First up, the Basics
- Players will need to be to Party Like a God Part 9 and updated the Fountain to move into Phase 4/Week 4 content.
- Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed
- Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version (iOS, Google, Amazon, Facebook). NOT Windows Stand Alone
- PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points
- Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more

Similar to the Previous 3 Gods, in order to be able to give Offerings to Athena in the Event Area (NOT THE CHARACTER) you will need to get to Gods Gone Wild Part 3. Once you are at Gods Gone Wild Part 3, you will start to see her at the Temple of Athena and then be able to attack her to get items you will need for the Final Phase. You will have 1 Day & 12hrs to fully defeat her before she goes into cool down.
She will require Olive Branch Offerings created in the Campus Altar to attack her. Here are the Requirements and Payouts I saw in my game for Athena.

Tan Lines is a district, so you should have it during all events until you finish if you already completed the Graveyad district. You should be getting a daily quest to get 1 buck (I’ve received 1 green, blue or red buck, or 1 clam). In this quest you have to send 3 random characters to do 1 random task each. For me at least, the daily quest pops around 10 am provided I completed the one from the day before.
And you should also be able to collect from the building every 24 h. This depends on how many characters you have checked in.
You can exchange the bucks you have for a more valuable buck (eg green for blue, blue for red). You have a buck icon next to your coin counter. The icon has a + sign. Click here and you’ll see how many bucks of each colour you have, and you’ll be able to exchange them. You can also check the daoly quest here.
If you don’t have any of these features you should contact support.

No news about Neptune? he never returned in my game and could’nt complete the challenge. I sacrificed my position in the leaderboard to complete it and it was in vain, because of this bug.
Now I’m waiting for Athena to return to complete the 11 arrows needed for Megdusa. I just hope that she indeed returns this time.
I noticed that the hippocampus has dissapeared from the list and is not crossed out. hope tinyco gives us the prize anyway because it’s their fault that many players weren’t able to complete the 3rd. challennge.

I’m looking at the leader board for this event and I’m like omg how can people get 80k in styx coins. I know I’m a week behind and I’m between freemium and premium. Is it really possible to get 80,000 of those coins in a month?

Clams will buy you anything you want. Some people are mad with them. Another reason I AVOID the leaderboards. Nothing but a Premium Play in my opinion.

What does it mean when you say you need “3 Golden Crowns/Laurels” for a building? Will it accept either 3 laurels or 3 golden crowns, or some combination?
Also, is there a way to tell how many crowns, golden fleece, or golden apples I currently have? I’m stockpiling for when I get to Phase 4.

Some people call them Laurels, some crowns. It is just a name… but it is ONLY the Golden one. If you want to verify, just tap on the item in the University store.
Only way to tell is to go to an item needing that Material… which are in the store.

I agree, this thing with Neptune is ridiculous. It’s been a week since can get Finn because lack of seashells. Now I don’t have anything to do in thisevent. Stuck on Finn at main questline, there’s no new characters or buildings at this point and even if they fix the bug now, it will no time to do week 4 things. Not nice.

Heyy bunny! It is good to have you back! Alissa and the others were very timely with their posts, but I definitely missed your formatting and having the answers because of your frequent communication with tinyco :).
I started phase 3 late because I ended phase 2 just 200 ambrosia shy of obtaining Hades (I sped up with some clams; but not all of them. Even abandoned the leaderboards dropping 2000 places trying to earn more clams to get him but sadly still fell short). To my surprise, because I started late and after the patch, my Neptune is glitch free. In fact his refractory period is similar to Zeus! (He’s gone 1-2 hours before he comes back. I can barely keep up but I’m afraid to not finish his offerings in case he glitches out. Though his quick refractory has helped me regain like 1500 places back). It does seem kinda unfair if the early birds are still caught in the glitch, but since everyone has the same questions and no one knows what the patch is supposed to be like when it’s in effect, I wanted to share what Neptune’s supposed to be like glitchless. Hope it’s helpful!

Any thoughts on why my phase 4 hasn’t started? I’m still collecting hood ornaments and fish jesus to get Billy Finn, and trying to get enough ambrosia to buy the roman candle shop (party like a god pt 4 task). Could one or both of those be why Athena still hasn’t shown up for me?

I think you answered it. Main thing to move you on is Questlines. You have to complete the Main Questline each phase to move forward. Where are you on the Main Phase 3 Questline?

Does anyone know if Athena (the one in the shop for clams) will drop arrows and store them until I reach phase 4? Billy’s fish plaques are not dropping very fast, so as usual I will probably have limited time if any in phase 4… I upgraded (broke!) the fountain and see new stuff in the store, but am only in Part 5 of the main quest for phase 3. I’m drawn a bit to Athena the character, though, just wondering if it’s useful to get her early. Does she have to level up before she can drop arrows?

Usually a Material will NOT show up until you reach the point of triggering it. In other words, if the game does not ask for them, the Character won’t even show it as a possible drop. Anyone else see differently in their games?

