Who let the dog out!!!?
It was me, I did it, because I do believe in Toto. I do believe in Toto.I do, I do, I do. And I hope you will too if you buy him. Not only is Toto Brian a full character, but he also drops a ton of goodies that will help you throughout the event.
Toto Brian is a New Premium Character added during the first week of the There’s No Place Like Quahog event. He costs 250 
clams. As with all premium characters, it is your choice to determine whether or not he is someone you want to add to your game, but for me he’s TOTOLLY worth it.
He does come with a questline, Like A Dog With A Boner, we’ll have more on that in a later post.
Toto Brian does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn Emeralds & XP. He also has 3 individual 4 hour tasks that always drop emeralds along with either a water balloon, spray bottle or super soaker, all needed for defeating the Wicked Witch.

**Note: Within an Event, tasks may change and vary as the Phases come and go. So some of these tasks will be temporary. Others may be one time use. Some will stick around even after the Event. We won’t know until the Event Ends.
