Did anyone receive the leaderboard prizes from Greek life? That box at the bottom of the screen that led to the leaderboard disappeared, curiouser and curiouser

Yes- off and running. iOS 1.25.0 has launched! Got characters assigned to tasks, unfortunately had a few loose ends with candy men tasks side quests but I’ll put those aside and start on new event.

So it appears the event is over and I cannot remove these three enormous decos now which were required for this mini-event? Like the gate to the dead thing… “This is far too important to put away”. Huh???

I just bought the Fat Brian costume and it has NO visual tasks?!?! What’s the point of buying a costume that you can’t see?? Especially for 200 clams. Do you think they are going to add a visual or what?

Is there a way to open the last 3 rooms in the sugar shack so I can have a better chance to exchange my marshmellow, Carmel, and peanut butter bars which I have lots of but no way to exchange them for last 3 days? First 3 rooms have stayed at chocolate and pepermint which are rarely dropping.

Not that I encountered. I think it was just a general overlay and they were only going to be used if the Event went longer than a week.

This events done for me. Every once in awhile a phone call or life will interrupt and I’ll have to reload and retap and retask everyone I’d just done. It happens. It can do that just from exiting too soon. Well did that yesterday, went back in and retasked. Late last night, went back to find everything back where it was. Again. Annoyed but redid it all and spent a few minutes in my town.
Go in this morning and it’s reset again. No way for me to get Peters skin now. Time to free everyone up and wait.
And yes sent them a message

I’m just making a few more chocolate bars to buy a few peppermint trees, when I placed two for the new quest line, they look so pretty, I decided to get a couple more, and get one or two more of the other tree too. The new chubby Brian is also kinda cute!

WOW… They opted to drop a premium-only costume into the store on the last full day of the event? Why didn’t they put Fat Brian up earlier if he was supposed to be with this mini-event? Not that it matters much as I’ve given up hope of getting blueberry Peter, rare and extra rare drops didn’t ever pan out for me.
Least I got the Candyman Pat one…

None of these timed events ever triggered for me maybe it’s because I never unlocked the Peter costume but that’s because Ring Pops never dropped or maybe it’s because I still have the Greek life leaderboard on my page or maybe it’s because I coincidentally unlocked the brewery at the same time. So if ring pop drop rates continue at the present level of 0 I’ll be glad to see this event end tomorrow

I am definitely skipping this sidequest – I have almost no sodapop, very few decorations (only the compulsory buildings + the lollypop flowers to pass the quest), and I’m still struggling to get Blueberry Peter (still need 4 chocolate bars and 12 Grape Soda Pop). The biggest issue is the over-reliance on certain chocolate bars i.e. peanut & peppermint. I have 15 spare caramel and another spare 15 marshmallow bars, but nothing to use them on. It always seems to want the ones with the most frustrating drop rates. I wasted 40 clams getting peanut butter, as it’s blocking me from getting anything else. Hopefully I’ll be able to unlock Blueberry Peter in time.

So after wasting 40 clams on getting peanut butter, I was down to 7… I started clicking on those ad videos to display while I did other things. I had probably got 5-6 extra clams, when the game decided to crash. When it came back, I’d lost those hard earned 5 or 6 clams… but it was reset back to 47 clams! And I could still use the vids to keep racking up the clams… I’m up to 83 now, which will hopefully push me through any remaining obstacles to Blueberry Peter 🙂
