At the time of writing this the Bill S. Preston is a very valuable character due to his 8hr task to always drop 1 Tea Crate. So you may choose to delay his Questline until the end of the event, but here’s a look at what’s waiting for you once you decide to clear it.

Has anybody gotten the new clam offer where you get clams if you download apps? Seems like a good way to seriously screw up your phone/device.

Yes I’ve just got it for the first time and now watching Clam TV is not playing nice with my IPad.

I tried the app route and im not sure it worked. I downloaded a couple of apps and ran them but my clam total didnt change.

Any thoughts on whether or not he will be useful beyond this phase of the event? I hate to spend my last clams on him if he’s only going to be helpful for a few more days and then be just a decoration basically. I’m already pretty sure I’m not getting the timed character since I followed the quest lines and opened the timed character long before I could collect anything for him and still don’t even have the needed buildings for him with just 2 days and change left on the timer…

Can’t say what his use will be in Phase 2 until it drops. Wait until Phase 2 drops before spending any clams on him, as might be something better spend them on
