What is the Rover Ranger Mystery Box?
The Rover Ranger Mystery Box can be purchased for 150 Clams from the shop and randomly awards one of the following:
– 20 White Zeo Subcrystals
– Black Ranger Cleveland
– PowerCon Merch Booth
– 20 Blue Zeo Subcrystals
– 20 Red Zeo Subcrystals
– 14 Pink Zeo Subcrystals
– 150 Clams
How do I unlock Green Ranger Chris?
Green Ranger Chris can be created at Al Harrington’s Outfits with:
– 32 Dragon Power Coins
– 21 Swords of Darkness
– 30 Dragon Shields
– 10 Dragon Daggers
How do I get White Ranger?
White Ranger can be purchased for 270 Clams in the shop. He is able to clear Black Ranger Cosplayers, and can be combined to add more energy to White Tigerzord.
How do I get Black Ranger Cleveland?
Black Ranger Cleveland is an outfit that can be earned from the Rover Ranger Mystery Box. He can be combined to add more energy to Megazord. See “What is the Rover Ranger Mystery Box?” for more details.
How do I get the White Tigerzord Statue?
The White Tigerzord Statue drops Blue PowerCon Hats and can be purchased from the shop for 200 Clams.
How do I get White Zeo Subcrystals?
White Zeo Subcrystals can be obtained by clearing Black Ranger Cosplayers or by purchasing them in the shop with Clams. Use them to create the White Tigerzord, which can then be used to battle the Dragonzord to earn special rewards.
How do I get Zeo Crystals?
Zeo Crystals can be obtained by clearing Black Ranger Cosplayers or by purchasing them in the shop with Clams. Use them to create Megazord, which can then be used to battle the Dragonzord to earn special rewards.
How do I create Megazord?
Megazord is built using Zeo Crystals. Unlike other Zords, you must combine it with at least three characters to create it. Once formed, Megazord can battle Dragonzord, dealing 8 or 10 damage.
How do I clear Black Ranger Cosplayers?
Black Ranger Cosplayers can be cleared by Blue Ranger Joe and White Ranger. They spawn a few times a day, and you may have a maximum of 2 on your play space at a time. Black Ranger Cosplayers may drop White Zeo Subcrystals and Dragon Shields.
How do I get Blue PowerCon Hats?
Blue PowerCon Hats are used to purchase items from the Smoothie Bar and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get by defeating the Dragonzord
– Get from the White Tigerzord Statue
How do I get Dragon Power Coins?
Dragon Power Coins are used to unlock Green Ranger Chris and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get from the Green Ranger’s Museum in the Smoothie Bar
– Get by clearing Putty Cosplayers
How do I get Swords of Darkness?
Swords of Darkness are used to unlock Green Ranger Chris and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get by defeating the Dragonzord
– Get from the PowerCon Merch Booth in the Rover Ranger Mystery Box
How do I get Dragon Shields?
Dragon Shields are used to unlock Green Ranger Chris and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get by clearing Black Ranger Cosplayers
– Get from the Titanus Bounce House in the Smoothie Bar
How do I get Dragon Daggers?
Dragon Daggers are used to unlock the Green Ranger Chris and can be obtained in the following ways:
– Get from the White Tigerzord Cockpit in the Smoothie Bar
Family Guy Addicts 
I have completely defeated the first two kaiju TWICE EACH since I started Phase 4 and have a whopping total of TWO Zeo crystals needed to form the Megazord. Was extremely happy with this event until Phase 4 between this and the non-existent drop rate for Black Ranger Cleveland.

Do they have the part about zeo crystals wrong? Aren’t they earned from the previous kaiju? I’m not really far enough into part 4 to know what’s going on yet, but I was getting new crystal drops from the water kaiju at the end of part 3 after 4 went live.

Yes the new Zeo SubCrystls come from defeating the Earth Kaiju, Flame Kaiju and Water Kaiju. TinyCo FAQ are frequently wrong. Hence we do our own live post full of info verified in our games

I’m nowhere close to phase 4 yet but it’s annoying to see that the Cleveland Black Ranger is a chance drop from a premium clam box.
I think Cleveland was a premium character at one point (cant remember as I’ve had him for quite a while now and don’t recall how I unlocked him) but they should really have had it as an unlockable during this event.
Looking forward to unlocking Green Ranger Chris though… i just hope drops are more favourable than they have been so far.

Dragon Power Coins for Green Ranger Chris are supposed to be Uncommon drop.
I know it is early doors, however, after 0/10 from putty cosplayers, per FAQ, I have messaged TinyCo for clarification.
More like Extra Rare.

I have 8 coins from around 12 Putties. So 2/3 drop, not so bad. Hope yours improves soon!

okay so are the White Zeo SubCrystals completely different from the Zeo SubCrystals (as BOTH are obtained by clearing Black Ranger Cosplayers& purchasing from the store)? jus a bit confused bout that lol

Yes the White are for the White TugerZord and the Zeo are for the MegaZord, only White crystals drop from clearing Black Ranger Cosplayers, the Zeo crystals drop from Kaiju defeats, although not often.
