I hope you all know where your Stuffed Animals & Dollies are as it is about to get a lil bit more KID SCARY IN HERE!!!
Phase 3 is now live in our games, and even MORE HORRORS are to be had. No I am not just talking about Movie Reels!! hack hack hack hack chop chop chop chop kill kill kill kill….
With this New Phase 3 for the Event, we also get some New Premium Characters for you to decide to add to your Quahogs. Like Chucky!
Let’s take a look at what Chucky can do in our silly lil games.
Chucky is a New Premium Character added during the 3rd week of Death at the Drive In 2015. As with all Premiums, it is your choice to determine whether or not it is something you want to add to your game.
Chucky’s cost is 260 clams. You could find him in your Event Menu for purchase.
If you choose to spend the Clams to pull him in your game, he first appeared on your Quahog streets with the Unlock Icon over his head.
If you tap on the icon, he then was brought fully into your game.
He does come with a Questline, Wanna Play?, more on it in a later post.
Chucky does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP. He will also help you get 1 Pumpkin!

**Note: Within an Event, tasks may change and vary as the Phases come and go. So some of these tasks will be temporary. Others may be one time use. Some will stick around even after the Event. We won’t know until the Event Ends.

I bought Chucky because well, I remember Chucky, but honestly am dissapointed that Chucky is not helping automatically! I have said it before, and I will say it again, if we pay for a premium character we should get premium benefits straight away. Not venting at you Bunny. Sorry for the vent on your helpful post. My bad.

I agree on that part. My thoughts and suggestions helped get Myers task changed at least. Still hoping the “level up to use” tasks stop. I don’t think anyone likes that. 😉

I’m getting this generic error message from Consuela:
“There was a problem loading the game. Please try again.”
Also the game won’t release game data. I can’t do it with other programs except Family Guy.

I got it working again. To get the game to work I had to uninstall it, which in turn cleared all the data.
I think I know what the mystery error was. There was an update this week that I didn’t know about, which was incompatible with my saved game. I saw the difference after I was able to play. Originally Headless Horsemen moved free like Nuns, but now they stay on roads.

I forgot to mention the reason I think my device can’t Clear Data is that TinyCo now has the game designed to load when the device boots thus blocking it from deleting anything. Its something they need to remove, since I already have an error popping up when it stuffs my device with files.
Did you know this game has 6,000+ files and about 5-10% are useless data files that are outdated graphics or sounds from past events. I looked through the directory and it even has the sound files for both Kiss characters, which I don’t even have. TinyCo needs to take a break from continuous events and clean out all the useless junk.

TinyCo threw us a little bone tonight. I just had a quest pop up to open a mystery box 3 times. Cost was 1 pair of 3D glasses each time. First time I won 25 reels, second time another 25 reels, third time 4 pumpkins. Thank you TinyCo! (The box disappeared after opening 3 times). Was it all just a hallucination? 😊

Not buying Chucky as I refuse to spend clams this event but I did watch Curse of Chucky on Netflix last night.

Was just on my game to do a late night checkup up when I noticed that my shop cart had the ! over it. I checked it and saw that there was an “Ollie Mystery Box” where you could spend one 3D glasses and win popcorn, silver cannonballs, pumpkins, and film reels. I got to do this 3 times before it disappeared. I ended up getting 12 cannoballs and 25 film reels. On top of all this, Pinhead was also in the shop for 240 clams. Do you think this was supposed to happen? Thanks! (If you need a picture let me know I can email it to you)

Unrelated to this post, but just got a popup for Ollie’s Horror Box or some such title…spend a 3D gasses and take 3 shots at prizes. I got 70 popcorn, 25 film reels, and 6 silver cannonballs. Very helpful! Send more 🙂

Yes they just dropped pinhead into the game. He drops the steaks for deaths dog. Also along with a little mystery box you only open 3 times and it cost 1 pair of 3d glasses each time. I got 50 movie reels and some pumpkins. Such a big help getting towards the last few items on page 3 also another little quest has popped up about sticking up on supplies. Balloons, garlic, silver cannon balls and pumpkins. Not sure what you are rewarded with but I’m sure our hero bunny will be on the case.

So OK I don’t know if Ollies mystery Box has the 25 film reels as a common drop,, but I opened the mystery box 3 times and got 25 reels 3 times!!!
so I got 75 film reels for only 3 3D glasses and as a reward for opening the mystery box 3 times I got 2 Pair of 3D glasses,,so I got 75 film reels for 1 pair of glasses.
So I am quite happy,, obviously this is Tinyco’s way of balancing out the reel drops that was causing everyone (including myself) to go all Jihad on them.
so I went 3 for 3 on getting the reels,, how is everyone else doing on the mystery box?

Wow, everyone was so lucky! I got water balloons all 3 times. I have many, many water balloons. However, I’m at level 12 and just got the ghost pirate.

the game has been updated, seems that all of the horrors are confined to road sections,, which is good.