Have to say, though, that we aren’t actually attacking the gods. That video game Boss mentality is hard to shake, but we’re actually appeasing the gods – offering them their favorite goodies in hopes that they will play nice and give us some goodies in return. They just go away to do god things for a while once we’ve done the max for them, it’s so tiresome having to wait around for mere mortals to come up with the goodies. Likewise when we clear the wanderers like centaurs and mermen, we’re making offerings so they will be inspired to leave town for a while and give us some goodies. The Minotaurs do seem a tad surprised by our gift of souls, but they keep accepting the offering so I guess they’re okay with it. I imagine they all go to a coffee and Greek froyo shop offscreen to relax a bit before heading back into town.

Yes. She is a Premium Character. But… if you think about it… those HARD Characters in the University store took a LOT to get too, so they were pretty much “Premium” as well, just in a difference sense that you had to earn a LOT to get them and possibly spend clams to do so.

I’m going on day 3 of no Neptune at the alter. I have contacted TinyCo and though they claim to have “pushed a fix”, it’s nearly been 24 hours since then. I will give them credit for adding time to the It’s All Greek to Them challenge. However, it has also keeping me from getting Billy Finn and advancing to the 4th week.
I have yet to experience a glitch free event in this game.

Thing is… EVERY game I play… no matter how far advanced the game house is, how old the game is, etc…. ALWAYS some issue along the way. It’s the beast of app gaming. They are forced to push things out all the time, so hiccups will happen sadly. Can’t avoid it. Heck, even my console games have glitches. Lol

I was really hoping she’d be the third tier leader board prize. At least be a complete character, not a skin. Then I realized so many wouldn’t be able to have her otherwise. I just need three more mice. Why the odd number when she drops in even? Goodness me!
Other news, Neptune is working, but I had to pay to bring him back twice! I’m still thinking about asking to be refunded, but I know they are so busy with ALL the messages and complaints. I was messaging them everyday. Sometimes I got a personal reply convinced with the canned ones.

My understanding with using the in-game messenger is to contact around every 5 days. I think it’s worth trying as others have had luck with refunds regarding Neptune not spawning.

Unfortunately, I came home from work to the ” invalid wallet data” error again, so the event is likely over for me. I don’t think it is an easy fix as it took several months to fix last time. I did email them. Wish I knew what happened.
Most importantly, though, hope you feel great again soon. 😀

Hi, yeah uninstall/reinstall doesn’t work. Seems to somehow be tied to my account. 🙁 Funny, I was in before work and reset everyone. Was on time for the timed items. Got home from work to all kinds of errors so reinstalled. Maybe the errors came with trying to update for week 4? At that point the wallet error came back. This was the first reinstall since they “fixed” it last time. Really took several months (nearly a year if I remember right) to fix before. Hope they have better luck this time and more experience with whatever this issue is. Hoping.
If you happen to talk to them, maybe you can mention the issue. Maybe they have tips. 😀

Hey, glad to see you’re back. Quick question: like a week ago you got a pop-up with buying death’s fanily (death, grandma death, death dog). They never appeared in my shop, only death alone.. So i bought him single. Do you know if they are working on the other chars to get in the Shop?

Did you message TinyCo from your game? That is the only thing I can suggest. Unless you are not to an unlock point yet. What Phase of the event are you on? What Questline?

It looks like this phase is made to let people catch up a bit. There is no “freakin hard” item in the store, it only takes 15 minutes to craft the last spell, and you don’t need to craft 3 of them to wipe out one gryphon, and there are no extra rare drops for Meg. Now, that doesn’t mean they won’t drop something next week, but at least I can make some progress over the weekend without needing to grind too hard.

Yeah, but there’s a 25x “Uncommon” drop required for Meg, and typically those are the worst drop rate for me. We’ll see. Just unlocked Billy Finn, so I’ll be joining the new phase in about 8hr. Good to know that the Gryphon killers are only needed one at a time, and there seem to be a lot of sources for the corresponding spell among existing store items. Since it’s the last phase, I’ll probably be focusing on the main quest as little as possible so as to concentrate on getting Medusa Meg. Looks like a fun skin, so I’ll probably even be willing to spend 10-20 Clams to finish it, if it looks like I won’t be able to before Thursday morning.
Speaking of, Bunny—good to see you back, btw—any idea whether this one will actually be ending at the new, earlier time (10am Pacific), or will it be ending at 3pm Pacific like normal? The last event was supposed to be the first one to end Thursday morning, but it ended at the same afternoon time as always after all. A little later, actually.

Yup still no Neptune for me, I entered week 3 right on time and saw him on at the beginning so it is approaching 8 days.. I messaged Tinyco and got a response back that they have put out a fix and everything is working fine now, but that was 20 hours ago and still no sign of him… I have everything else completed to move to week 4 except for the shells for billy Finn… I suppose I could pay the 36 clams, but I really don’t want to based on principal alone

This has happened exactly the same to me as well and the reply Tinyco gave me was that they pushed a fix to the game so they suggested to wait for neptune to return in order to let this fix make its work. However, I waited hours upon hours after having received this message regards the fix from Tinyco and the only way to make neptune return is to force him to return by paying clams (48 clams in my case).
After paying the clams, neptune is respawning normally like the other gods which takes roughly a couple of hours. I sent tinyco a message regards this that it’s unfair to be forced to pay for something that should have been done automatically due to their bug in the game’s code which they had admitted to it and asked them for a refund for these clams which I didn’t need to pay in the first should the game’s code had worked correctly as it should.
Let’s see how it goes, but I’m not very hopeful they’ll refund me these 48 clams… 😦

You could risk it on the assumption that TC will pay you back the Clams (probably as an even 50) when they get back to you on the issue (they’re usually pretty generous with the Clams when there’s an issue like this), but there’s no real guarantee that they will… You’d have to make sure you keep at them until you reach an actual person.

