Looks like Joe’s got a new set of wheels as he’s had a fun upgrade with his new character costume Toy Car Joe.
Toy Car Joe is a New Premium Character Costume added during Phase 5 of the Quahog’s Not So Silent Night Event. He costs 250 
clams. As with all premium character costumes, it is your choice to determine whether or not he is someone you want to add to your game.
He does come with a questline, Remote Control Freak, we’ll have more on that in a later post.
Toy Car Joe does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn Q*Bert’s Pyramid Parcels, Barrel Boxes, Ghostky Gifts, Care Packages and Robo Receptacles. He also always drops Stocking Stuffers & Dream Points.
