I’m seeing the full Week 2 content on IOS, app version 1.77.2, and pulling info now but unfortunately I’ll not get the LIVE post up until a bit later than usual as I’ve a full on day ahead. But until then you should can throw caution to the wind as there are no unlock timer on Franken Chris.

Theres an update in the Apple App Store and Google Playstore App Version 1.70.2. If you’re locked out you may want to update and see if that fixes the issue for you. Let me know in the comments if you can now get in to your games please.