There is a small problem with Achilles’ Heel Sandal Shop – the hole appears for the building, but it does not build. It’s just the foot print of the building with two gears in the corner. It does count down and gives the rewards, but really looks odd. LOL

Sometimes happens with new buildings when the building appearance data doesn’t load into the game properly. That’s why it still works correctly. Try force closing the game after you exit it, then see if it’s there when you come back. You can also try clearing the cache on the game (NOT the data) and see if that resolves it. Usually that kind of thing takes care of itself after a while, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. No need to contact TC about it unless it’s still that way after a week or so.

Woah… phase 4 seems surprisingly modest compared to lets say, phase 2. Especially on Ambrosia counts and earlier item requirements for buildings. With no timed character waiting, it’s pretty doable to get the buildings going for the Blessed Spells and Medusa Meg (why is the costume not named Megdusa, btw? :P), there seem to be no conflicting tasks Medusa Meg items (though, if you go for 3 Snakes/8hrs you’re sacrificing a Lightning and Seafoam Spell).
The only drawback I can see is the somewhat excessive requirement for Golden Arrows, 34 for the buildings posted. With minimum 34 Gryphon kills, that’s seven back-to-back offerings to Athena. I would have expected and hoped that item requirements would have been a bit more spread out. If anything, that’s just an inconvenience.

Glad you’re back! Even with the great contributions from the rest of the team, and contributing users, just wasn’t the same.
I’m kinda glad the prizes for the last part of the event aren’t that great, as I will likely get there pretty late, due to focusing on getting Neptune, who I think is better than what’s on offer.

Yah, not really a need to even finish the Main Questline other than to unlock Athena and trigger Side Questlines. You are doing what I would suggest, focus on what you want and can get in the last week and set the rest aside.

I could have gotten Neptune, but I can tell now I would have regretted it. Had everything but the Ambrosia (and was only a few hundred shy) when I realized I might never build the materials back up in time to get the other Phase 3 Store items and Billy Finn if I did. As it is, I just now unlocked BF, so it seems I made the right call. I was lucky enough to not get the “missing Neptune” issue, so his offerings are enough to keep me in the top Leaderboard tier at the moment, so there was no real benefit to getting Neptune other than the extra Water Spell source, which doesn’t make *all* that much difference.

It is supposedly fixed… Issue is he has to actually come back first for it to go into play. Working on it, but it’s late there so don’t anticipate response til tomorrow.

So nice to have you back. The community has been awesome in helping each other out. A couple of things… Just noticed that carter has a 1 day task for 18 ambrosia. Not sure if new, but I didn’t see it until I was going to have him do a tan lines task. And I’m still stuck in week 3 due to Neptune not returning. Fix hasn’t worked for me- playing on iOS and never has an issue like this before. Messaged tinyco again but just got a repeat of their earlier response. It’s been probably 4 days now that Neptune has been gone. Suggestions? And I don’t want to pay the 34 clams to force him back… Just don’t think that’s right. Thanks Bunny, and remember to take your return to our craziness slowly!!

I am reaching out to TinyCo in regards to Neptune. Hoping to have some feedback in the Morning on it. I never think a forced Clam spend is OK either. They did offer the extension, but I am hoping for a lil bit more. Will keep trying to see what I can do.
As for Carter, there are parts of the Questline that the Characters are involved in and due to that you will see more drops added for them. I will go through and see if anymore are in there. I believe Connie, Carter, Seamus, Stewie, and Tom Tucker are newer ones. Just hard to determine as I have been kinda “checked out” this Event.

I’m in the same position as Christo. I’ve got the extension but he simply isn’t returning. I’ve literally done everything I can other than Neptunes offerings and unlocking Billy Finn – only need the shells. All I can do is churn out Hades offerings for the leaderboard… which I’m already on anyway.
Have spoke to TinyCo about this, they resent me the same message twice, I then left another message – A Beth replied saying that she’s leaving my ticket open and will get back me to when they know whats happening. Not great help but at least they are being prompt in answering.

Hi Bunny, just checking in to see if you heard anything about Neptune yet. Still no return. Finn is just waiting on shells, won’t be able to finish 3rd week challenge if not extended again… I have all the scrolls I need, but my queue is full of offerings I can’t make to Neptune so I can’t even go after coins. Was hoping to pick up Meg’s costume also. Frustrated that while tough going at times, it was doable- only now to be stopped by this. Well, if nothing changes I guess I’ll be buying a lot of statues? Hopefully the fix is working for others.
