Family Guy Addicts 
I have a possible glitch / crash fix. But it involves a download to the PC, and doing some readjustments to stop the crash on Mobile devices. Granted it worked out for me, so I guess you could say “results may vary”.

I usually wait 20-30 sec after the last action I did. It may be after the last character I sent on a task enters the building (or starts the task), collecting coins or Stewie bucks or visiting friends; I wait. What I observed in my game is what Derek says: when I close it quickly it doesn’t save the last actions. I even use this sometimes when I send a character on the wrong task.

This was meant as a reply to Jason’s comment about opening the game and see the characters doing nothing. Sorry about it.

My game will no longer load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still won’t run. I contacted tinyco, but they were not helpful. Any help would be appreciated. I’m running Android 6.0 on an Acer Iconia tablet.

Hi, I’m afraid there’s quite a few players having this issue, I’m not sure whether it’s device related or what.

It worked on this device for over a year with no problems then one day not working. I don’t know if my issue is device related, but I reset my tablet to factory and I still have this problem. My tablet seems to work fine along with other games and programs. This is leaving me confused.

It sounds like your one of those players trapped by the lock out glitch I’m afraid. I’m sorry I can’t offer a solution to this.

Same here. Tomorrow will literally be FIVE weeks since I’ve been able to log into my game. On 12/5, I sent yet another message to them asking them not to send me messages that say “they pushed an update they believe that should fix me game” Because I’ve gotten that response about 4 times and it never has been fixed.
Response on 12/9 ……. We have pushed a fix that we believe resolves this issue. LOLOLOLOLOL. It’s gotten comical at this point.

I received the same message as you and the fix did not work for me either. In my case family Guy stops running as soon as I start it. I messaged tinyco back to let them know and asked for additional help.

Still having an issue where I send characters on their tasks, exit the game, and the next time I open the game, half of them are doing nothing. Very, very frustrating.

This usually happens when I play on my mobile, rather than wifi. I put them all on then go to Ollieland and back, Facespace, then I close the game, then I full shut it down as an app, reopen Make sure they are on task. It’s a pain especially with the loading time, but it works when I need rely on mobile playing

I’ve seen this before. I’ve had this happen accidentally far too many times! Just be sure that the characters enter into the building that their task is in before exiting the game. As long as you don’t exit before they get there, you should be fine.
