Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
So I’m sure some of you have been wondering just where I’ve been…or just how long Bunny’s put me on on bed rest for. Well..there’s been a good reason for my absence. The Tiny Addict has arrived!
Riley Margaret arrived on Thursday November 12th at 6:02pm! Weighing in at 8lbs 2oz and 20″ long. She’s for sure a keeper and we’re over the moon excited about her!
My apologies for no telling you guys sooner, or not having Bunny or Wookiee tell y’all. It’s been a whirlwind of a few days, including how she came into the world. Riley’s currently in the NICU being treated for some breathing issues and a couple of other labor related complications. The good news is she’s doing really, really well. The bad news is she still can’t quite come home. (hopefully this week)
So I’ll still be away for a few more days, while we spend the time visiting Riley at the hospital. But remember…I’m always watching 😉

Congratulations, that’s wonderful news! My son had some breathing problems at birth as well, that’s a tough spot. But it’s gonna make the homecoming all the sweeter.

Almost two years ago our son came out (via C-section ) at 13 lbs 8 oz and 22.75 inches. His blood sugar didn’t even register. He’d been taking the wife’s bottoming her blood sugar out for two weeks every night. They had to put his IV through the umbilical due to the density of the dextrose solution. The specialist told us he could be in NICU for up to a month. Well our trooper leveled himself out after a week ☺️☺️☺️ That was the best pulling into the driveway Ever his first time home.
So have faith and she’ll be great!!
Prayers going up for quick healing anyway.
