Week 2 of Dog Multiverse is in our games and with it a mix of New Characters. Including New Characters you can collect Materials and unlock. Characters like K-9 Joe!
Let’s take a look at what K-9 Joe can do in our silly lil games.
K-9 Joe is a Character added during the 2nd Week of Dog Multiverse Event 2015. As with (almost) all Characters in TQFS in order to unlock him you’ll have to collect lots of STUFF.
First though, you had to purchase the Human Pound for $4000 and place it into your town.
As soon as you finished building Human Pound, you will see K-9 Joe outside. Tapping on his Lock Icon would show you all the Materials you needed to collect to bring him into the game.

Family Guy Addicts 
Super keen to grab K-9 Joe, but seem to be having trouble with the Dog Sweater drop from Bulldog Meg – just me? It’s ‘Uncommon’, but I’ve done it 5 times now and have had none drop yet. Everything else has been dropping as expected, maybe even more so, but this one has me just about beat.
Have messaged them in-game – was just wondering if anyone else had been having the same trouble.

I had the same issue. I broke down and spent 20 clams to get the last sweater that I needed. So much for this being a “leisurely” event.

Just unlocked Doggie Joe this morning (Monday), after the Dogmart finished building. The last item to get for me was the third pill bottle, which popped out of Dogmart as soon as it was built. I probably could have made it in time without the building. But the only other thing I might be buying with doggie coins is a few more dogwood trees, so why not?

Someone earlier suggested making sure your game was backed up and then deleting and reinstalling the app. It definitely helped sort out the vram issues my phone!

For those who have “crash” problems with the app on their iPhone.
1. Push the round button twice rapidly.
2. You will see a display of all open apps.
3. Swipe up on each app you want closed.

Yes, closing all other apps helps a lot. I am still concerned with how much actual space this app takes up on my devices. The Simpsons seems to be much smaller and my world is immense and I have 155 characters running.

I mention it because I didn’t realize all these apps STAYED open. I thought they self-terminated after a short period of time. They don’t. They stay open indefinitely.
