he first appeared on your Quahog streets with the Unlock Icon over his head.
If you tap on the icon, he then was brought fully into your game.
He does come with a Questline, Man of Few Words, more on it in a later post.
Michael Myers does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP. He will also help you get silver cannonballs
! (This does however require you to have Quahog Channel 5 News Building in your game.)

He is not voiced, however… tapping on him starts his SCARY PIANO “THEME MUSIC” from his Movies to play.

Oh heck yeah I purchased him. If there is anything I’m willing to spend and buy clams on, it would be for characters. In this case, Mike is perfect. I’ve always loved Halloween as well as all the main iconic horror villains. I’m hoping to get Chucky if possible and who knows what else!

He’s my first premium event character purchase since I started playing almost a year ago. Mainly bought him because I practically grew up on horror movies, Halloween being one of them. I love the character, but really, he should be able to do more than just 1 silver cannonball every 6 hours. I know it’s better than nothing, as I’d probably spend clams on him regardless of the benefits, but aren’t premium event characters supposed to make things noticeably even a little bit easier? I’ve been religiously checking this game since the event started and I’m just now saving up for the witch tree (right before slasher bait Lois). Just one more scythe to go for Death though…
By the way, great job with your posts Lotte! Glad that Bunny is getting help with the site. Bunny, I have no idea how after all this time you have managed to avoid burnout from keeping posts up to date like clockwork for us while constantly putting up with people accusing YOU of making the game so hard and unfair, no matter how many times you state in plain English that you don’t work for Tiny Co. Keep it up! This game would practically be unplayable without the exemplary work you put into this site!

They just added the Pumpkin one… I think it’s funny. There could be others added, yes. Remember his cost isnt just about his tasks. There are legal aspects that go into them getting the Copyright of a Franchise they and FOX have no legal authority in. It takes a LOT of money. 😉

This is the first event were i have not purchased a special premium character and at this time do not have any plans to purchases one any time soon. I have always loved having the special characters however i hate the fact that they do pretty much nothing but go into my storage once the event is done. Remember when we got the first comic con characters, they helped with getting stuff for at least a couple of events after but now the specials do nothing after a event. I really wish they would make it so the specials (and all of the characters for that matter!) would be able to help in some way even if it was something small like do a 24 hour task and get a hatchet at least they would be doing something!

They have been reusing past Characters in the Event. They’re doing so this one with the 3D drops and did last one too. It is not an always thing… no. And I get what you are asking for. Just letting you know that I have seen several comebacks of past Characters and its been getting better. 😉

I bought him because I already had Jason, Freddy, Alien, and Predator from last year. I’m happy with him, but I think for the price he should award more than one silver ball at a time.

I purchased the 19.99 clam pack at the start of the Halloween event ’cause well you know how much I love Halloween. Have said it quite few times lol. Anyhow, I went ahead and purchased Michael. Glad he helps with the cannonballs, just wish the time frame to make them was shorter, like maybe 2 hrs. IMO, when players spend money on premium character, the characters should give us a better payout/advantage. It makes it more tempting to buy premium characters in the future. Just sayin’ Anyway so, together with my saved, earned clams, I currently have enough to purchase one more premium character before the event is out. I will most likely hold out to spend them ’til near the end of the event, just to see what may surprisingly pop up 😉
