Now there’s no word on an exact time when the event will go live, obviously we will see it sometime after the current event ends on 15th May at 3PM PDT. But as of now I can see the update on IOS only, (App Version 1.89.0), but don’t panic if you’re not seeing it as it will come to the other app stores soon. But if you’re not seeing it and want to know more here’s a sneak peek at the App Store info:
“Season 17 of Family Guy has gone to an end! And Peter’s going to take us on a behind the scenes look of the shows shenanigans. We’ll dive into the casting of Bert and Sheila, how Meg prepares for the roles, the hilarious relationship of Brian and Quagmire, and more. Join us for Family Guy: Behind The Scenes!”

I can’t play, it crashes every 20 seconds. This is after I did the last update. I’m on a iPad. Cost me getting 5th Anniversary Meg.

I’ve reported this to TinyCo, please also do so. I’m playing on IOS with no issues so they’ll need try see what is causing it in individual games.

I know it’s early but, oh look! Single character multiple item tasks! Yay! Nothing for Peter to do early! Let’s find out what the characters do behind the scenes! You know, like hide from TinyCo so they don’t have to appear again in the game!! Yay!

iOS, newest update, even uninstalled/reinstalled the game (which has helped in the past), and it crashes when I try to do basically anything. I can’t even see what characters can get the items needed for the costumes, as that causes it to crash. Unplayable.

I’m playing on IOS with no issues on either iPad or iPhone, but I’ve reported others are having crashing. Could you message them so they can see the games impacted.

As of just this minute, the update / new event is here on Android as well now.
As for what to expect, I’m not at all sure – it sounds like they’re talking of character actions, so maybe there’s going to be a lot of interactions between characters in their tasks? Really not sure, waiting for the game to reload now though so hope to see soon enough!

Was playing about 4 hours ago after the previous event completed, with no issues. Updated the app on my iPad and tried to get in to play the new event – cannot even connect to the server! 😦

I am on iOS latest on an iPad Pro, just updated the app, somehow Tan Lines filled up but I am not seeing duplicate characters? Also, Wheel of Misfortune seizes up the game, it had the check so I opened it and tapped the play button… freeze. Force quit, tried again, same sequence. Will try in app message to TC…

Since the new app update for this new event the game has been freezing and crashing non stop. I tried to message in game but keeps crashing. Has been working fine until this update yesterday. Can you let TinyCo know please? Thanks!

I have the stragest glitch in my game : it reloaded for no reason, then I got two sets of characters, buildings dropping stuff I don’t need, Tan Lines empty then not empty ! Has anyone ever had something similar ?

Yes please message TinyCo support that you’ve just encountered the duplicate character glitch. They are trying fix this, been happening to random players since March

I’ve messaged them, and they told me they’ve set my game back at an earlier save, but the problem is still there. As I see it, I have my original game, with a duplicate set of characters at “level 1”, meaning the buildings spawn stuff required to get their additional skins (Goth Chris, Tweaked Out Peter, Speedo Quagmire, and so on) even though I already have them. There’s also one that still spawns credit cards from the previous event, for some reason. This game is really unplayable now.

Anyone else get a login error when trying to login via username/password?
On my iPhone it’s giving me an error: “Please enter your credentials correctly”. I’ve been using the same username/password ever since the game was launched 5 years ago! It’s happening to me since the game got updated to ver. 1.89.0
Strange thing is the login error is happening on my iPhone cause I tried removing/reinstalling on my Galaxy J3 and everything’s working fine :S
